TEMPORARY VS PERMANENT

Throughout history, we human beings have sought many things. Above all we have each desired two things: happiness and a perfect relationship. If we achieve either one or both of these things, it becomes a constant struggle to keep them, and they usually prove to be temporary. If we want to achieve them on a permanent basis, we must look beyond the limited gains of possessions, money and fragile human relationships.

UNION WITH THE KING DIRECTLY - no middle person

Raja Yoga has two meanings: Sovereign Yoga, the yoga through which you can become the sovereign, the master of yourself; and the Supreme Union, or ‘union with the Supreme’. This second aspect of Raja Yoga involves developing a relationship with the Supreme, the source of perfection, God as we perceive Him. Within this yoga or union you can fulfill your wish for inner happiness and your desire for a perfect relationship with  him first, before committing yourself. Under the circumstances, you would keep an open mind. Similarly, with the concept of a supreme spiritual energy, until there is direct experience, it would be unwise to commit yourself.

KNOWING HIS FORM TO RECOGNIZE ACCURATELY

Yet, if you want to have contact with the Supreme Being, there are certain things that you must know. First, you should know the form of the Supreme so that you will be able to have accurate recognition. Second, you need to know what ‘language’ to use so that there can be communication. Third, you need to know where your meeting can take place. In Raja Yoga, just as we have a very precise notion of the form of the soul, so we also have a very precise notion of the form of the Supreme. In fact, the Supreme is recognized as the Supreme Soul. He has a form identical to that of the human soul, that is, a point source of consciousness, a spark of light energy.

GENDER NEUTRAL ETERNAL ENERGY

When we use the word He, this is not to imply that we think of the Supreme as male. The soul itself has no gender; it is only the body that has gender. Whereas the human soul takes a body, the Supreme Soul never has a body of His own, and so, is neither male nor female. God never takes human birth. So, He never forgets his original qualities as we do. He remains eternally peaceful, blissful and powerful. Our experience of our own original qualities is limited.  God is eternally the unlimited ocean of virtues. He is completely full, and never needs anything. This means He is totally benevolent, ever-giving.

BENEVOLENT GOD-FATHER

In fact, within Raja Yoga we have a particular name for the Supreme, and that is Shiva Baba. Shiva means benevolence. He is the only being who is truly altruistic, whereas we humans normally look for something in return, even if it is only the pleasure of giving. God gives without any desire or expectation of return. Baba is a sweet and familiar name for Father, thus, Shiva Baba is the benevolent Father of all souls. This can also be named as GRACE. The reason Father is used is because of the concept of a father giving an inheritance to his children. In this case, the inheritance received is of peace, love, knowledge and happiness.

ALL IN ONE - EXPERIENCE HIM IN ANY FORM

The Supreme is also the Mother, the Friend and the Beloved. In fact, whatever relationship or positive role you wish to see in Him, you can, because He is the unlimited source of all qualities, both male and female. So, whatever the situation, you always have a source of help and strength to draw on, a source that is only a thought away. How can you communicate with this being? Meditation is about experiencing yourself, experiencing your own qualities. You create peaceful thoughts in order to experience peace. Paradoxically, the more you absorb yourself in that peace, the fewer thoughts you need.

UNSPOKEN LANGUAGE OF SILENCE

The communication with the Supreme is on this level. You come to know Him through the experiences that you have of His qualities. You begin to feel those qualities surround you. My communication with God is primarily through silent experience. In deep silence you can lose yourself in the Ocean of Peace. With this experience you feel refreshed. You begin to understand your own qualities and specialties more deeply, and this brings confidence. You take power, which enables you to maintain a peaceful stage while going about your daily life.

  

RECLAIMING MY ORIGINAL NATURE

In the awareness of my eternal identity ... I, the soul, become aware of an eternal connection ... not only with all the human souls around me, but also with a being who is the Supreme. ... A soul … a being of light ... with a form that is infinitesimal ... and yet from that point of light, a radiance of infinite peace, love, joy. ...

In the awareness of my own original state of peace ... I can tune in ... and connect with the Ocean of Peace. ... Waves of peace from the Ocean of Peace reach me and surround me ... peace filled with sweetness ... peace filled with strength. ...  I, the child of the Supreme, realize that this is my eternal Parent ... the One who gives constant love, support, protection. … This is my Parent who constantly cares for me, sustains me and guides me ... the Ocean of Unlimited Love. ... This is the Being who is the Bestow-er, the Absolute … able to give constantly, and so needing no return. ... One who is benevolent, the Supreme Benefactor. ...

Through my thoughts, I stay connected with the Supreme ... I fill myself from the Ocean. ... I reclaim my original nature of peace, love and joy.

The only purpose of arriving into life, is to acquire the art of graceful exit. 

THE BELIEF OF IMMORTALITY MAKES US CARELESS & ARROGANT

All beliefs are baseless & false. It is superfluous to qualify the word BELIEF with an adjective. We believe in mumbo jumbo because basically we are afraid & cowards to admit that we do not know the unknown. We all are living passive lives, with a laid back attitude, which holds us back from venturing out to explore & seek what we do not know. This half alive, never ending pace stems from total ignorance & unawareness on our part. We live our lives as if we are never going to die, fully convinced to the core. Eventually we do die, having never really lived. This realization dawns on us, when it is too late to reverse the tables / topsoil.

PARADISE - THE LAND OF DIVINE LIKE BEINGS.

Every one has to become PURE - choose to become through power of Yoga & remembrance now, Or else you will be force-ably made PURE through punishment & low status further on. To go home, you have to die first, & leave this old body. Death is inevitable, therefore why not get prepared for it & enjoy that beautiful last moment gracefully & knowingly. 

Death is when life decides to leave, respect it - 24 minutes lapse time - Full life is fast forwarded for your benefit.

If sorrowful & unaware at that moment then next birth - terrifying, miserable

If happily aware & conscious at that moment then next birth is - happiness, enjoyable.

Therefore practice now the art of DYING ALIVE..a full un-dress rehearsal. The soul is discarding this decayed costume - in full consciousness, gladly.  

Reforming, refining, re-wring, & re-working on self is good transformation. Blossom into newness without a trace of the old.

This turn over is a re-turn of HIS love.

WHERE TO FIND HIM - OUR ETERNAL HOME SWEET HOME

You also need to know where to find Him. When you sit in meditation and go deep within yourself, a feeling of stillness comes over you. In that silence, your experience is that you are in an unchanging world, a timeless world. Yet this physical world is ever-changing. If your consciousness is tied to the physical, you can never get away from the passage of time. It is as though you have taken your consciousness beyond this world to another world. We call this place the soul world, the original home of the soul. It is a timeless world of silence and stillness, full of peace and power, a world  of infinite golden-red light. This is also the home of the Supreme Soul. Taking yourself there, you begin to experience His unlimited qualities of peace, love, purity, bliss and power surrounding you. Through this most perfect of all relationships, you take power and guidance so that you can clear your karmic debts of the past and create a peaceful, happy and stable future.

As I connect with One, the magnetism and power of the Supreme lift my consciousness beyond the physical dimension ... into a world of light. ... PUBLIC OPINION BASED ON ANCIENT CORE BELIEFS

Public opinion is created by imperfect people. It is their combined perspective of ancient yardsticks brought forward & borrowed from the 15 Th century. In this time period our great great grandparents had stone dull Intellects & did not question their collective core beliefs / yard sticks. They happily assumed & firmly believed that the Earth was flat, the Sun went around the Earth & things heavier than air could never fly. Now what do you want to say to this basic premise on which all the other numerous notions were based. Today you are the advanced generation with razor sharp Intellects, yet you are anchored deeply in this foolish Public Opinion & influenced by it 24/7. I would say it controls you & your behavior, even after the lapse of 5 centuries when technology has proven them wrong & made them look foolishly small.   

PUBLIC OPINION CONTROLS US

Public Opinion is just a random, off the cuff conglomeration of opinions, but we mistakenly take them  as Absolute & swear to live our lives by them. They hold the power to make each of us uncomfortable inside our skins.

WHAT WILL THEY SAY ?

The most feared & often  used phrase goes as follows : WHAT WILL THEY SAY ? Who are they is another big question ? They constitute a handful of known folks, like your school friends, neighbors, office colleagues & a large number of unknown strangers in the crowd on the streets. The second part of the four letter syntax is What they will say ? Honestly it is the fig of your imagination at play. You never hear what they say or said. It is their silent meaningless looks, shallow judgments processed in their minds, preconceived notions/opinions & teasing ridicule that they enjoy momentarily at your cost. 

VIRTUAL PRISON MAKES ONE UNCOMFORTABLE

You chain yourself in the Virtual prison of multiple walls erected around you. The walls are made up of SELF- DOUBT, IMPERFECT, ILLUSIONS, MORALITY.  These powerful walls act like microwaves cooking up inside of you, feelings of LOW SELF RESPECT, NOT GOOD ENOUGH & UNACCEPTABLE. Over time these negative feelings mushroom into powerful toxic Emotions of ANXIETY, MENTAL SUFFERING making you extremely UNCOMFORTABLE INSIDE YOUR SKIN.

OBSESSIVE THINKING

Heart is influenced by inputs from outside world, the majority of which are related to Public Opinion. Based upon these inputs it creates feelings & emotions of negativity mostly. Our relationships affect us directly hence we are predominantly focused on OBSESSIVE THINKING about people & trifle issues. Our thinking is molded by how society will think about us in a future time period & our behavior. We are imprisoned by our intangible thoughts about the future, in the present moment.  

Question - Is it possible to come out of this Self Imposed Prison ?  The answer is YES, but at a cost of another complex dilemma. If I am OUT of the prison & all others are IN, then again I am isolated, to be branded as different, marginalized, even ostracized which brings us back to square one - Uncomfortable inside my skin, socially unacceptable. 

WHAT IS THEN OK ?

Now the FUNDAMENTAL QUESTION arises, If this is not OK then what is OK. Anything that makes you COMFORTABLE INSIDE YOUR SKIN is OK. So let us pursue it & see where we arrive. 

INTERNAL BUZZ

The turbulent waves of the society generate a toxic environment from where the average thinking mind picks up the negative vibrations. These inputs trigger perceptions & associations which are an obstruction in our day to day performance as human beings. Over time these hurdles snowball into low grade anxiety which is akin to constant  background noise. This buzz makes us feel heavier & drains out most of our productive energy making us into weak Souls. As weak souls we perform our karmas against our Conscience thereby creating Internal conflict. This inner fighting compels us to compromise our Integrity which of course is counter productive.

WILL POWER

All the above mental distractions & weaknesses obstruct our Clarity of Thinking. At this point WILL POWER can help us, steer away from this crap of negativity & free our overloaded  minds from these interference & make it available for the subsequent stages of Concentration.

Initiation is a decision to think about a subject. The very first thought must be : I am a point of light. I am an Eternal Soul. Hold this thought for some time. It is the essence of Consciousness of the Human Beings.

Intellect is the Instrument of the Conscience that chooses the focus of Concentration. Allow exclusive thoughts to penetrate into your mind.  This will lead to more subtle thinking. Going deep into the mind refines the intellect. 
Conscience is the power of discernment. Ultimately we come to terms with the fact that we pay attention to go with the positive, in-spite of the excitement of the negative within us. 

GUILT & FORGIVENESS

Our past leads us into feeling GUILTY. It weakens our personality. Can we clean up the guilty conscience with forgiveness. Can I forgive myself. If Yes then with what Authority. Therefore it is difficult for us to forgive ourselves. Hence have MERCY for self. Go easy on yourself.
   
Mediation is the next stage of Concentration. It is gathering together associated & relevant thoughts. It is a choice to ponder upon what thoughts are worth thinking about. You chose from the wide spectrum of thoughts. Of course only Pure Positive & Powerful thoughts. 

Mental focus means Independent of of distractions.

Concentration is mind focused on one associated thought. Issues preying on your mind pull your attention away from the matter in hand. Concentration will lead us into present time, the now of the moment. It develops inner muscle that directs your thinking. Concentration is completely focused state of mind, free of all distractions. Right thoughts at high speed.

Realization is arriving at your destination. Totally quiet mind & soul experiences fulfillment. Refined state of mind, perfect inner stillness is empowering. At this point Insights are revealed which broaden our Wisdom of Human Existence. 

Final Question - What is my Value Vs What are my Values looking at oneself in terms of morality & ethics. I can not be allowed to be driven by Public Opinion, hence I create my own MORALITY. We create a reference point as opposed to extremes.

BALANCE

Balance is the mid point solution between PERFECTION & IMPERFECTION. To make a wholesome decision you consider everything & all aspects, Past, Present & Future too. We accept & work with our imperfections in order to be balanced. We bring ourselves to an attainable point, an optimum reference point. We can not control the behavior of others but definitely we can control / manage our emotions in face of some ones unacceptable behavior. Words & actions correspond with our Conscience, not prove that I am right. I let others have their opinions & I live with mine. The name of the game is CO-EXIST comfortably & happily.

TIME IS ETERNITY IN SLOW MOTION
 
Time can be cyclic or linear, rotational or chronological clock. Time has a beginning, end & travels too. Times change & then become regular after sometime. One can experience negative times, bad, critical, dangerous, & uncooperative times also. On the other hand one can experience positive, ameliorating & good times. Timing & timeliness come very handy. Time can stretch long, stand heavy when one is waiting, & stand still in other times.  Biblical times divided time in two halves, before the birth of Christ & after the death of Christ. Everyone had a Past time, will have a Future time but the most valuable Present time is skipped as a pastime. A lifetime is temporary, limited time in the context of Eternal Unlimited Time. 

EFFECTS & AFFECTS OF TIME
 
Time of transformation brings about Time of Creation. If you have the Awareness of time then Reversal of time happens, because Loss of time gets converted into Lots of time. When you have Treasure of time then Time is money for you. Since Time travels in a curve you can complete the Cycle of time by Traveling in time. Now, is the ripe time to enter your Time zone to feel the Quality of time.  The End of your time is reworded as Your Time has come - Good bye.     
Eternity is frozen time, the abode of the Supreme Soul Shiva. It is the world of Negative Entropy, Stillness, Silence & Peace. No loss of power / energy  happens here. 

TURNAROUND TIME 
 
The Creator is the Extra-terrestrial source & force that reverses the effect of time - from degeneration to regeneration.  Shiva operates at the end of time & at the beginning of time. The Omega & The Alpha. Confluence Age is the time of total transformation. Shiva needs a million souls to assist HIM in this Herculean Auspicious Task. A major shift in the Critical mass of Collective Consciousness will bring about the desired change.  Change in Consciousness creates changes in the quality of your time.  It is Kairos time too. The right opportune moment, the Supreme moment, when the dimension of depth increases with the instant.  Soul consciousness changes you & your Karma. The future is coming towards you & you are mentally connected with it in advance. You begin to behave as if you are already in Golden Age & let go of the Iron Age. By shifting your sense of Awareness to Spiritual orientation you give Higher Value to what you are than what you have.  By moving forward in time a powerful Soul will attract what is necessary & a weak Soul will lose it all. Everything else is moving in negative energetic time, but you are moving in the opposite direction into positive energetic time. This positioning is form of leadership - you lead the way & others follow you. Diamond time is ameliorating time & it is superimposed upon regular time. 


LIFE IS A PLAY OF TIME

It is DHARMA of time too.  During the Golden Age it becomes the STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN. In this time period you have a few sensible people living Joyfully. Everything is in its purest form. The decline, the entropy begins here from day one.  

During the Iron Age it becomes a SPIRAL TO HELL. In this time period you have eight Billion people struggling sorrowfully. Maximum decline has taken place by now & it is the ripe time for the start of the Confluence Age, the establishment of the new order once again. Time bid us be gone.  


THE NAME OF THE GAME IS SYNCHRONICITY. 

Be in tune with the spin of the Earth. At the Equator of the Earth the linear  speed is 900 miles per hour. This matches with the number of breaths we take in one hour = 15 breaths per minute X 60 minutes in one hour = 900. Time is deep rooted into our human body & its systems. The biological clocks operate without our awareness, they are on auto pilot. Extraordinary life is equivalent to RIDING THE WAVES OF TIME. The sense of time is the cosmic connection of the individual with the planets. So the fundamental question arises - ARE YOU IN TUNE WITH TIME OR OUT OF TUNE.

Material Values come from thinking of yourself as an Object. You say my body is male or female. If it is Mine, it is a possession, just an object. But if you say that it is Me, that means I am an Object too.
Q - Are you a possession or a possessor? Who is the possessor of this possession named Body?
A - The real you is the Immortal Soul, who at this time, has a black male body & in the past had a white female body. This Body is warm mud packaged  in a leather bag, with bones to give it a shape. Incidentally the leather bag comes in different colors & textures. The Anatomy is same in every case.  The body is your equipment, or the costume, your are not this equipment or the costume. The Soul is made up of love, purity, peace, power, Bliss & innate wisdom. This intelligence radiates a different positive energy which changes the quality of time & matter. The dominant reality is the Soul & the secondary reality is the body.

TIME CONSCIOUS THEREFORE SELF CONSCIOUS
 
The mentality of Iron Age is going towards materialism, driven by material values. Material Values & materialism cause the mind to move into negative vibrations, which lead to Ego, a false Image of Self. Comparison generates toxic inner experiences in terms of possessions. You say I have less & those people have more. You are confusing two very important different values. WHAT YOU HAVE & WHAT YOU ARE? This basic confusion leads to corruption of mind & goals. Impurity is indulging in vicious activities. acting out lustfully for temporary gratifications with little awareness of the consequences that come along in future times, to make you miserable. Vices are reflections of Virtues, lateral inversions of the images, hence not easily recognizable, therefore overlooked easily.

TIME FOR SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS
 
Soul consciousness is the intention to look behind the Mask - Who Am I?  Third eye is Souls ability to perceive non physical things. It is not possible to see a Soul. You can only understand it & when you realize it , you shout with excitement - I SEE. It is an INSIGHT. Soul is the intelligent glow behind this visible living, breathing, active, moving mask. Soul is gender-less, neither male nor female. Consciousness too is gender-less. The energy of the soul gets depleted continuously as time goes by. MINDING YOUR MIND  
 
Mind is always moving like a vagabond. It is noise, chatter, inner talk. It can not be imprisoned, nor can you invite another mind into your mind to give company or witness it in action. You can see one thing at a time: either the figure or the background. The thoughts are the figures and silence is the background. Emotions too are like clouds in the sky of your mind. Behind the cloud of anger is the bigger cloud of rage & ego. Just watch them float away. Let go of the thoughts like a bird lets go of the tree branch, when it chooses to fly away.

Your mind is your HALO around the head. You can decide to go to the mountains with the aim of renouncing this world but can you leave your mind behind too. No never. The same mind will create the same small world around you in the mountains too.

CHILDREN ARE PURE
 
Children are still pure. They remember the fragrance. All children are beautiful - never an ugly child. His first word, go on repeating joyously, a new mechanism has started. Next comes the first syntax, then they pick up the first question. Start asking each & everything. They are not interested in your answers, just enjoying the fact that they can question. New faculty has come into being. Then comes the reading & soon he is very articulate in his expressing. A child is breast fed by the mother & he learns two basic things, love & food. Latter on when you deny love-full sex, you compensate it by eating more and become fat. Love is satisfying & fulfilling in itself therefore do not deny it to yourself. Try to love for no reason at all & feel the magic.     

FAULTY EDUCATION

Our whole education is for the mind. Ambitions, desires, somebody big & this madness never stops. First earn millions at the cost of your health and then donate it all. Success is tiring, a disappointment. It is stupidity. But you need courage to renounce it all. Your are born intelligent but you die stupid dull.

INDOCTRINATION THROUGH MEANING OF TIME

At any one instance there a two different times zones at two diametrically opposite locations on the planet. If it daytime in the EAST then it is night time in the WEST simultaneously. Paradoxically the two geographical halves have additionally developed separate meaning of time.

EASTERN TIME - ABUNDANT & SLOW

In the EAST, time is cyclic and conditioning of multiple lives because of the belief of life after death. Hence enough time at hand, no hurry, can always wait, no clocks, no time consciousness, life goes on for ever, walk slowly, go patiently, will reach at the destination some how, everything is already destined hence slow, & in equilibrium in all circumstances. God does not rest at all. He plays continuously, unlimited energy.

WESTERN TIME - SCARCE & FAST

In the WEST, time is linear, and the conditioning of the mind is of one life time only. Time is money, no time to waste, so much to be done, so many desires to be fulfilled, hence anxiety, hurry to do things, doing is valuable, always doing something, never idling, time is divided by Jesus, before birth of Christ, & after death of  Christ, gets disturbed very easily in success & failures. God made the world in six days & rested on the 7th day. He got tired so fast. A very limited kind of energy.

FORGETFUL OF BEING & SELF CONSCIOUS

All the above conditioning puts the confused mind into unconscious mode running against time at 100 km/hr. It creates most of the life’s problems. The fundamental problem is of excessive Self consciousness. The whole emphasis is on SELF, continuously conscious of self. What the world is saying about me. I must be perfect. Ego is the center of disease. Living on borrowed images of self from others like politicians do. Props are needed to stand upright. FORGOT THE INNER BEING, hence substituted with acquired meaningless stuff: names, labels, fame, wealth, position. The net result is shattered people in need of urgent psychoanalysis. The specialists analyze the mind by going deeper and deeper into the unconscious layers of the mind. It has it’s limitations. It helps them partially & superficially to accept their misery and be slightly less unhappy, less sorrowful. At this stage you have forgotten what you were and what potential you have inside to be exactly the opposite.

MIND IS A SOCIAL PHENOMENON
 
Alone the mind can not do anything. It needs company. The mind can not get angry, foolish, sad, or violent on its own. It needs another mind to blame, hit, call names, gossip. When it can not use the function of the mind then it becomes worried, anxious. So it goes and buys a cell phone, open an account on Facebook & twitter, start a blog, make friends for the very same reason. Busy in satisfying its big ego, no inclination for introspection. A big time loser.  

THE BIO COMPUTER, JUST A MECHANISM

You can turn on/off a personal computer but not your bio computer of the mind. Nature did not provide a switch to turn it off when it was not needed. There are no valves or switches either, in other organs of our body like the heart and lungs to control them at will. This means they work 24/7 even when we are asleep and consume the scarce energy we accumulate. If we could , then we can rest & be relaxed and save up the energy which shows up as charisma on our personality. Now when you speak with the power of charisma, the arrow hits the target, no evidence, no logic or explanation is required to influence the other.

It is functional & skillful but no AWARENESS, no INTELLIGENCE to discern the right from wrong, spiritual from materialism. Somnambulism is the ordinary state of the mind. Sleepy habit of doing things. Mind is bi-polar too. Duality is confusing, hence additional agency of Intelligence is needed to function in this many dimensional world. One thing on the surface & another thing exactly opposite deep down. Mind is very cunning too. It can rationalize dullness as transcendence, deadness as renunciation, & paralysis as meditation. It can fool you. Look for the right motivation, watch for the unconscious underlying motive.

THE GAMES OF IMAGINATION & DREAMS
 
Mind is merely a passive memory from the past. This past tense is trying to advice you in the present tense. How erroneous & pathetic is your situation? Mind is a big liar. Beware of the tricks that imagination plays with you. Dream is an imagination only. It is not real but it is your intimate world of make believe. You have the power to manifest anything you desire if you will it. When a hypnotist suggests that he is putting fire on your hand, you develop blisters immediately, but there is no real fire. The body manifests it. Imagination does it. The same phenomenon happens with fire walkers. They  believe firmly that no feet burning will happen & they don’t when they walk on burning coals. They are protected by the seal of their imagination.

LOVE IS DANGEROUS - APPROACH WITH CAUTION

Imagination is a tool on the path of LOVE. Hidden fears about moving into love are ingrained early in childhood. When you approach another, you have to go outside yourself & questions of acceptance / rejection arise. Hesitant cowardly people decide for marriage instead of love. If people were left open to love, few would be able to love, hence die without love, because love is dangerous. It is like colliding with another world. Your needs must match with the others needs. It is difficult to change, EGO comes in the way. No body can reject me.

NUDITY AS BEAUTY OR PORNOGRAPHY

Hundreds of intricate statues carved outside the temples of India provoke sexuality, lust, desires, & arousal for a reason. Temples were made to meditate on man & woman making love. It was an object of MEDITATION. When the desiring stopped within, then & only then they had the permission to go inside the temples. There were no nude statues inside the temples. If people entered the temple with obscene thoughts in their heads then they would be making the temples dirty, insulting the deities & considered as profanity. This was the method to clean up & erase the repressiveness of sex & sexuality ingrained in people by their own society.

PLEASURE IS NATURES SILLY TRICK

The sexual activity has pleasure built into it to as clever means to achieve its end of reproduction. It is basically all chemical based urge. Hormones are produced by the body to get you into the sexual act. It is psychological, no depth, lots of friction & very brief orgasm. After it has happened depression & sadness sets in. Body is silly and not deep. It is not happiness or elation, because that is ego filled, short lived. How can you awaken when you are awake in MAYA world? All pleasure is chemically initiated in the body which further evolves into instincts & unmanageable urges. Chemicals may be imported from outside into the body by ingesting substances or injecting drugs. Chemicals can also be created inside the body by fasting, exercises, deep breathing, spinning, dancing, sliding, riding on mechanical contraptions like roller coasters which produce experiences of dizziness and euphoria. A whole new world opens up on this count. Chemical differences in the body create diametrically opposite sense of intoxication - hungry/satiated, woman/man, intelligent/stupid, young/old. But above all of these mundane excitements is the DIVINE INTOXICATION derived through understanding of TRUTH & KNOWLEDGE.     

LOVE IS REFLECTIVE

When someone loves you then you will love yourself. The other is a mirror for you. Your BEING is not loved, instead your DOING is loved & accepted. Self hatred begins early in childhood. Now you have to fall in love with your friends and be as lovers who accept you. Love is a must. Stay in it for some time but then move through it. Finally come out of it one fine day. TRANSCEND IT.

LOVE IS FEARLESS
 
Clever people don’t take such risks to move out of love. They miss out on what life has to offer next in the realm of unknown. Cleverness is not Intelligence rather a poor substitute. Intelligent people are innocent. They function out of state of not knowing. If you are afraid of falling you will never walk. If fearful of drowning then you will never swim. If doubtful of rejection then you will never move into love. If hesitant of failure then you will never succeed. Such skeptics are dead before their death. Live intensely, don’t take it as a personal offense if some one cannot love you. You were available but they were not willing. Decide for yourself, if you two don’t fit. Why remain with yourself, walk a few steps with somebody, feel their rhythm. That rhythm will satisfy you and the urge to shy away will disappear. Don’t deny yourself that natural need. Fulfill your natural need of love & then sit down for MEDITATION. First lower needs then higher needs and finally the highest need. Dreams will disappear. Remain true to nature.

BODY IS WISER THAN MIND
 
Your body is giving you the right signals. Body is wise. Your mind is a late arrival in this game. It is immature still. Listen to your body. Things will settle down on their own. Be easy, relaxed, calm, tension free and you float high. Body is not your enemy, but your best friend. Make a peace pact with it & then it will reveal to you the SHRINE OF GOD. Don’t divide yourself. Be totally into one thing. Remain one yet AWARE. All valuable things in life only happen to you, you can not make them happen. 
                      
SUPPRESSION LEADS TO EXPLOSION

The abundance of sexual energy in the body has become a big problem. How to channelize it correctly. But the same energy does not create problems in animals & birds. It is wrong bent of the mind. The anti sexual attitude of our elders & parents leading to the suppression of bodies natural instincts to procreate. It is the absurd conditioning of our pristine minds. The innocent children are forced to believe sex is bad & thus suppress it which goes against the natural needs of the body. It is torture to them in many ways. He is imprisoned through these invisible chains. It goes against the internal intelligence as nonsense. But he compromises for the sake of society to become stupid & stay dull.   

PASSIVE LIVING

Acceptance of their own natural urges would heal them of their inhibitions thereby preparing them for an adventurous life. A naked woman can be an example of beauty, health, & proportion, the most glorious product of nature. It is the mind that is pornographic not the nude statues. Afraid of death, fearful of life - living Luke warm way. Halfheartedly instead of intensely with  healthy flavor. One has to die, hence living. One has to love hence loving. No incentive coming from their own BEING, not risking anything to live totally. No sense of adventure or inquiry into the unknown. Youth never happened, just bypassed.   

DISSOLUTION OF THE IMPOSTOR OF EGO A PREREQUISITE

It is our attachment to the wrong beliefs about us. It is the false center. We put on a mask of restlessness over our real nature of calmness. We go about masquerading, all our lives with passion. We are intoxicated with ego feeling, agitated state of consciousness, resulting in stimuli of feelings, hence covering the original state of bliss. Ego lives on attention. It feels hungry, deep begging for attention. It is all about me, me and I. All misery enters through ego. Two egos clash because both are not confident of themselves. You are a little spark and yet you extol yourself. Ego is home made, fabricated, self manufactured and ugly of course, since it is man-made. We are afraid of being alone, lonely. Hence we invent illusions, TV, clubs, conferences, sects, churches, crowd, and parties, to procrastinate the effort to look inside. This is our self hypnosis through others, attention from others.  

If you are hurt inside with one’s insinuation – it is ego.

If one’s behavior causes you pain – it is ego.

If you speak loudly, and shout to get your point across – it is ego.

If you want to control your children & the world – it is ego.

If you are pointing the index finger and giving orders – it is ego.

If you are worried and anxious for things – it is ego.

If you are suffering and miserable most of the time – it is ego.

If you are generally angry at the world situations – it is ego. 

MEDITATION MELTS/DISSOLVES EGO

Meditation will help you destroy the wrong notions about Self, false Ego, & stone age beliefs brought forward from many generations. Once the Ego has melted into the whole then transformation happens. In the absence of Ego the associated problems of inner noise, excessive thinking, compulsive worrying get mitigated to a large extent. It is a massive help, because now we are proceeding towards no mind zone. We have to empty the mind & keep it empty. The exercise of watching continues and we achieve a state of no thought. Eventually it boils down to NOTHINGNESS, just a fragment of ETERNITY. You have become spacious enough to host the great guest. You are almost ready to experience the fullness of God.

ASKING FOR MEDITATION IS A BARRIER

You are the DOING of EXISTENCE. So let meditation happen on its own. Be open to it. Be prepared for it. Stop trying. Asking is a desire, a barrier. In the empty mind the beyond can enter into you. Be grateful when things are going wrong because gratefulness is a transforming force. Being is just pure gratefulness.  

RE-MEMBER-ING  SELF THROUGH MEDITATION

Now that the skewed upbringing & unconscious living has caused a split between body mind heart & soul we need to make u turn to unify all these members of your self. We will need the help of our INTELLECT this time to set the mind straight. The biggest component of Intellect is AWARENESS. When we shift our focus on being aware, attentive, alert to every thought & action then the process of u turn starts. The battle has just begun. Be in the world but not of it. Understand it. Play with the idea. Give it a chance. Sense of humor is a must. It makes the going easy. Jumping, walking, working, remain WATCHFUL     of self. Develop the watchman mentality of looking. The big question is looking at what? Look at your mind within. Watch your mind & to watch an object you have to step away from it to get a full view. No judging, no grading of the mind while watching it. A neutral witnessing like a toddler child. Just watching the mind is the greatest secret of life. Watching is not concentration. We don’t want to go deeper and deeper into it to explore it like a scientist does. Watching is also not contemplation. We don’t wish to expand upon one subject like religion, from all angles either. It is not trying hard, forced thinking, or any kind of doing.    

SILENCE IS HIGHLY CREATIVE
 
Unawareness creates all problems. One keeps oneself in darkness. Dreams exist when you sleep. Problems exist when you are unconscious. In Buddha world all solutions, all answers, no questions, no problems. It is a different planet. Buddha is shouting from far away, but what is reaching you is different. Make a conscious effort of understanding, not forcing out of will power. Be ready, because readiness makes you worthy of meditation. 
Speech becomes valuable when you have attained silence. Undivided organic unity of EXISTENCE is eternity. Silence is a major part of this. Bliss is the goal of life and Meditation is the means to achieve it. Active meditation is for the modern under worked over stressed man. Primitive man was naturally active, hence did not require Catharsis. Lots of manual labor, good sleep, no anxiety. First begin with vigorous Catharsis which helps to throw out the chaos within, silence follows automatically. MANTRAS are very useful help to induce silence. Mantra is the repetition of a single word which leads to boredom. Now you wish to get rid of this boredom, hence you slip into silence easily of course for a short period of time.     

DETACHMENT IS THE KEY

You have to TRANSCEND the mind. Step out of it & walk away from it. It like divorcing, because your are fed up. When you disown it & create a distance between your self & the mind then it disappears & fortunately the problems associated with it also vanish leaving you free. It has no grip over you now. When you are detached you are in Buddha field. Here no gravitation exists only levitation. You start to float up.

GOING BACK TO SQUARE ONE
 
Meditation is your nature, to be recognized, by simply remembering right, that you were Divine before. When energy is turned inwards to its source then it happens on its own, you can not bring it or will it. It is a way to go within yourself where thoughts don’t exist. Just BEING in your center, remaining unclouded, undisturbed like eternity. Meditation will liberate your MYSTICISM. It will bring you infinite intelligence, make you more sensitive, radiant & rich inside. Meditation is a risky business & meant for gamblers. You have to risk all for nothing.    

ZAZEN - JUST SITTING SILENTLY DOING NOTHING
 
Giving a little of your wealth as charity with the intention of going to Heaven does not work. Heaven is not so cheap. You have to work very hard & give up everything including your self to reach there, then your whole life becomes a big charity. In return you get infinite silence, compassion, ecstasy, clarity, joy, & bliss. Energy flows from higher to lower, healthy to unhealthy, strong to weak, spiritual to materialism, center to circumference. If the center is pure then it is reflected on the circumference. God is Epicurean. To heal the people of their sorrows you must be joyful like HIM.

HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE YOU MAKE
 
The next moment is born out of this present moment. Sow it now, reap it next moment. What ever is taken as real becomes real & vice verse. If you distrust this moment then you have already poisoned it. Energy is there, you have to make a conscious choice to manifest it as positive or negative, celebration or worry, happiness or sorrow, love or lust. Lust energy is loose easy flowing down hill. For love energy it is uphill effort. The choice is always yours to make or be choice-less.

ESSENCE DAWNS BY CONTRAST

When you are outwardly poor the inner poverty is absent, no contrast, hence unaware of the ESSENCE, the inner richness. There is a contentment in the poor but that satisfaction is false, ugly & dull. The poor are too hungry to meditate.  When you are outwardly rich then the inner poverty is highlighted in contrast.  Riches are attained at the cost of the soul & the inner contact is lost. Possessions are there but the master has disappeared. Riches are there but the man is not feeling rich, rather impoverished, very  poor. The outer riches have created a hunger for the inner richness. This is the moment of awakening. The man will renounce all and seek the Essence.  When he does find it there will be harmony, contentment, a real one, a beautiful one this time. It is fullness of God. Now you have richness of both the worlds, outer & inner.
