Elemental Loan: Five elements make up the human body. Show respect to these elements. Join hands together in gratitude and devotion; be thankful. This body is a loan from the planet Earth and therefore must be returned to Mother Earth. The planet reclaims its loan upon our death.

Perceiving the Internal Highway: We see and hear the traffic on the highways. Do we ever feel and hear the traffic throbbing inside our body’s highways? If not, it proves our poor sense of perception and awareness. Sharpen your sense of perception through continuous attention, awareness, and Yoga.

Puranic Diet

When the body is alive, it is always responding to the elements and nature. We assimilate energy from the Sun, Air, Water, and Ether, more on most days and less on full moon/lunar days. Eat mostly uncooked food/fruit; masticate well with saliva to partly digest in the mouth. Cooked food has no puranic value. Eat with reverence, slowly and consciously. The body is just 3% protein, an excess of it from meat causes cancer. Foods are digested with acids and alkalis, not both. Elaborate buffets confuse the system. Consuming one spoonful of ghee before meals lubricates the alimentary canal. Never dilute digestive acids and enzymes with any kind of liquid during a meal.

CORE CHOICE - AWARENESS VS. ACCIDENTAL LIVING

The Myth of Destiny: Destiny is a consoling word but totally disempowering. Choosing life in absolute unawareness means idling around. When a passive mode sets in, you go quickly downhill right into the grave.

Two Interrogatives for the Self:

Are you a self-start or a push-start for joy?

Do you need external stimuli to be happy?

Paying Attention Pays: It is a continuous, conscious process of living every moment.

The Right Inputs: Unless you do the right things, right things will not happen to you.

INTELLECTUAL EVOLUTION VS. KNOWING

The Scale of Intellect:

Juvenile Intellect: Analyzes.

Mature Intellect: Realizes.

Three Dimensions of Mind:

Buddhi: Discriminatory dimension of the mind.

Manas: Acquired memory.

Chitta: Awareness, inclusiveness, embracing all.

Identity (Ahankara/Ego): The hub around which the intellect functions.

The Knowing Spectrum:

Knowledge: Accumulated information, lots of it.

Artificial Intelligence: Specific information put together.

Knowing: Living intelligence, always active and available. All biology has innate intelligence.

Believing vs. Seeking: Believing is rigidity, assuming many things that you do not know, with added confidence. Start seeking, which means you have realized that you do not know.

 

CHEMISTRY OF MIND, EMOTION, AND KARMA

The Internal Engine: Pleasure, joy, love, compassion, bliss, ecstasy, this is the chemistry of our lives. First hormones control us, then the silly mind takes over.

Thought vs. Emotion: Thought has agility and clarity to it. Emotion is slower but makes up in immensity; it is the juicier part of thought and a deeper dimension of the heart.

Energy and Karma: Reverberation of energies produces thought, which will manifest. Karma Yoga is a gross action which leaves a residue behind. This residue becomes a pattern, tendencies, habits, impressions, and Vasanas that give out a "smell" to attract similar stuff.

Nature's Alchemy:

Manure manufactures mangoes;

Filth flowers as fragrance.

Openness, Devotion, and Dissolving the Self

Vulnerability as Growth: Being flexible means being vulnerable to the inclusiveness of all, which is the very basis of the cosmos. New possibilities are possible in vulnerability, not in security and rigidity. A seed can have a new life as a giant tree only if it is ready to lose itself.

The Transaction of Love: To love with conditions is just a transaction, a bargain, a barter. If you are a miser/stingy /Kanjoos, then you cannot love another because in love, the "you" must melt away to accommodate the other.

Unconditional Love: Become loving as a human being; there is no need to love another forcibly. Express your divinity and love will follow you—it has legs and a will of its own. Develop the willingness to respond openly and freely to embrace the world.

Devotion: Devotion is dropping all dualities to zero total embrace where everything is fine. It is full of juice, beautiful, and joyous. However, without the clarity of knowing, it leads to stagnation.

EXISTENTIAL MECHANICS - CREATOR, COSMOS & DUALITY

Shiva & Manifestation

Shiva, That Which is Not. The vast emptiness in the cosmos is unmanifested, singular. That which manifests is plural duality rises (Male/Female, Light/Dark, Mind/Body, Five elements/matter). Truth vs. Idea: Universality is not an idea; it is an existential truth. Individuation is surely just an idea.

The Gravity of Grace

Life is one thing, but the source of life is even more magnified. Look at the miracle or magic of how two gases, Hydrogen and Oxygen, become liquid water. The Creator is not looking for your attention; His plate is already full and overflowing with Grace. If you can be receptive, then fill yourself up with Grace too, because Grace will lift you up and beyond. Enhance the ability to receive life from the universe as it is.

ARCHITECTURE OF SUFFERING

The Responsibility Matrix: We are responsible for the way we are now, hence the need to transform for the better. Own your life; start the inward voyage to abundance.

Stress & Anger:

Stress is totally self-created and self-inflicting. It is a certain level of internal friction, lubricating it with awareness. Anger is an unintelligent, uncontrolled reflex reaction, and entirely self-defeating.

The Ego Trap: "Me" and "Mine" are the worst enemies. Kill them to be free and be alive again. Is your inner life in your control? Ask again and be sure about it. Is your inner state of well-being a sense of pleasantness, in your control? Why not?

TECHNOLOGY OF YOGA AND BREATH

The Science of Alignment: Yoga is the science of being in perfect alignment and harmony with existence. Existence is energy in different forms and ways the world manifests itself. The human body is a marvelous instrument to transcend to higher levels of existence. Self-transformation is a dimensional shift to experience life’s internal and external realities.

The Yoga Toolkit

Yoga: A technology of upgrading and refining action through inner energy. Action is a constant longing to be limitless, boundless, and free like a bird flying.

Yoga Asanas: Postures to align your geometry with the geometry of the cosmos. Different body postures can give you elevated consciousness.

Hatha Yoga: Helps balance the energies of the sun and moon.

Surya Namaskar: Sun salutation balances the solar energies (right/left, male/female). The Earth is solar powered too.

Kriya Yoga: Internal action for the spiritual path (e.g., Shambhavi Mahamudra).

Samyukta Gives skillfulness that arises out of equanimity.

Shavasana: Promotes the free flow of energy and replenishes vitality. Sleep in this supine position all night. Attempt to be aware of the last moment before sleep happens—this is a process to become aware after death.

Breathing consciously all day will take you to great heights.

9 breaths/min: You can catch the language of the creatures.

This is a brilliant, elegant piece of value engineering. We are taking a classic "waste product", the heat dissipated by the condenser coils, and repurposing it to solve a genuine, everyday consumer friction point, all while eliminating a manufacturing and shipping vulnerability, the exposed, fragile rear radiator. In standard refrigerator designs, the compressor pumps hot, high-pressure refrigerant gas through the condenser tubes, the heat sink. This heat is simply dumped into the kitchen. By reconfiguring these "snake-like" tubes to surround or line a small, insulated cabinet, the Thawing Chamber, we turn a waste byproduct into a functional thermodynamic tool.

The historical angle captures the exact spirit of human ingenuity, that relentless itch to look at an invention and say, Great, now how do I use this to go faster and look effortlessly elegant? The transition from a crude wooden beam to the sleek, chain-driven machines we ride today is a masterclass in progressive engineering. Let's dive deep into the fascinating milestones of the bicycle's history.

1817 - The Laufmaschine, Running Machine

Before pedals, gears, or chains, there was the Laufmaschine invented by Germany's Baron Karl von Drais. In the English-speaking world, it was quickly dubbed the Dandy Horse or Velocipede.

Design - It featured two wooden wheels connected by a central wooden perch. The rider astride the beam simply pushed off the ground with their feet in a running motion, coasting whenever momentum allowed.

Maneuverability Leap - Drais’s true stroke of genius was the articulated front wheel. By adding a pivot mechanism and a rudimentary handlebar to the front fork, he solved the exact steering problem that made earlier rigid contraptions a literal drag. It wasn't built for comfort, but it could outrun a walking pace, which was a marvel for its time. 

1860 - Introduction of Pedals: The Boneshaker  

For nearly forty years, the two-wheeler remained a foot-powered coaster. That changed in Paris during the 1860s when Pierre Michaux and his son Ernest added rotary cranks and pedals directly to the front wheel axle.

Catch: Because the pedals were fixed directly to the axle, one rotation of the pedals equaled exactly one rotation of the wheel. To go faster, you simply had to pedal faster.

Why "Boneshaker" These machines were built with heavy iron frames and wooden wheels clad in iron tires. Combined with the cobblestone streets of Europe, the vibrations were so violent that they earned their notorious nickname. It was clear that both speed and ergonomics needed a major overhaul.

1870 - The High-Wheeler, Penny-Farthing  

Engineers realized that if they wanted more speed out of a direct-drive pedal system, they needed a bigger wheel. Enter the Penny-Farthing, named after the British pennies, large and farthings, small because of the drastic size discrepancy between the front and rear wheels.

Design: The front wheel ballooned to sizes up to 5 feet in diameter, while the rear wheel shrunk to a mere stabilizer of 8 inches diameter.

Experience: It allowed riders to travel much further and faster with each pedal stroke. However, mounting yourself high above that giant wheel meant your center of gravity was incredibly precarious. Striking a stone or stopping suddenly often resulted in the rider being thrown over the handlebars, a dangerous mishap known as "taking a header." It was fast, but it certainly wasn't comfortable or safe for the average commuter.

1885 - Rover Safety Bicycle

The true turning point that unlocked the commercial, mass-market bicycle we recognize today with John Kemp Starley's Rover Safety Bicycle. This invention took the rider down from the terrifying heights of the Penny-Farthing and completely re-engineered the drivetrain.

Chain Drive: Instead of mounting pedals directly to the wheel axle, Starley placed them on a central sprocket and used a roller chain to transfer power to the rear wheel. This meant engineers could change gear ratios: a small turn of the pedals could spin the rear wheel multiple times, achieving high speeds without needing a giant front wheel.

Equal Wheels 24-inch diameter & Diamond Frame: The Rover featured two wheels of equal size and a sturdy, recognizable diamond-shaped frame, drastically lowering the center of gravity and making it safe for everyone.

1888 - Ultimate Comfort Milestone, Pneumatic Tires

The final piece of the modern puzzle arrived when Scottish inventor John Boyd Dunlop developed the pneumatic air-filled rubber tire. By replacing rigid iron and solid rubber with compressed air, the harsh vibrations of the road were finally absorbed by the machine rather than the rider's spine. The Cosmic Spark

A chosen soul beneath the sacred sign,

The Flow of Noor

The word Noor captures something incredibly fluid and alive, it implies a divine, uncreated light that doesn’t just shine, but flows or drips, saturating the physical form of someone who has emptied themselves to be filled by the Divine. When a sage realizes the Ultimate, their physical body can no longer contain the frequency of that realization, and it spills outward as a visible brilliance. That radiance isn't just a metaphor; it’s the physical manifestation of an elevated state of being.

From Energy to Art: The Halo

What the ancient seers saw with their open eyes or third eyes, later artists had to find a way to paint. Because they couldn't paint raw energy, they stylized it.

The Nimbus / Halo: In Western and Eastern hagiography, this became the golden disc around the head, representing the radiant aura of a purified intellect and soul.

The Aura / Prabha mandala: In Hindu iconography, deities and enlightened rishis are often depicted with a Prabha mandala, a circle of blazing light or fire, showing that they are a localized sun of spiritual energy.
