WAY OF LIFE & LIVING

It is for sure that animals are smarter than we humans. We as human beings live Indoors & over indulge in wrong ways, all of our lives. They live out doors always, enjoying the fresh oxygen loaded air & saturating themselves with essential Sun shine making Vitamin D in their bodies. They eat frugally & on time. Their diet contains no added salt or sugar which keeps them fit as a fiddle. They exercise a lot in their pursuit for food & enjoy playing with their cousins, while we are drifting towards our death with gadgets & technology. 

WAY OF SEX & PROCREATION - casual

In their world there is no difference between an intercourse or rape, it is all the same, no tension on this basic count. They additionally have a built in biological system of fixed timetables for sex & reproduction. On the other hand we guys are totally Body conscious, over powered with LUST for the the sex. Finally they do not over think or worry for next moment / next day, no hoarding / stocking up of any kind, except for the over smart squirrels, who eventually forget half of, where they hid their food for rainy days. 

  

THE ROAD TO MAJOR VICES & FATAL ATTRACTIONS

The emotion of LUST is signified by a combination of three animals : PIG for greed for more & more, TIGER for out of control & ANTELOPE for newer experiences / bodies. This single intention to possess another man's spousal property by any means escalates into massive wars by two or more nations. When wars take place on any count then the atmosphere of killing, looting men & raping women becomes a religion to follow blindly. HELEN OF TROY is a case study of the above intentions.   

The big Vice of EGO gets us into all kinds of trouble in one life time & every life time. The Implication of this vice can be traced back to a combo of three animals : PEACOCK for Pride, Rooster for Arrogance & GOAT for aggressiveness.

The strong feelings of ANGER have creep-ed into us humans from Quarrelsome GOOSE, Shrewd FOX & treacherous SNAKE cum CAT.

The sticky attitude of ATTACHMENT has been inherited from the smallest & cute fellow we all know as SQUIRREL who is infamous for stock piling & hoarding up nuts/food in excess of the needs.

The last of the major Vice happens to be JEALOUSY

by comparison of material & spousal possessions. This trait has been imported from Dishonest RAT & Deceitful WOLF - go figure.

  

THE PATH TO NEGATIVITY & WASTEFUL KARMA

The big sized WHALE with a small brain is a symbol  of Worrying over trifles just like average humans. The unsteady KANGAROO on two legs jumps, hops & runs as if it will stumble any moment into trouble exactly like we do, when we get HIGH & UNBALANCED on toxic substances. The Cranky CRAB in us, comes into play when our False Fears hang upside down from the ceiling like the indoor scary LIZARDS racing across to catch their prey of mosquitoes & other creatures. The quick night flying BAT is a character of stealth & DANGER which too suspends itself in sleep.

The homely HEN is considered very TALKATIVE but the DUCKS hang out together & do all the GOSSIP in the community, while the STUPID TURKEY listens quietly with full attention.

The fun loving court jester is our favorite MONKEY who entertains with his FOOLISH pranks & gestures. He also APES & imitates the people around him specially the children, which is the hallmark of the APE. The crawling MOUSE has plenty of NUISANCE value, because he can hide himself from us & squeeze through the tiniest crevices to nibble away at our possessions. 

THE HIGHWAY OF EFFORT TO IMBIBING VIRTUES

Herculean effort & courage is required to shed the Body gripping Vices of the Devil & transform ones character to an elevated Angel. GIRAFFE is one who can help you TAKE A CHANCE to turn over a new leaf. You must keep trying & take courage from the TURTLE who we know DOES NOT GIVE UP ever.

Have full faith in your self & TRIUMPH OVER TROUBLES like the soaring EAGLE, who has the birds view point of all the Drama happening below.

If you ever dream of any or all of the following animals then keep dreaming them up. They are good for you & be serious about imbibing their traits. A HORSE will take you to true FRIENDSHIP & a SEAHORSE can reinforce as FAMILY UNITY.

Learn to be FAITHFUL to your aims & objective of transforming just like your pet DOG, who believes that he is the Master & you are his Gene. Inculcate the fine qualities of GENTLENESS & KINDNESS that our LAMB has right from the very birth. You can borrow the CALM attitude from the passive SHEEP too. Letting go of our biggest & toughest ally Ego is a hard task to accomplish. We can look up to the crawling WORM to learn the lessons of PATIENCE & HUMILITY, by installing him on a pedestal along with the FROG, who can be a source of inspiration for us to ADAPT & embrace the change that we want & need at this hour of total degradation.

To live & let live in an Inclusive manner will enable all of us to a CAREFREE life of a RABBIT. All he needs a couple of carrots & his joy becomes boundless. Tread the grass of your garden very carefully so as not to trample the beautiful BEETLE under your feet, because it brings us GOOD FORTUNE. THE LONG ROUTE TO THE FOREST OF WILD & LONG LIFE

In order to survive in the wilderness you need to the POWER of a BEAR & the STRENGTH of a BULL to assert your right to live peacefully, among-st many different species with their own agendas & priorities.

We also require the ENDURANCE capacity of an ELEPHANT & the PERSEVERANCE of the mighty CAMEL to live a long life of contentment & fulfillment right into the hundredth year like every ALLIGATOR.

Another aspect of survival is to ensure that your species does not become extinct, through MULTIPLICATION & procreation in large numbers like our domestic & prosperous COW.

Pure loving thoughts for these souls. Modify your behavior towards them with humility, love & care. This creates healing vibrations for us & them too.

CREATOR REMAINS UNTANGLED & DETACHED ALWAYS

A tree gives fruits & flowers even if we shake it, stone it or cut it. Therefore be strong like a tree & always give love, good wishes to all. Do not entangle with the energy of other souls. No conflict with anyone’s negative sanskars. Be with them but remain untangled, detached observer, like a father watching over his toddler, like Shiva Baba watching over us, the impure souls with love & total understanding.  Finish the root of cause of irritation. It is only a programming of the mind. If I accept their bad habits no effect on me, no irritation.  Tolerate externally, silently is when we understand & resolve internally. Negative thoughts, turbulent energy vibrations, powerless words have no effect on others. It is futile. Hence save your precious energy. If pain gets accumulated, the result is damage. If we suppress pain the wound will be on the soul which you will relive (past) many times over, becoming added baggage. It is Mechanical - disconnected, lost in the shadow of our conditioning.

It is Unsettledness - where we do not take the contents of our thoughts very seriously.

It is Doubt - when we are skeptical, remain frozen & immobilized, unable to make a commitment either way.

It is Restlessness - through blocking, fighting, worry & insecurity, obsessive planning with the aim of controlling the world.   

It is Sloth - Energy imbalance resulting in heaviness, dullness & excessive sleepiness.

It is Carelessness - in the form of withdrawal, indifference, hesitation to act out & state of disconnection.

It is Guilt - extracted from past & brought forward by reliving those dead unwholesome images. Now we start piling up, self hatred, unforgiving self / others in a non productive way highly unskillful on our part.

It is Remorse - This is a skillful state of mind seeking repentance although the pain is genuine.

It is Vendetta - a faulty feeling of superiority & self righteousness. Simply notice it, see it coming & over powering you.

It is Aversion - a very bitter reaction in the present moment of a condemning mind, mushrooming into irritation, annoyance, boredom, unworthiness, dissatisfied, anger, hatred, despair & sorrow.

It is Desire - when we leave perception on auto pilot to retrieve pleasurable experiences, pleasant feelings from our mental storage, of fantasies, passions, trespassing romances, addictions, & expectations from others, randomly. It is a force of wanting, craving, clinging, grasping, & reliving again & again. We willfully buy into desires.    

It is Depression - which is temporary madness, spilling out intense thoughts & emotions in a negative way.

It is Insanity - when we push the line of depression & can not come back, falling into the abyss of permanent madness.

It is Pain - associated with tightness, blockages, pressure & heaviness, desperately seeking flight from. Our ignorant & reflex response to pain is with bitterness, anger, rejection, resistance, trembling, quivering & deny its presence.

It is Suffering - which has its origin in attachment to sense organs, public opinions, rituals, beliefs of solidity & permanent self. It is grave pain, difficult to bear, yet inevitable.

The feeling of being a special soul adopted by HIM for Royal inheritance & service.

This BK path one way street, no u turns are possible, is difficult for family to comprehend, hence the hesitation to go full speed.

Dependent on job for survival of family, hence available for Baba’s service in limited manner.

Addicted to online music in the background, while working on laptop/ files.

ENTERTAINMENT/HEALTH  RELATED

Addiction to soap operas / TV serials barely three yet a must see.

Sufficient intake of water/day – 3 liters & Oxygen/fresh air by deep breathing and not heating my bedroom to keep the window open even at -30 degrees.

Possessive of our stamp collection which has been already handed down to my son.

Over confidence in my skills of Handyman, resourcefulness, and physical chores.

Holding on to a bank of happy/joyful memories for recharging self anytime. 

MINDFUL LIVING FACTORS

The effort making person sharpens his Intellect with the tools of Awareness & Attention & lives in the Now always.

It is Meditative State - Embodiment of Self Sovereign mastery, lasting 24/7, witnessing the nature of things as Truth.

It is Mirroring Self - on to the world, with knowledgeable state meaningfully of knowing the Creator personally.

It is Reality - of all existence, including self. When we understand this, we see, we are nothing. And being nothing, we are everything. That is all.

It is Silence - interpreted as Solitude, the glory of being alone which adds beauty to life. It may not be interpreted as Loneliness, pain of being alone.   

It is Intoxication - a spiritual high on the power of Truth.

It is Soul Consciousness - which fills you up with love, coolness & gratitude. It brings & binds all together as one giant family.

It is Balance - between Tranquility & Alertness.

It is Loving kindness - a gentle friendship & unconditional sense of Inclusiveness of all beings, everywhere.

It is Compassion - Caring human response to suffering of others, deserving our tenderness.

It is Sympathetic Joy - rejoice equally in others success & happiness. Dissolve feelings of fragmentation & over come the illusion of separateness, comparison, envy & judgement. 

It is Love - which makes the heart moist, so that it can quickly join with others.

It is Equanimity - which refines us into, Radiantly calm, wholeness, oneness, Authentic Intimacy combined with spacious stillness of the mind.

It is Poise - skillful means to communicate with an open heart.

It is Perspective - being available, loving & caring for those who who do not behave according to our preferences. You can not control others.

It is Generosity - learning the art of forgiveness, giving grace marks & reforging relationships.

It is Awareness - shining this light on dark screen of the mind to obliterate the white thoughts in to nothing.

It is Inquiry of Questions - Asking the right questions : what is the color of apples on the outside, because they are white inside. Question the value of your belief itself. Then these questions will propel us to living Reality.

It is Attention - connect just deeply enough with your mind, the object of focus or meditation. Do no impose your will.

It is Celibacy - the ultimate freedom from serial love affairs & heart breaks till death do us apart.

It is Parenting - Re-frame your commands into requests coated with politeness, directed to all children.

It is Concentration - seeking nakedly & directly with complete attention, focused on the object of Meditation. Remain tranquil, at ease, open, relaxed, gentle, yielding, soft & stable of mind.

It is being Awake - in the heart, mind & essence.

It is Timeliness - the force of desire tempts you. Beware where it starts, where it will lead to, do you want to go there, act now. Time is valuable & fleeting to make you miss the bus.

It is Slow Motion - in your thoughts & actions like breathing / walking deliberately to replace the usual multitasking & wandering. Just stray thought & not rivers of thoughts.

LIQUIDITY OF REALITY

It is Changing - ever flowing, emerging & merging just like a rainbow : beautiful, vivid, ephemeral & selfless. Canvas of mind, roller coaster of thoughts, dynamic cascade of emotions, capricious feelings.

It is Vipassna - the ability to see our inner experience clearly. Myself as a mental construct, not a solid body, but mind energy & body energy.

It is Present moment - which is neutral & happening in the now, the true nature of phenomenon.  

It is Karma - wholesome or unwholesome acts have the power to generate consequences down the road. With this understanding comes the possibility of making wise choices, now in our lives & living.

It is refining - a purifying process & urgency to do the general & specific House Keeping of the mind, which gets over used a lot.

It is responsibility - our ability to respond / react to the fruits of past Karma, when they do appear before us, in a very cool & tolerantly divine manner.

It is Intention - coupled with consciousness that gives choices for liberation from suffering. Karma plays itself out & back. What matters is the seeds we plant now, which will ripen & come back anyway.

Gain something means discovering what was there
