NUTRITION IS LIFE - user’s manual.

Responsibility of Vibrant Health rests with the owner of the body.

 

Human body is 60% Water, 20% fat, 20% other nutrients. It is the science of how our body uses food as fuel to keep us alive. Food is converted into Energy which enables the body to do Work. Work is done by consuming Calories which are made available when food is Metabolized by the cells.

NUTRIENTS - are chemical substances that help the body to build, maintain & repair tissues & empower cells to send messages back & forth.

Macronutrients are Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats, & Water.

Micronutrients are Vitamins & Minerals.

 

Digestion Drama is a two-part process. First is mechanical breakup & scond being chemical breakdown of food we ingest.

Metabolism is the ability to turn complex foods into basic nutrients for easy absorption into the body. It is the Process of burning nutrients inside the cells.

Catabolism produces heat & energy, while Anabolism produces new tissues.

CALORIES are the by product of Catabolism process. We must manage them & not let them manage us, which happens most of the time, with majority of us. Sugars are Energy foods. Molasses, Jaggery, Brown sugar, Raw sugar, Glucose, Dextrose, Sucrose, Lactose, Maltose, Fructose, Corn syrup, Honey.  

Mouth is the entry point of food & liquids. The grinding process to break up food happens here. The Alkaline Saliva provides moisture & enzymes amylases / Ptyalin to break down Carbs into simple sugars. Therefore take small bites & Chew mindfully.

The stomach is the main vat for mixing the vital juices & Hydrochloric acid with the broken-down food particles. The rhythmic contractions that keep the thick soup, Chyme moving forward is termed Peristalsis.

Duodenum is the start of small intestines where Pancreas secrete alkaline juices to make Chyme less acidic so that Amylase can finish its job of carbs into sugars.  Insulin assists the sugars / glucose to transport them into the cells. Here the bile from Liver mixes the complex fats & water into a cohesive emulsion. The Proteins are converted into, [AA] Amino Acids & Alcohol dehydrogenase digests the alcohol into the blood stream.

The Enzyme Protease converts Proteins into Peptides, while Pepsin makes Polypeptides before making AA. In the next stage AA hooks up with Fats to morphea into lipoproteins & Carbs into glycoproteins.

NEW CELLS – Nucleic acids combine with Proteins to manufacture Nucleoproteins which make up the Nucleus of every cell along with Protoplasm. RNA & DNA are important Nucleic acids. 

The mini fingers inside the walls of intestines are called Villus & micro-Villi which help the chyme to knead & move forward. They are programmed to absorb specific nutrients only.

The sequence of absorption is in the order of breakdown beginning with Fe, Ca, Mg, Carbs, Proteins, Fats, water soluble Vitamins, & finally fat-soluble Vitamins, B12, Na, K, Alcohol.

Lymph glands receive & process Fatty acids, Cholesterol, Water soluble Vitamins & send them to the Liver via the blood stream.

Liver additionally receives & processes AA, sugars, Vitamin C, B, Fe, Ca, Mg, through the blood stream to store up for future use.

Large Intestines receive indigestible fiber, lots of dead cells, water & some live bacteria.

Colon hosts permanent colonies of good micro-organisms which manufacture & absorb Vitamin B12, Vitamin K. The remaining water is absorbed here too. The breakdown of fiber & AA gives off Nitrogen gas, the cause for farts.

GLANDS – Organs that secrete chemical substances called Hormones which change the function of other body parts.

Sex Glands – Female hormone Estrogen deposits fatty tissues on hips. Progesterone prepares for pregnancy. Male hormone Testosterone builds muscles & bones.

Pituitary Gland stimulates Thyroid gland to control Catabolism.

Adrenal glands secrete Adrenaline for fight & flight situations.

Pancreases secrete Insulin to Metabolize Carbs.

 

VITAMINS & MINERALS

 

Vitamins & minerals are organic substances that regulate variety of body functions & assist in the Metabolism process.

Fat soluble Vitamins – A, D, E, K.

Water soluble Vitamins – C, B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin, Biotin, Pantothenic acid.

Vitamin A – Preformed Retinoids, Body makes Carotenoids compounds, are moisturizing nutrients. Mucous membranes, eyes, reproductive.

Vitamin D – Calciferol found in animal foods, Cholecalciferol from UV rays on skin, Ergocalciferol from sunshine plants.

Vitamin E – Tocopherols & Tocotrienols found in vegetable fats, nuts. They are anticoagulants & antioxidants, good for reproduction system, nerves, muscles.

Vitamin K – Prothrombin protein for blood clotting, Plasma.

Vitamin C – Ascorbic acid is high in antioxidants for nerves & Immune system.

Vitamin B1 – Thiamin is a coenzyme for Carbs metabolism.

Vitamin B2 – Riboflavin, moisturizer for tissues.

Vitamin B6 - Pyridoxine removes Homocysteine from blood & metabolism.

VitaminB12 – Cyanocobalamin for red cells, protects myelin on nerves. Manufactured in small intestines.

Niacin – Metabolism, growth, Oxygen flow, converts AA into Tryptophane.

Folate – Metabolism, growth, synthesis of DNA.

Biotin – Metabolism, growth, Carbon & oxygen atom between cells.

Pantothenic acid – Hemoglobin, Immune system & stabilize blood sugars.

 

MINERALS - are inorganic substances composed of only one kind of Atom.

Body stores up to 5g of each & requires 100mg/day of each.

Major minerals – Na, Ca, Mg, Cl, K, S, P.

Trace minerals – Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ch, Iodine, Selenium, Fluoride.

 

OSMOSIS – Water flowing through a semi permeable membrane of cells.

Water has a mind of its own & it flows from less dense to more dense areas to equalize the density on both sides of the cell walls.

The Potassium – Sodium pump helps maintains the fluid balance through electrolytes. The ratio stands as 4 times Potassium inside the cell to 1 time Sodium outside the cell walls.

Potassium - It functions as an electrolyte, maintains fluid balance, nerve signals & muscle contractions.

Sodium – It functions as an electrolyte to maintain nerves, muscles & fluid balance in the blood & around the cells.

Calcium – Fluid balance of cells, muscles & nerve messages.

Phosphorous – Metabolism, pH balance in blood, protects myelin on nerves.

Magnesium – Bones, nutrient movement, messages, genetic code transmission, part of Chlorophyll.

Iron - Hemoglobin & myoglobin proteins, muscles. Plant Iron Phytates must be split by tomatoes for absorption in the body.

Iodine – Part of Thyroxine, metabolism, prepare for reproduction.

Zinc – Part of Insulin, Testosterone, Immune system, brain.

Fluoride – Stored in bones & teeth.

Copper – Antioxidant to deactivate free Radicals, hair, bones, nerves.

Selenium – Antioxidant, cancer prevention.

Manganese – Metabolism, reproduction.

Chromium – Metabolism, pancreas.

Molybdenum – Metabolism, proteins.


MOOD & FOOD RELATIONSHIP

The four shades of moods are LOVE, HAPPINESS, SADNESS & GRIEF.

Our moods are dependent on specific chemicals that reach the brain cells to trigger such mood swings.

AA Tyrosine makes other AA like Dopamine & Norepinephrine which has the effect of being energized & alertness.

AA Tryptophane makes AA Serotonin which has the effect of being smooth & mellow. To move these high-speed trains into the brain we need Glucose to open the train tracks. Milk & cookies is a good combo for the above moods.

The top most mood of Love releases AA Phenylethylamine into the system.  

The emotion of GRIEF will generate harmful Catecholamine & Cortisol hormones which affect the Immune system. Low levels of Estrogen contribute to negative emotions too. Missing someone who is already dead causes INSOMNIA. The frustration of being without that person keeps you awake at night.

MANNER OF CONSUMING FOOD/MEALS – which makes the Digestive Agni sharp.

 

The best option is Squatting position on the floor

Next better option is Sitting cross legged on the floor

The food platter may be about 6 inches above the ground

The Dining Table & Chair is a big Taboo. Get rid of this eye sore.

Way out - Sit cross legged on the dinning Chair itself & eat on the Table.



HAVE REVERENCE FOR WATER – our bodies are 70% water

 WATERY VENICE  - INSIDE OUR BODIES


Our body is unique, like the city of Venice, where the highways for all movement are watery. In Venice we have complex interconnected systems of channels, canals and parking lots, all made up of water and water alone. If the water level in this maze was to go down by a couple of inches the water taxis, boats and canoes would get stuck in the sand and traffic come to a halt. If the water was allowed to thicken up by pollution then again the traffic would be affected badly, just as it happens in our bodies. 
DRINK BUT DO NOT DILUTE 
Prevention is better than cure. Drink lots and lots of water, but very very slowly, sip by sip. At least four liters of water per day: But, not with meals or food. If you do, then you dilute the digestive juices and acids. These enzymes, juices, and acids are required in the full strength to break down the food you eat, quickly and effectively. But when you consume water or other liquids alongside with food you are upsetting the chemical balance, inside the stomach. The human body is basically an alkaline body. Maintaining the correct PH is of prime importance. If you keep the alkalinity between 7.4 and 8.0 then you can expect to live longest. Cancer cells cannot survive in an alkaline and oxygenated environment.   
           
WATER RETENTION BY THE BODY

Water is retained by the human body as follows: 66% inside the cells, 26 % outside the cells, and balance 8% in our blood. The body begins to retain more & more water when it senses that the input has been reduced or slowed down. Potassium handles the water outside the cells while the Sodium is responsible for the water inside the cells. This is how the body weight goes up, when you want it to go down. The more you drink the more body will expel out freely. Go low on salt / sodium & high - four times on Potassium.

WATER AS A SOLVENT FOR SOLUTES
Water is required to back wash the salts deposited in the stomach lining.  Water is needed to manufacture complex hormones, by your glands in the body. Therefore drink lots of water before meals. Water is required to keep your blood fluid and flowing. Water is required as a solvent to regulate all solutes and functions in the body. Enzymes work more efficiently in solutions of high viscosity. The preferred ratio is 25 % solute in a solution.

REPLENISH WINTER STEAM

Water is needed to replenish the winter steam, the moisture that escapes from your blood stream with every breadth.  A small clot, a microscopic obstruction or buildup in the arteries could be fatal.                                

WATER TO WASH AWAY DEAD CELLS & MAINTAIN FLUIDITY

Water is badly needed by the body to wash away the dead cells, toxins, and other pollutants. Water is also needed by the intestines to keep the waste products wet and moving easily. Any stoppage in this section is very harmful. The sewage system of the body starts to seep into the blood stream, causing you to be sick and dead eventually.

CLEANING OF BLOOD & KEEPING IT PURE OXYGENATED

Be active all day. Do yoga, and lots of walking. The idea is to keep the blood clean and oxygenated, by deep breathing all the time with good fresh air. You can exercise with weights and go jogging too. But when you do this, you generate lots of LACTIC ACID in the muscles, and injuries to your bones/joints. Then the body has to get rid of this acid by working overtime. We need to keep our body in alkaline mode all the time.               

NOSE BREATHING IS MANDATORY BUT SELDOM DONE

Also remember to breathe through your nose when you go deep breathing. 70 % of the people are mouth breathers. They breathe in, cold dirty air into the lungs and blood stream creating more problems. When you breathe through the nose you get clean warm air into your lungs. Most importantly nose breathing generates NITRIC OXIDE gas, which gets dissolved in the blood and helps to dilate the microscopic capillaries and vessels when it reaches out in the remote and difficult body parts, especially the brain.

Always drink Lukewarm water slowly, sip by sip as if it is hot tea.

Drink water first thing in the morning to get maximum SALIVA back into the stomach.

Drink about 2 to 3 glasses of water early in the morning to induce colic reaction for a good bowel movement.

Store & Drink water from a copper lota to minimize surface tension in the water to help pull out the debris lodged in the intestines.

Drink water 40 minutes before every meal to help body make copious amounts of acids & enzymes for digestion.

NEVER drink cold water or any other liquid with/after food to avoid DILUTING the strong acids & enzymes, thus extinguishing the digestive Fire/Agni.

 

CONFLICTING FOODS ARE A SERIOUS TABOO

Milk is a wholesome & complete food by itself, when ingested alone.

Limited quantities are recommended specially at nighttime.

When Milk is combined with other foods it becomes POISON.

GHEE/CLARIFIED BUTTER IS MEDICINE FOR THE BODY

 

Like the Divine Lord is hidden in HIS Creation, GHEE is hidden in milk. Through the introduction of Agni to milk, by the friction of churning, butter appears. This butter is then heated over fire and the most hidden part of milk, GHEE appears.

The milk of cows is considered to possess the essence or sap of all plants, and ghee is the essence of milk.
The ingestion of ghee is offering the finest of fuels into the fires of digestion (Agni).

Ghee increases the sattvic qualities of life both in our self and in our environment

Ghee increases Dhi (intelligence) refines the Buddhi (intellect) and improves the Smrti (memory). Ghee also builds the aura, makes all the organs soft, and increases Rasa (the internal juices of the body).

Ghee is Guru (heavy). It mildly increases the qualities of Kapha and decreases Pitta and Vata, which are both light. In moderation, ghee balances all the doshas. 


EDIBLE TEN COMMANDMANTS


Keeping in mind all the above aspects of the brewing beer Vat like stomach the following TEN COMMANDANTS have been formulated to aid & lead you to Vibrant health which manifests as fountain of youth subsequently. 


1} Thou shall consume all your micro-sized meals from Sunrise to Sunset. The stomach is influenced by the heat & light of the mighty Sun & functions best during daylight hours. It is your Solar powered furnace.


2} Thou shall ingest small quantities of food, which can be accommodated in the palms of your two hands at any one meal.


3} Thou shall eat solid food at room temperature or piping hot state. Frozen or cold foods lower the temperature of the stomach & result in sludge formation which refuses to move forward / downwards causing physical distress / uneasiness.


4} Thou shall drink a large tumbler of Lukewarm water, very slowly sip by sip, twenty minutes before every meal. This is a must because your body will need this neutral liquid to make up copious amounts of rich ALKALINE SALIVA & other complex digestive acids, enzymes, hormones when you begin to eat your solid food.


5} Thou shall maintain the potency of powerful digestive acids by refraining from mixing any foreign liquids, along with your solid food, like milk, wine, beer, alcohol, water, cold drinks, fruit juices. This is a serious matter because dilution of powerful acids will delay & surely stop the digesting process. No water/liquid with MEALS.


6} Thou shall attempt to enjoy one item of solid food at one meal. Mixing too much variety in one sitting clashes with each other & confuses the stomach. It just shuts down leaving you with undigested food, gas generation & its entrapment which results in extreme pain. Seven course dinners & massive buffets are a sure quick way to the grave. Starches sugars & proteins interact with each other to produce harmful chemical reactions. Therefore, eat them separately. Examples of single item meal are as follows:

 

Dark bread/toasted whole wheat bread/flat beard with butter.

Platter of meats/sea food/fish - two cups equivalent

Cooked vegetables - one cup

Raw vegetables, fruits, salads without proteins - two cups

Cooked Lentils or lentil soups - one cup


7} Thou shall cook, prepare, or assemble your own food in silence & soul conscious awareness. In case your loved ones are cooking your food then make sure they are always kept contented & happy. This is the only way you are going to ensure that positive love-full vibrations go into your food first & latter on in your system. Imagine yourself ingesting unhygienic street food cooked by a dissatisfied unpleasant angry person, who is compelled to do this for a living/profit.


8} Thou shall eat in micro sized bites, chew slowly with mouth shut & masticate the morsels of food in soul awareness till it is liquid in the mouth itself. Please note that food is digested in the mouth & absorbed in the stomach. This habit will make you feel fuller & allow you to eat less. which is the pathway & secret to Vibrant health.


9}  Thou shall walk away from the ever inviting but dangerous platters of cakes, pastries, sweets, ice creams, puddings, milkshakes which are overflowing with harmful sugars (Fructose). At this point your single item meal has used up all the available INSULIN in your system. These sugary desserts if consumed now will end up in your blood stream which I dare say will prove FATAL. Go ahead & kill yourself with a piece of sweet. How ever we have beautiful alternatives for your sweet tooth now, if you cannot resist the temptations, like dates, figs, cinnamon, licorice, molasses, jaggery, maple syrup, & sweetest of all honey.

 

10}  Thou shall also focus on the elimination process of the body. Early morning drink the first glass of Lukewarm water with lemon juice or 10 drops of tinctures Neem/Turmeric/Ginger. The second glass must have 5 spoons of ground mixture of Flax seeds, Chia seeds & Psyllium husk. This regime will ensure total evacuation of the unwanted elements from the body.

UNDERSTANDING IMMUNITY - matter of life & death


Immunity is the Invisible protective shield of Qi & Jing energies in & around our body.

This Wei Qi / protective energy charges up every cell in our system which comes Alive in its presence.

Qi is assimilated by the body from the Prana/Air we inhale/breathe in & foods we injest.

Nature has provided us with two layers of Immunity protection. Exterior is termed as Yang, while the Interior is called Yin.

 

EXTERNAL IMMUNITY

It is superficial & affects the exposed parts of the body, such as skin, hair, muscles, joints, & all orifices including the mucous membranes of nasal passages & lungs.

The toxic environment is made up of chemical contaminants in the food & liquids we ingest, the polluted air we breathe in & the deadly radiation we absorb from electronic devices we constantly use.

The external environment of cold heat wind & humidity directly influences the buildup of viruses, germs, pathogens resulting in chills, Fever & joint pains.

The simplest solution to this initial uneasiness is to Sweat it out by exercise, hot baths or drinking herbal concoctions, teas, soups & cover up with blankets.

 

BODY'S PRIVATE ARMY

The toxic environment around us causes the body to produce FREE RADICALS in response, so that they can defend our complex watertight system against unwanted Invaders.

Free Radicals are molecules generated by the cells which contain extra Oxygen atom & are frantically looking for another Oxygen atom to stabilize.

Paradoxically to keep up the production levels of Free Radicals inside our body, the cells require extra Oxygen from outside.

The additional Oxygen is made available through EXERCISE, Intense activity & Intake of foods that maximize oxygen or are rich in ANTIOXIDANTS.

Free radicals are bound up & neutralized by Antioxidant nutrients found abundantly in diets of unprocessed grains & organic vegetables.

Sometimes these Free radicals will attack unprotected productive cells thus disturbing the action of Cellular DNA, which controls key cellular activities.

Damaged cells are no longer conduits of Qi energy & stagnate to become sites of tumor growth & cancer.

Free Radicals are also produced by oxidation in the metabolism of food inside & by oxidized RANCID FOODS / over heated oils / hydrogenated fats / processed snacks .

Two specific examples of Free Radicals are Iodine & Superoxide molecules.

These Defenders destroy germs, viruses & fungi through the process of Oxidation.

The byproduct of this Oxidation of the Invaders produces Hydrogen peroxide additionally which further assists in destroying yeasts & fungi.

A healthy digestive system has ample LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS & intestinal microorganisms to help optimum nutrient absorption.

Metabolic imbalance is the starting point for sickness.  Unhealthy overgrowth of CANDIDA, which is a fungus, yeast-like pathogens swimming in excess moisture / mucus preventing the gut functions.

The major key to high Immunity is minimizing the need to produce free radicals by minimizing stress & toxins in our lifestyles.

Developing an Attitude of Non-separation in one’s personal life. Separation is felt between people because of unresolved Emotional issues. This can be changed through sincere Forgiveness, unconditional love & gratitude for everything that happens & has happened.

Getting rid of old Resentments clears the liver of obstructions which in turn permits the smooth & vigorous circulation of Qi energies.

Indiscriminate & Passionate sexual activity drains the body of vital Jing energy too. 

The foods that can help with fresh flora are barley grass, green vegetables, miso soup, soy sauce, raw sauerkraut & Yogurt.

The art lies in understanding the secrets of long healthy life, disease free living, and absence of old age complications. The top secret is to live by HEART and not by head, as we normally do. What is your heart? It is a mechanical pump which has a very small horse power, yet very powerful one and a complex maze of pipelines and valves. In short it is the most sophisticated hydraulic system ever in the world. The length of our arteries, veins and capillaries is so huge that they can go around the earth once. Imagine thousands of kilometers of microscopic pipelines being pumped with a very advanced fluid, called blood, 24/7 without ever stopping or shutting down for maintenance. Five liters of blood keeps circulating through very thin capillaries tubes all day long with full force of 120 systolic / 80 diastolic, mm Hg.
  ANCIENT METHOD OF MEASURING BLOOD PRESSURE

In olden days around 1847, blood pressure was measured by inserting into the artery, a glass capillary tube which had to be at least 7 feet high to offset the force of the pumping heart, with calm emotions inside you. In angry moments, the blood pressure shoots up so high that the doctors required a 14 feet high glass tubing to offset the increased force of the poor heart. You can visualize the damage occurring inside the heart, when you get mad with anger and revenge over trifles, over false sense of perceptions of Family Honor, and verbal castigation's on intangibles like religion, which of course is concocted by man with Stone Age intelligence.
INTELLIGENT REUSABLE FLUID
This also implies that the fluid called blood has to be of low viscosity, like water and easily flow able at all times of your lifetime. But that does not happen. We are so busy chasing valueless stuff, money, cars, houses, possessions, false images, temporary fame, name, that we forget to drink enough water and hydrate ourselves to keep the blood thin and flowing easily. So what happens is just the opposite. The persistent neglect, of hydration month after month and year after year, gets us dehydrated heavily, making the blood thick and sticky, just like honey. It refuses to flow. Also lifetime of unhealthy eating, bad habits, and shallow judgments makes our blood highly toxic, very viscous and thick additionally.

What happens is pretty easy to tell? A small pump with a low horse power is pushed to its limits to keep pumping thick, toxic, sticky blood through 1,60,000 km of pipeline without stopping. Remember that you would require many times higher horse power to pump a liquid into microscopic pipelines or tubes. This small heart of yours has to pump and push even harder to get oxygenated blood into those microscopic capillaries embedded deep between layers and layers of fat. The heart muscles get fatigued very soon and give up on you. Consequences are deadly or near fatal. The heart pump gets over loaded with all the extra work to be done. The heart muscles become over worked and fail. The result is heart failure or cardiac arrest. The heart is crying out loudly, “I cannot go on any more, I am sorry.” The pump motor has ceased and you are deceased. In short you killed yourself. I call it suicide: A slow silent deliberate killing. If you do not die of cardiac arrest then you are sure to die of cancer, because the blood cannot get into those fine capillaries, and they start to wither away, atrophy and turn cancerous. 
BLOOD - CARRIER OF OXYGEN & LIFE
The second function of the heart is to pump the dirty, sticky, toxic blood into the lungs to be cleaned up and made pure again and again. Blood is a reusable hydraulic fluid. The lungs are a wonderful marvel of engineering. They have a capacity of holding 5 liters of air in every breadth. Yes exactly 5000 cubic centimeters of oxygenated air. The surface area inside the lungs is 2500 square feet, equal to the area of a lawn tennis court.
AERATION MIRACLE
Here inside the lungs the dirty blood full of dead cells, toxins, carbon dioxide, monoxide, and no nutrients comes in contact with the air we breathe in. So much blood is exposed yet not a drop spills or leaks out. What amazes me is the fact that blood does not clot up in this area? If you cut yourself, anywhere on the skin, the oozing blood comes in contact with the same air and clots up immediately to help you from bleeding to death. Your blood contains an important lifesaving chemical called clotting factor. It is very vital for our survival in times of accidents and fights.
This way it gives out all the toxins and absorbs in the oxygen and nutrients and becomes fresh and pure. The Hemoglobin gets saturated with oxygen and thus travels to the brain and other organs in the body. It is a pure engineering marvel and cosmic miracle. If the cells do not get oxygen, they become sick and die. When the brain does not get oxygen, it mal functions and creates further problems for our body. We are oxygen loving bundle of bacteria. We function best when the breathing is at its highest point, just like when you are making love to your mate.
That’s why they say breadth is life. When you are hardly breathing or breathing in a very shallow manner then disease sets in and death is imminent. Finally when you stop breathing, you are deceased or dead. But again we lead meaningless lives, preoccupied with television, computers, video games, working, worrying for small stuff, studying, and all these activities which force us to breathe in a very shallow manner.
MANUAL  BELLOWS
We inhale just 100 to 500 cc of air in every breadth compared to the capacity of 5000 cc. Imagine human beings using only 10 % of their lung capacities. The lower 40% capacity inside the lungs is never expelled out. It stays inside and causes local pollution in our blood. The residual air is the primary pollutant. The upper 40% of extra air of our total lung capacity is never used up. We never breathe in or inhale this part. Hence by and large most of us operate between 40% - 60% range and less. This is very poor performance on our part. It does not make sense if you work hard, make lots of money, eat richly, dress lavishly, but have dirty toxic blood running in your arteries. Does it make any sense? NO! Never; hence be aware of the delicate internal world, instead of being foolishly aware of outside worldly stuff. It does not help you in anyway.
MOUTH OR NOSE BREATHERS
How you breathe is another big factor in your survival. We are normally mouth breathers, taking in all the dust, microbes, and pollutants. The cold dirty air hits our throats and larynx, causing it to dry up in the process. Nature gave us a nose for a reason. We rarely use it fully, and if we did we would benefit tremendously. The nose heats up the incoming air, cleans it and by passes the throat area. But you got to be first conscious of this fact then and then only it becomes possible. A clean nose is a prerequisite, which is a rarity. Nose has another very important function to play when we inhale. The nitric oxide gas producing glands work only when we use our noses. This gas is fully soluble in blood. It helps dilate the microscopic capillaries and allows the blood to reach the smallest crevices in our body which are buried deep under the layers of fat. When this does not happen, the cells atrophy and die and cancer starts to build up. It is all in your hands, or in your nose power to live incrementally or die slowly. Nitric oxide gas very cleverly interacts with oxygen radicals to form Metabolites that destroy pathogens inside our bodies.
HOMES ARE GAS CHAMBERS
Living an oxygen starved life is the starting point of most of the diseases, sickness, and poor health. We further complicate matters by living in closed, fully sealed, air tight houses and offices for at least eight months in a year if not more in cold regions of the world. Everyone knows that the inside air is 100 times more polluted than the outside air. We make our houses air tight basically to keep the cold part outside, but this way we keep the oxygen out too. Hence our homes are more of gas chambers, heated though. We also take pride in sharing the little oxygen trapped in the house with our beloved pets, cats and dogs. So we end up inhaling, breathing stale air, full of carbon dioxide and monoxide. We are wrongly programmed to additionally light up Tea-lights in our gas chambers to use up the balance quantity of oxygen left behind. In World War II, Hitler exterminated millions of Jews by putting them in toxic gas chambers. Today, we are killing ourselves by living in our own personal “GAS CHAMBERS”.
LOVING HEART
There is yet another function of your heart. Can you guess this one? It is an important function and you know it from day one. It is LOVE. We are all love products. When two people, our parents made love, we were born. In the initial years, we get so much love that you cannot measure or keep track of. Both parents shower love on their children initially. Latter on things go wrong and we start replacing love with material things, toys, possessions and other loveless pursuits. Then more things go wrong and we are loaded with hate & hatred. To get back into ‘love mode’ we have to again start loving ourselves first.
Love our bodies; love our selves correctly, and intelligently. If I come to your house and ask for a glass of water, how can you serve me a glass of water when your own pitcher or fridge is empty? So, the secret is to love yourself enough, and fill up your “pitcher”. When you are totally filled up with love then and then only you can love another person.                            

Today when you tell a woman, I love you; it sounds hollow, its meaningless and a false promise. Absence of love brings in all the other terrible negative EMOTIONS which cause havoc in our bodies. These emotions disturb the delicate balance of hormone production and cause cancers, diseases and death. There are 200 varied emotions and corresponding 200 diseases. People who love themselves truly, do not smoke, drink alcohol, or over eat, and remain vegetarians by and large, eating salt and sugar in moderation only. Food does kill and heal as well. Today we even conduct our jogging, exercises and work outs in indoor gymnasiums, sharing the polluted air. This is how we make the dirty blood dirtier, defeating the purpose of exercise. How is government’s health care plan going to help you, I wonder? 
  WATERY VENICE - INSIDE OUR BODIES

Our body is unique, like the city of Venice, where the highways for all movement are watery. In Venice we have complex interconnected systems of channels, canals and parking lots, all made up of water and water alone.        If the water level in this maze was to go down by a couple of inches the water taxis, boats and canoes would get stuck in the sand and traffic come to a halt. If the water was allowed to thicken up by pollution then again the traffic would be affected badly, just as it happens in our bodies. 
DRINK BUT DO NOT DILUTE INSIDE
Prevention is better than cure. Drink lots and lots of water. At least four liters of water per day: But, not with meals or food. If you do, then you dilute the digestive juices and acids. These enzymes, juices, and acids are required in the full strength to break down the food you eat, quickly and effectively. But when you consume water or other liquids alongside with food you are upsetting the chemical balance, inside the stomach. The human body is basically an alkaline body. Maintaining the correct PH is of prime importance. If you keep the alkalinity between 7.4 and 8.0 then you can expect to live longest. Cancer cells cannot survive in an alkaline and oxygenated environment.              
Water is retained by the human body as follows: 66% inside the cells, 26 % outside the cells, and balance 8% in our blood. Water is badly needed by the body to wash away the dead cells, toxins, and other pollutants.
WATER AS A SOLVENT FOR SOLUTES
Water is required to back wash the salts deposited in the stomach lining.  Water is needed to manufacture complex hormones, by your glands in the body. Therefore drink lots of water before meals. Water is required to keep your blood fluid and flowing. Water is required as a solvent to regulate all solutes and functions in the body. Enzymes work more efficiently in solutions of high viscosity. The preferred ratio is 25 % solute in a solution.
Water is needed to replenish the winter steam, the moisture that escapes from your blood stream with every breadth.  A small clot, a microscopic obstruction or buildup in the arteries could be fatal.          
Water is also needed by the intestines to keep the waste products wet and moving easily. Any stoppage in this section is very harmful. The sewage system of the body starts to seep into the blood stream, causing you to be sick and dead eventually.
