SPECTRUM OF HEALTH

This is a very crucial cross road from where you have two choices : to go down or to go up. Most of us are on the middle rung of the ladder of Health, that being APPARENT HEALTH - We think we are healthy enough, but realistically we are not. Mere absence of disease is not good health. 

The cause lies in our unawareness of wasteful & neutral thought patterns & habits arising from seeds of hurt, anxiety, worry, fickle, faithless, & inhibited.  
Our unconscious choice of seeds & eventual thought patterns lead us downwards one rung to MARGINAL HEALTH - The cause of this stage is negative thinking arising out from seeds of lust, inferior. defective, ugly, victim, loser & crushed. 

The lowest rung of the ladder is Ill health. This is a serious matter but the cause is very much in our control if we choose to do so. It is the perpetual pattern of Toxic thoughts arising from the seeds of Ego, jealousy, pride, greed, selfish, rude, cheating & CONTROLLING THE SPOUSES, CHILDREN, WHOLE WORLD. It is a sure highway to INSANITY - Go figure.    

The other path that takes you up on the ladder of Health is that of discipline & self control. One rung up takes you to OPTIMUM HEALTH - people in this category are very much conscious of their physical bodies & wish to stay in perfect shape most of their lives. Actors, singers, musicians, athletes, fall in this category of mania for good physique. They earn millions through the display of their bodies & skills. They also spend at least 2 hours everyday in the gym, rain or shine & eat frugally exercising total discipline in all aspects of their living. They have Positive thinking patterns, which grows from the seeds of contentment, helpful, love-full, aware, easy, quiet & happy. 

Finally the top most rung is that of VIBRANT HEALTH - This is attained by a select few who venture very hard in the field of Elevated thoughts, regular meditation, & Raja yoga. Saints, yogis, toddler children, fall in this beautiful category. The basis of such perfect health are the seeds of Peace, affection, kindness, giving, generous, honesty, & soul consciousness.

ENDLESS BACTERIAL RELAY RACE

Our human bodies are made up of hundreds of different types of cells: liver cells, brain cells, heart cells, bone cells, skin cells. In every organ at any point of time millions of cells are dying and the exact same number of new cells is being born, anew. In other words, our body resembles a graveyard, or a battlefield to be more precise. This implies that there is an extreme urgency, to get rid of the dead cells, quickly or else they will decay and become toxic, like the dead bodies in a battle field. Thus there exists a very fine balance which has to be maintained in every category, of our organs. What does this explain?  It goes to show that, in a very short period the whole organ is replaced by brand new cells, and this is an on going process 24/7, for as long as you live. Therefore, the physical body has NO EXPIRY date.

IS YOUR BODY OLD OR NEW

The anatomical structure is so wonderful, that it resembles a miracle in action. Let me ask you a dumb question at this stage. How old is your body? Mind you, I am not asking your age. It is, believe me, very young, brand new.  If the body, your hardware, is brand new, then what constitutes your age.  It is your soft ware, memory, education, thinking patterns, beliefs, convictions, and superstitions, brought forward of course. The outer covers are old and ancient while the inner core is always brand new.

PRETTY SKILLFUL AT BIRTH

Can you imagine how skillful and resourceful you are even at birth, from day one? The things we can do from the womb: suck, swallow, sneeze, stretch, salivate, hiccup, yawn, blink, cry and grip, which is strong enough to support your own weight. There are numerous miracles happening, inside our bodies all the time: breathing, digesting, dilating pupils, adjusting lumen, altering blood pressure, maintaining temperature, sorting out nourishing elements from the air, growing new cells, balancing hormones, repairing, purifying toxins, and remaining alive during sleep or worried situations.   

MIND IS INVISIBLE STUFF

Now, we come to the million dollar question? Where is the Brain?  O K you got this one right. The brain is in the head or the skull. Next question! Where is the MIND? Where is memory? Where is your Past, which you never seem to forget? The MIND is located out side the physical body, all around you. We need huge area to store up 90 years of stupid experiences. Hence our software is located outside our bodies.

Here in the outer layers, your beliefs, notions, and superstitions that you inherited from your ancestors are embedded. You inherit the total package of emotions, attitudes, mannerism, habits, from your parents. You pick up all, by virtue of being with them, day in and day out. You internalize everything automatically. I call this total package as “genes”. I will qualify it further as “emotionally enveloped genes”. They are the invisible part of our bodies and they are the cause of all our diseases and sickness by default, or good health, sometimes.  We definitely, need to rewrite the Gray’s Anatomy.                                    


FROM THOUGHTS TO DESTINY

Everything has a CAUSE, a starting point, so does sickness, illness, and disease. The starting point with humans is thoughts, feelings, emotions, and attitudes. A simple solution is to close your eyes, in meditation as often as possible.
External stimuli or events in real life trigger off basic thoughts of fears and doubts, which evolve into feelings. These feelings can be positive or negative: Feelings of insecurity, no self worth, and being unloved.  
In time, feelings are experienced as emotions of joy or hate.  Hurt, sorrow, and even grief are the bad ones. Next, these emotions cause in time, our reactions and behavior to graduate one notch up. Behavior can be constructive or destructive: Shouting, blaming others, withdrawing, taking all things personally are examples of destructive behavior. Our behaviors lead to moods & attitudes as time progresses.
Attitudes again can be good or bad.  Masking, hiding, being shameful, compulsions, and addictions are the bad ones. Finally, moods precipitate as stress resistance. We refuse to change ourselves for better. This is our destiny in the making – our own doing. We are the creators of our Destiny starting with Thoughts & progressing gradually to feelings, emotions, behaviors, moods, & attitudes. We are also true escapists and put the blame on God for deciding our destiny.

PLAYFUL / NAUGHTY  HORMONES  - BEWARE

Instead, we get busy changing others, controlling others, escaping anyhow, postponing, by absorbing ourselves into meaningless activities. Fearful of transformation, we refuse to change ourselves. We harbor these negative emotions, all the time, if not most of the time. These emotions are triggering off hormones in our bodies. They stimulate the Hypothalamus and Pituitary glands to secrete hormones in the high doses that are dependent upon the kind of emotions we harbor. We have excess of 3000 very complex chemicals in our bodies which must be kept in a very fine balance, 24/7.
Joyful, calm, lovable emotions trigger off hormones in just the right quantities, no more, any less. Just the optimal quantity!  On the other hand hateful, angry, grief ridden emotions, trigger off hormones in excess quantities, into the body. These hormones are no less than steroids and very powerful chemicals. They cause havoc and upset the delicate balance at cellular level. These steroids like hormones act upon the foods, we eat or import into our bodies. Foods are converted into energy which is required by our ever active bodies. The imbalance happens, when we have excess of wrong type of steroids and surplus of the wrong kind of foods. These foods can not be metabolized effectively and they end up in our blood stream making it almost fatal.

  SINKING INTO DEPRESSION

How does one get into a depression? Clinging like a leech to the past. Our own memory gets us into this black hole of depression. The events in the real world affect us so strongly, that we break down mentally and physically.

LIFE IS A SERIES OF MISHAPS FOR MOST

Broken heart is bound to happen someday. You put your head in the sand like the crane and refuse to see it coming. Divorce, is a way of going on separate paths with new partners or even alone. You cannot bear this loss. It is better than suffering, in a troubled marriage. Empty nest situation is inevitable in your life time. Children will grow up and fly away to find their own nests. This loss of role leaves, a giant hole in your life and you are shattered. Death of a loved one is truly shocking and you were not prepared for it. But this is how life is, highly unpredictable like the other situations: Job loss, retirement, accidents.                                                                 
   UNEDUCATED IN ANGER MANAGEMENT

When any of the above events happen in your life, you are jolted to the very core of your being and thrown out of balance. The first reaction is of shock, denial and disbelief. Anger kicks in. Why me, is the first question, we want an answer for? But there are no answers. Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal, with the intent of throwing it at someone else. But you are the one, who is getting burned, by holding on, to that hot coal.
  PAIN IS NORMAL FOR MOST - ALLERGIC TO HAPPINESS / JOY

Sadness followed by fatigue sets in, next. This ball of pain starts as an ache in your heart. It starts to grow bigger and bigger. Soul crushing sense of hopelessness is followed by deep melancholy and despair. This combination of complex feelings and emotions should not last very long. A normal person must be out of this predicament, in a week or two. But when they persist, showing no signs of leaving you, then you are in big trouble. The ball of pain is now a snow ball of anxiety, pessimism, and dread out of proportions.

SOCIAL ILLNESS

A full blown depression is on its way. It is a social illness, because it affects all other people around you. Now the depression moves a step further and takes over the body. A feeling of NO-SELF is experienced. Depression is flat, hollow, and unendurable aloneness. You become slow in the mind, cannot walk normally, lacking in grace, polish, and coordination.  It does graduate many times to a higher level of violence, or total with drawl. Depression bleeds relationships through suspicion and lack of confidence. Your own relatives and friends keep their distance now, just in case. So you end up being all alone, more and more. This is an enormous stress on you, taking you downhill, even faster. Next, you know that you have a full blown depression. For the second time, you get into denial and try to keep it a secret. You are mortally afraid of the stigma of depression. Hence you are prepared to suffer, in greater pain of shame and silence. To complicate the situation further you get into the victim and victimizer mentality. This is the third stage of depression and a pretty advanced one. All your time and energy is focused on blaming others for the unhappiness in your life. Emotional pain is expressed by criticizing, vituperating, ranting, and whining.

MENTALLY AGILE, BODILY IMMOBILE

Psychic scars are left behind when you believe that you are ugly, goofy, and incapable. Then you go into depression. What is the way out of your self-created sorry state of affairs?  Be depressed, don’t fight it. Be aware, even trying being happy. It will go away. Many times, we take drastic measures to get out of these deplorable situations. Extreme actions, can lead us to even bigger problems and we can end up being paralyzed.  Now you are lying down in bed, and cannot move at all, physically. But what is the mind doing. It is mobile. It is thinking and thinking in the wrong direction. You cannot move any part of your body. This is the single thought that is recurring. You are reinforcing the belief that you cannot move.

THE POWER OF AUTO SUGGESTION

Auto suggestion is working for you, of course in the opposite way. The body cooperates with the mind and the muscles do not get the electric charges essential for the muscular movement. How to get out of this predicament?  You have to put in the reverse gear and drive away. The same auto suggestion has to be made to work for you, in the correct manner, the positive way. Think, and think that you can move. Imagine yourself doing all the normal activities. Visualize that you are running the marathon and winning it. Belief is the only factor that is holding you down on the bed. You do not need a doctor to help you. You need a hypnotist to get you up and running. When a hypnotist puts you in a trance and suggests that you can walk and move, the body cooperates immediately. You begin to walk as normally as before. We replaced auto suggestion with external suggestion and it worked. This proves beyond doubt, that there is nothing wrong, medically with the body. It also proves that the mind is the chief culprit. If you are alone in the house and god forbid, fire broke out in the room. You will get up and run out of the house to save yourself. This is the power of the mind over matter, or the body. Do not wait for external suggestions; change your beliefs with auto suggestion. You have the power in you. First say to yourself, what you would like to do or be? Then do what you have to do to get there.

  HEALING YOUR PAIN
A doctor or a surgeon, can repair a damaged heart, but never repair a broken heart. It is only YOU, who can do this. Of course a healer can help and assist. When you discover that something is broken in your life, mind, heart, or spirit, you must go deep down, to find out the cause of the breakage. So you open up the component, examine it minutely; find the origin of the breakage or malfunction. Then, you decide to fix it or replace it. If fixing is needed, got to do it very carefully, delicately and give it a test run.  Otherwise throw it away and replace it. Clean up the place, it once occupied. This is called Closure. It is a prerequisite, for HEALING. Many times, when love or lack of love, breaks our hearts, we allow our hearts to become brittle, hard and we close up, totally. 

We do not have to be so harsh, on ourselves. For your own sanity, accept it. It is another lesson to be learnt. The trick is, to LET GO.
Letting go, is accepting, learning and experiencing it, as you grow up.
Letting go, is to be thankful for the experience that made you laugh and cry.
To let go, is to cherish the memories, to overcome and move on. To let go, is not, thinking sad thoughts, and forgetting.
It is having an open mind and confidence in the future.
It is neither winning or losing, nor giving in.
It is not about pride and how you appear.
It is not obsessing or dwelling in the past.
It should not leave feelings of emptiness, hurt, sadness, anger, jealousy, or regret.
It is certainly about you; all you have had and will have, soon again.
COURAGE TO CHANGE

Have the courage to accept change and summon up strength, to keep moving on. It is realizing that the heart can sometimes be the most potent remedy. Love is not a thing or a material object, which can be lost, when given. It is like an ocean. It is bound to come back, if you allow it. Be prepared to open a door, clear a path, and set yourself free. Break up! No, never. You have to do it gently, respect fully, do not be hard on yourself and the other person. Don’t fight sadness. Try to make it go away. Welcome it, indulge in it, feel it. Buy yellow roses as friendship signal and become stronger.                            
YOUR BELIEFS ARE THE REASON FOR YOUR PAIN

Pain and suffering is inevitable in this world, but being miserable is optional. This brings the ball back into your coat. Pain in the human body is a signal for action. Physical harm or hurt, like an injury or a disease will cause severe pain. Now, is the time to get a doctor to make a house call on you? The doctor will examine you thoroughly and conduct a couple of tests, to make sure what and where the malady lies. If the results of the tests are positive, the doctor will take corrective action and fix your problem. If the results of the tests are negative, you are stuck with a bigger problem, which this doctor cannot fix.  It is chronic pain syndrome. Chronic pain is long lasting, irritant, dis-enabling you, from doing your normal social activities: working a job, loss of memory, upset appetite, sleeplessness, perpetual fatigue, slowing down in movements, saying no to sexual pleasures and missing out on laughter and joy, which life has to offer. Your cognition, about chronic pain is fundamental to this cause.                                    
In the primitive days, pain was associated with evil spirits.
In the Judeo-Christian era, pain was accepted as punishment for our sins. 
In Greece, pain is taken up as a challenge to deal with.
In China, pain is identified with imbalance in Yin-Yang energies.
Today, pain is the basis of disease-medicine model by our doctors.
                      
CHRONIC PAIN SYNDROME
When you continue to accept your cognition of pain syndrome, the pain persists and gets you into a vicious loop. Doubting emotions are self-fulfilling beliefs. First you lose hope and then lose control over self. The next set of emotions that take over, are anxiety, anger, revenge, for the person who you think, is responsible for your pain, depression, despondency, and finally frustration. All this is in your mind. The experts call it cognition dissonance. It is your inner turmoil resulting from contradictions in personal beliefs and behavior. Cognitive behavior embraces a whole range of mannerisms. You become visible to others, by using supports, canes, crutches, chairs. You also use rubbing, frowning, twitching, jerking, sighing, to draw attention. You voice yourself by moaning, complaining and verbalizing. When you are all alone you reinforce the thoughts by silly self-talk in your head. Why me? The pain hurts and hurts badly. The mind helps the body cooperate, by the absence of all brain-chemicals specially, endorphins.
Chronic pain management encompasses three primary stages. Cognitive restructuring, is achieved by asserting yourself positively. You stop self-talk thoughts, by giving a command to self. Gradually you become useful, thus boosting up your self-esteem, to get out of the loop. Relaxation and deep breathing are recommended as the second step.  Self-hypnosis, by visualizing on pleasant events, helps on mental level. Lastly you must exercise to release brain chemicals in the system. Exercising additionally helps reconditions your muscles, tissues and stamina on the physical level.   
Personally, this chapter is not applicable to me because I was a born healer. I was consulted by my friends on many different problems as early as 16 years of age. I would ask them their monthly consumption of oil, sugar, rice and wheat in kilograms. Next I would advise them to simply change the ratios and see the results. It always worked. I was a social scientist right from start. There were no heart breaks because we were taught that right things will happen at the right time. Since we studied in coed schools we always had friends of both sexes. On the home front,  we had a dozen she cousins & very close family friends to interact with and grow up congenially. I was the lucky one to go and live with my uncles, aunts for long extended periods. I was introduced to yoga exercises at a very early age. In college I played all racket games like badminton, lawn tennis, squash, & table tennis to keep myself in perfect shape. So fortunate........ unbelievable.

PUBLIC OPINION BASED ON ANCIENT CORE BELIEFS

Public opinion is created by imperfect people. It is their combined perspective of ancient yardsticks brought forward & borrowed from the 15 Th century. In this time period our great great grandparents had stone dull Intellects & did not question their collective core beliefs / yard sticks. They happily assumed & firmly believed that the Earth was flat, the Sun went around the Earth & things heavier than air could never fly. Now what do you want to say to this basic premise on which all the other numerous notions were based. Today you are the advanced generation with razor sharp Intellects, yet you are anchored deeply in this foolish Public Opinion & influenced by it 24/7. I would say it controls you & your behavior, even after the lapse of 5 centuries when technology has proven them wrong & made them look foolishly small.   

PUBLIC OPINION CONTROLS US

Public Opinion is just a random, off the cuff conglomeration of opinions, but we mistakenly take them  as Absolute & swear to live our lives by them. They hold the power to make each of us uncomfortable inside our skins.

WHAT WILL THEY SAY ?

The most feared & often  used phrase goes as follows : WHAT WILL THEY SAY ? Who are they is another big question ? They constitute a handful of known folks, like your school friends, neighbors, office colleagues & a large number of unknown strangers in the crowd on the streets. The second part of the four letter syntax is What they will say ? Honestly it is the fig of your imagination at play. You never hear what they say or said. It is their silent meaningless looks, shallow judgments processed in their minds, preconceived notions/opinions & teasing ridicule that they enjoy momentarily at your cost. 

VIRTUAL PRISON MAKES ONE UNCOMFORTABLE

You chain yourself in the Virtual prison of multiple walls erected around you. The walls are made up of SELF- DOUBT, IMPERFECT, ILLUSIONS, MORALITY.  These powerful walls act like microwaves cooking up inside of you, feelings of LOW SELF RESPECT, NOT GOOD ENOUGH & UNACCEPTABLE. Over time these negative feelings mushroom into powerful toxic Emotions of ANXIETY, MENTAL SUFFERING making you extremely UNCOMFORTABLE INSIDE YOUR SKIN.

OBSESSIVE THINKING

Heart is influenced by inputs from outside world, the majority of which are related to Public Opinion. Based upon these inputs it creates feelings & emotions of negativity mostly. Our relationships affect us directly hence we are predominantly focused on OBSESSIVE THINKING about people & trifle issues. Our thinking is molded by how society will think about us in a future time period & our behavior. We are imprisoned by our intangible thoughts about the future, in the present moment.  

Question - Is it possible to come out of this Self Imposed Prison ?  The answer is YES, but at a cost of another complex dilemma. If I am OUT of the prison & all others are IN, then again I am isolated, to be branded as different, marginalized, even ostracized which brings us back to square one - Uncomfortable inside my skin, socially unacceptable. 

WHAT IS THEN OK ?

Now the FUNDAMENTAL QUESTION arises, If this is not OK then what is OK. Anything that makes you COMFORTABLE INSIDE YOUR SKIN is OK. So let us pursue it & see where we arrive. 

INTERNAL BUZZ

The turbulent waves of the society generate a toxic environment from where the average thinking mind picks up the negative vibrations. These inputs trigger perceptions & associations which are an obstruction in our day to day performance as human beings. Over time these hurdles snowball into low grade anxiety which is akin to constant  background noise. This buzz makes us feel heavier & drains out most of our productive energy making us into weak Souls. As weak souls we perform our karmas against our Conscience thereby creating Internal conflict. This inner fighting compels us to compromise our Integrity which of course is counter productive.

WILL POWER

All the above mental distractions & weaknesses obstruct our Clarity of Thinking. At this point WILL POWER can help us, steer away from this crap of negativity & free our overloaded  minds from these interference & make it available for the subsequent stages of Concentration.

Initiation is a decision to think about a subject. The very first thought must be : I am a point of light. I am an Eternal Soul. Hold this thought for some time. It is the essence of Consciousness of the Human Beings.

Intellect is the Instrument of the Conscience that chooses the focus of Concentration. Allow exclusive thoughts to penetrate into your mind.  This will lead to more subtle thinking. Going deep into the mind refines the intellect. 
Conscience is the power of discernment. Ultimately we come to terms with the fact that we pay attention to go with the positive, in-spite of the excitement of the negative within us. 

GUILT & FORGIVENESS

Our past leads us into feeling GUILTY. It weakens our personality. Can we clean up the guilty conscience with forgiveness. Can I forgive myself. If Yes then with what Authority. Therefore it is difficult for us to forgive ourselves. Hence have MERCY for self. Go easy on yourself.
   
Mediation is the next stage of Concentration. It is gathering together associated & relevant thoughts. It is a choice to ponder upon what thoughts are worth thinking about. You chose from the wide spectrum of thoughts. Of course only Pure Positive & Powerful thoughts. 

Mental focus means Independent of of distractions.

Concentration is mind focused on one associated thought. Issues preying on your mind pull your attention away from the matter in hand. Concentration will lead us into present time, the now of the moment. It develops inner muscle that directs your thinking. Concentration is completely focused state of mind, free of all distractions. Right thoughts at high speed.

Realization is arriving at your destination. Totally quiet mind & soul experiences fulfillment. Refined state of mind, perfect inner stillness is empowering. At this point Insights are revealed which broaden our Wisdom of Human Existence. 

Final Question - What is my Value Vs What are my Values looking at oneself in terms of morality & ethics. I can not be allowed to be driven by Public Opinion, hence I create my own MORALITY. We create a reference point as opposed to extremes.

BALANCE

Balance is the mid point solution between PERFECTION & IMPERFECTION. To make a wholesome decision you consider everything & all aspects, Past, Present & Future too. We accept & work with our imperfections in order to be balanced. We bring ourselves to an attainable point, an optimum reference point. We can not control the behavior of others but definitely we can control / manage our emotions in face of some ones unacceptable behavior. Words & actions correspond with our Conscience, not prove that I am right. I let others have their opinions & I live with mine. The name of the game is CO-EXIST comfortably & happily.

DIVINE RELATIONSHIP

Relationship with the Divine must be wide & deep. Wide enough to cover all beings on the planet & deep enough to get to the bottom of the ocean of Love. This aspect has the power to change the melody of our life instantly.....fulfilled, desire-less, & empowered.

PEACEFUL RELATIONSHIP

A peaceful relationship exists in many religious organizations such as the one at Mt. Abu of the Brahma Kumaris. Thousands of souls co exist without any overlay of power. They live & work together in a circle of friendship without someone being in charge. Here they learn to BE IN-CHARGE first, then all else flows automatically like a clockwork, efficient, peaceful & blissful. Sharing with such simplicity & beauty. Each second more aware of others than themselves.....cooperating, helping & benevolent for all. 

PERFECT RELATIONSHIP

A perfect relationship is not of a slaves submission to a master. It is a relationship based on sharing life in a single plane of circle between brothers & sisters. We Earthlings have a hard time sharing anything with others, be they known or unknown. This life is an anteroom of greater reality to come very soon. We all souls must RE-TURN home to the Divine & then come down gradually in small numbers to our cleansed new world, where we share open heartedly, because we do not know otherwise......magical, as it was meant to be in  paradise.   

LOVING RELATIONSHIP

A loving relationship can happen by learning to live as loved fully. It is very natural to live loved & loving to all other souls. A soul is a free spirit. We have no concept of final authority among-st us, only unity. Love does not force ones will on others. It is gentle. You must open up on your own. It needs lots of hard work & effort to achieve this level. Love does not grow. It is the knowing that grows & love simply expands to contain it. Knowing is the skin of love. Trust is the fruit of a relationship in which you the soul know that you are loved. You love each person differently because of who they are & their uniqueness that they draw out of you. The more you know another the richer the colors of that relationship. It is spiritual, know, connect, feel,  the other. A relationship of love & mutual respect for each other.....to thrive in unconditional love, harmony, peace, Bliss.

LIMITED RELATIONSHIP

A limited relationship surfaces when we live as unloved. Human beings were created to be loved. So for us to live as if we are unloved is a limitation, not the other way around. Living unloved is like clipping the birds wings & removing its ability to fly. Most birds were created to fly. Being grounded for them is a limitation, within their ability to fly.....to be left out of the fun, aliveness, ecstasy of being together.

PARENTAL RELATIONSHIP

We as parents love each of our children differently, because each of them is unique. That uniqueness & person-hood calls out a different response from us the parents. When a child is born to us, they bring about a whole new capacity to love them, specially fond of each one. When they do not behave or make their own choices, we do get embarrassed or angry. This may affect our pride but not our love for them.....to relish in their growth & comradeship. 

NOUN DEAD RELATIONSHIPS

Laws grant you the power to judge others & feel that your standard is higher than theirs, whom you judge. Rules give you the power to accuse in-vain attempts. The subtle forms of enforcing rules are RESPONSIBILITY & EXPECTATIONS These words are grammatically NOUNS. Nouns make the world deadly & sound dead. It is full of principles, fears & rulings. Responsibility translates down to long unwritten unspoken lists of tasks to be performed on your own. It also provides the essential frame work that promotes performance as the basis for Identity & Value. Expectations spoken or unspoken imply a U-turn, a prerequisite in a relationship you are expected to carry out to a high level of perfection, in a way that meets my expectations, all dead stuff, requirements, generally never specified or listed down & made known to the opponent. They lead to guilt, shame & sentencing. You are trying to control behavior & get desired results.... of alienation breakups & divorce. 
   
VERB ALIVE RELATIONSHIPS

In the absence of laws you have immense freedom of choices. The same subtle forms now emerge as ABILITY TO RESPOND & EXPECTANCY instead. These verbs are dynamic & alive. They are full of life & possibilities. You choose every moment to respond differently & positively. The ability to respond encompasses very high level of awareness & soul consciousness. The other person is viewed as unique soul who is on his personal more complicated & tough journey. Hence responding with politeness, compassion & love makes all the difference to him & you. Both benefit from this single act of goodness & positivity. When you & I are friends, then there is an expectancy that exists within our relationship. Expectancy of being together, laughing & talking. It is alive & dynamic. Because I have no previous agenda you do not disappoint me, hence happy together.... for this lifetime.   


JUDGMENTAL RELATIONSHIPS

We judge people & situations all the time, every moment. Judging presupposes that you think yourself superior over the one you judge. It is your Ego. This vast experience makes us into experts by all accounts. Judging encompasses jumping to hasty conclusions from the way they impact us. It is definitely a self centered view point of the world around us. The mental-ism involved in judging is grading, giving marks out of ten, as if you are a certified teacher/instructor, classifying, categorizing, labeling, accepting, rejecting, check marking as right just OK, wrong, or down right blasphemous. The basis of our judgment is the criterion we uphold in our lives, which could be sometimes broad, but generally very narrow. We pass judgments like a supreme court barrister would on actions & motivations, as if we know the whole truth, which in reality is otherwise. We are quick to judge color of skin, body language, body odor, history & their relationships. We never hesitate to to rank the value of a persons life by the standards of quality of our concept of beauty..... thus limiting ourselves to a select few numbers who tolerate you.


Self judging exercise - Sit comfortably, die alive & Judge yourself, your own life. Do a self assessment of intoning your infinite sins as an impartial judge - before the real trial.       

PAINFUL RELATIONSHIPS

Painful relationships evolve as we grow up & involves most of us. All evil flows from your choices, your egoistic madness to be independent. The flood of freedom, the power of independence is intoxicating in the beginning. Your beliefs are based on illusions & lies. What you perceive is Right but you are still Wrong. Our beliefs are indelibly etched into our memories. We treasure our stupidity, our imaginary independence. We hoard & hold our mental sickness with a firm grip & then find our Identity & worth in the brokenness, which we guard with every ounce of strength we can muster up.   Paradigms power perceptions & perceptions feed emotions. Most emotions are responses to perceptions, hence misleading you into destruction & chaos in life. You may not see the chaos, but God sees the FRACTAL. All things must unfold. He is very patient with us & assures us that we have a life time to sort things out on our own. We even resist Divine help at this point. We are unable to fathom HIS silent support in our deep sorrow. How will Divine Grace touch us when we have padlocked the basement of our hearts from inside. At this point simply accept what is, instead of trying to fit it into your preconceived notions, with little success. You use pain to force people back into your lives. You replace Love with Sympathy & Pity.....stagnate in the relationship as unwanted & unloved.

UNFORGIVING RELATIONSHIPS

It is an incredible power, that we share with Gods. To forgive is to start a reconciliation process. You have the possibility to grow into a relationship with an unknown enemy. Forgiveness is first, primarily for you the forgiver. To release you from something that will eat you alive & destroy you, your joy & ability to live fully & openly. Your forgiveness is not about forgetting. It is about letting go of another persons throat. This helpless person feeds on violence. You have the power to cut it off by forgiving him & redeeming him. Release him from the burden he carries, knowingly or unknowingly. When you choose to forgive another you love him well. Your enemy is an innocent broken child, in an adult body, who has been twisted by pain inflicted upon him by the world. Every time you forgive, the MATRIX of the Universe changes for the better. We need just a million souls to alter the Consciousness of the entire Universe to reach that tipping point & create the new world order for the whole of humanity of eight billion souls. You could be a part of this big Divine crusade if you choose to.... & hasten the process of change in yourself first & your relationships with all others.    

FRAGILE & DICEY RELATIONSHIPS


WILTING, SULKING, & SIMMERING IN

It is up to us to be in a relationship or not to be in it. Today we are friends with full enthusiasm, tomorrow we can be sworn enemies. The catch is extremely subtle, that we continue to be in an abusive relationship & we pay a very heavy price for it latter on as time goes by. The reasons / excuses to prolong the undesired relationship can be innumerable. They could be financial, family / peer pressure, public shame, loss of Ego, stubbornness & finally lack of courage to hit back & breakup.

THERE ARE TWO PATHS TO MOVE AHEAD :

THE EASY PATH OF BONDAGE & UNPLEASANTNESS

ACCOMMODATE

Start with unconditional ACCEPTANCE of self. This is a pretty significant point in the over all scheme of things / drama of life. Using little creativity will help immensely to adapt yourself to the situations & other SOULS around you. Learn at every step to fit into the bigger picture. Remember that other souls are struggling too, just like you, but failing for some unknown reason, to accommodate you in their lives. Therefore why not take the lead & you begin the process of change.    


TOLERATE

Be patient & stretch your boundaries gradually. Having accommodated as above, tolerating is implied & done willingly on your part. All insinuations, remarks, foul language, tantrums of rage must be taken lightly & never personally. Be aware that all souls are learning their lessons simultaneously, & you are helping them do so. After all it is your combined KARMA coming back from previous births. It is preferred that you settle it quickly in this life itself with a smile or else it will carry forward to the next life in bigger proportions.  



COOPERATE

Pinned against the wall you have limited choices. It pays to cooperate with full support, because it brings in harmony to some extent. Be incognito & humble about the help & cooperation. Let me put you in a real life scenario.
Scene 1: Would you hug & genuinely caress a diseased dirty beggar picked up from the road side. NO! a big no. Why may I ask ? Well to assist you, I wish to add that hugging is a therapy for healing oneself & the other.
Scene 2: You are a registered nurse at the hospital & the very same dirty beggar is brought & admitted into your hospital under your care. Now, without even blinking you will proceed to clean up this beggar & help him in every way to make him comfortable. You even hug him in times of his distress. Do you see cycle of destiny & the bigger cosmic picture.  No to first situation & Yes to the second set up.    


THE TOUGH PATH OF LIBERATION & PLEASANTNESS


DISCERN THE PREDICAMENT 

Weigh the positive benefits against the negative short comings of the predicament that you are entombed in. Discern the illusion from the truth by going deeper into the situation. Do a complete introversion & eliminate all mental conflicts so that you can see things as they should be seen.  


DECIDE UPON ACTION PLAN

Having done the discerning, now consciously choose to act with trust & full confidence in your action plan. Choice brings in the essential support & respect that you desperately need at this moment. How ever you must not let your guard off, & keep attention on thoughts words & deeds. If you have decided to walk off from the situation, fair enough, do it boldly & congenially.


FACE CALMLY & COURAGEOUSLY

Express openly with maturity & respectfully. Offer self as a conduit of Peace. If this matter has to end, let it end on a friendly note. Remember that the missiles & vibrations of SPITE / HATRED will continue to be sent out & will reach you invariably, if not resolved now. The other average soul just like you, is in hurt & can not forgive plus forget so easily the whole fiasco. They do not have access to this wisdom that you have chosen.

DETACH & WITHDRAW

Step back & allow space to the other soul. Do the closing act slowly. Be centered & listen sincerely to all the high lights of the relationship, if brought up in the final conversations. Now is also the time to reflect on values dear to both concerned.


LET GO OF PAST

Do not ruin your present & future by holding onto the unpleasant past. Be non judgemental & detached. Just let go of all make believe attachments. Start afresh to grow back again strong & renewed.
