HOW WE IMPORT, BRING FORWARD, & ACQUIRE SEEDS

Every one of us as eternal souls, carry forward a mixed bag of seeds / Sanskars from our past births into next / this present birth. These remain dormant for a long time till we become adults.  

We souls additionally start with PURE ORIGINAL seeds of Power, Peace, Purity, Love, Bliss, Innate knowledge, & Truth. These are our active ones till we become adults.

Later on we pick up the environmental Dogmas from schools, colleges, neighbors & relatives. These recently acquired seeds become the most active seeds & we reap abundant but poor harvests of thoughts, feelings & emotions.

Mid - course correction is possible here at this stage before major damage occurs. This can only happen if we are educated in this area / field of mind. Thought production process & generation of waste thoughts must be taught as a compulsory subject right from play school up to tenth standard. The main idea is to replace the worthless seeds with good quality new seeds by SELF PLANTING THEM THROUGH AUTO SUGGESTION now that we are adults & wish to right the wrong.

HOW THE INTELLECT AS GARDENER CULTIVATES THE MIND AS SOIL.

The gardener is helpless when it comes to the question of the quality of seeds made available to him. With your razor-sharp Intellect & total awareness / alertness you can make conscious choices to water the good original seeds & leave out the worthless acquired seeds. Most of the time we supply the Intellect with useless seeds & in turn reap bountiful harvest of thoughts which have no value at all.  

We develop shallow judgments giving rise to bad habits, which trigger uncontrolled random TRESPASSES OF INTENTIONS for others body. Such subtle momentary desires of possession & pleasure occur at high speed one after the other. They are termed as waste & toxic thoughts. They drain your valuable energy & are a major cause of tiresome days coupled with sleepless nights - go figure.

The above mountain of THOUGHTS gradually snowballs into corresponding FEELINGS, the second stage of the mental process. It is for sure that toxic thoughts will develop into negative feelings. The total package is termed as NEGATIVITY.

Over time this negativity is experienced as UNMAN-AGED EMOTIONS. Here you have a choice to pause, stop, make mid-course correction & switch to positive emotions which are manageable & useful. But such change never happens, because it is difficult to DAM the powerful flow of the river of emotions, at this stage. The only workable solution is to stem the production of such storm water, over flooding rivers.

HOW THE PHENOMENON OF MENTAL-ISM WORKS  

Mental-ism is the output, as impulses of energy, of the mind in action. These microwaves of invisible emotions induce physical chemical fountains in the helpless body.

We harbor about 300 varying shades of emotions on an average. These internal mental vibrations become the constant background noise in our lives, to which become accustomed to over time.
