PRIMITIVE PERINEAL FOUNTAINS

The starting point for all sensory impressions are the FOUR PRIMITIVE PERINEAL FOUNTAINS from where they pervade the mind through the five sense organs. These perpetual fountains are Food, Sleep, Sex & Self Preservation. Food affects the body first & mind latter. Where as the other three affect the mind first & body latter.
THE BRAKES OF SELF DISCIPLINE

You are the victim of your habit patterns. Who are you? You are the sum total of your habits, that’s what you are. your habits are the result of your repeated actions. Your actions, your deeds, are related to the four fountains.  Without the Self-discipline we behave like animals. It is missing in our early educational life. There is no such curriculum in our schools. These basic points are missing in our daily life. We as children have to understand the primitive fountains if we want to lead a free, happy, joyous life.


WISDOM OF EMOTIONS - covert operations
From these four primitive fountains, arise the streams of emotion. Your emotional problems are related to all of these four fountains, there is no fifth fountain. Somehow or other, all your fears, all your emotions are related to these fountains. Those emotions could be converted into elevated, creative emotions. Wisdom through mind, through thinking, is not complete. Wisdom through emotion can lead you to heights of ecstasy.
All of the BODY is in the mind, but all of the MIND is not in the body.

LOOK AT WHAT YOU ARE EATING

Food is a necessity of body first. Sex too is a biological necessity, but actually it originates in the mind. If it is not in the mind, sex will not happen. Orgasm can be achieved only by fixing your mind on the fore play & sex act.  So you see, what is important, what ever is prominent & germinates in the mind, will then manifest itself subsequently in the body. Sex originates in the mind first, then pervades the body parts. Sleep affects mind first, then body. Food is an exception which affects body first, then mind. Food can be disastrous & yet no doctor asks you what kind of food you took the previous day, when you visit the doctor for some random pain. You do not give him the background regarding your eating habits & patterns. How will he diagnose your ailment accurately ? Learn to eat the food that is right for you. You must clean your teeth properly, chew your food well, & consume simple healthy foods. The importance of good home made nourishing food prepared with elevated vibrations can not be undermined. Food must be vegan & prepared with positive intentions & consumed slowly with complete consciousness.

RESTING THE BODY OR THE MIND

Sleep is a mystery even today. The joy & pleasure of sleep are greater than food & sex put together. Only a content  mind can go to sleep. A mind loaded with TV negativity & exciting drama scenes will not allow you to sleep even for a minute. All the body needs, is three hours of sound sleep/day. Do not waste eight hours of your valuable day, trying to sleep. According to all the schools, the greatest sin is sloth, laziness. You cannot expect anything from a lazy person. Housewives get upset because husbands are very lazy. Train yourself. No one is going to help you in this area. How to sleep? Before you fall sleep, for ten to fifteen minutes you should practice yoga Nidra, voluntary sleep, yet awake with full awareness.  Practice of yoga Nidra for half an hour will give you energy for next eight hours. In a few days, sleep will be under your control, just like breathing.
QUALITY OF SLEEP NOT QUANTITY

When the quality of sleep is not good, you will have stress.  Doctors can help you only so much. They can only cure a few diseases which are called infectious diseases, they cannot help you with 70-80% of diseases that are called psychosomatic diseases, created by your own mind. The whole world is sick and the sick are treating the sick. Hospitals are built by neurotics and psychotics live in them!  We are all groping in darkness. Sleep is a mystery. If a fool goes to sleep, he emerges a fool, nothing happens to him, there is no transformation. But if a fool goes to the deepest state of consciousness, he comes out as a sage. There is something beyond sleep. You have three states: waking, dreaming, and sleeping. You can take benefit of sleep provided you know how to put your mind to rest. It’s an art. Today you go to bed because your wife says, “It’s ten o’clock now, switch off the lights.” You come home with a catalog of worries, a bundle of mental tasks. You do not know what to do with those worries. This is the time for rest. If you start having a dialogue with yourself, you can help yourself. Before going to bed, breathe deeply for at least 25 breaths. Sleep will automatically follow. It is anesthesia to self.


PLEASURE THROUGH BODY PARTS 
Sex without love is very injurious to health, therefore beware of the hazards of indiscriminate sexual flings. A piece of infected Uterus in an unfamiliar body is what you are indulging in. Sexual needs are different for males & females, hence the need for a dialogue. We continue to think about sex but never discuss / talk about it with our partners. We were not educated the right way hence we suffer, sulk, & remain a forced celibate bodily, even within a RELATIONSHIP.  It’s an Eastern taboo. People don’t discuss sex & sexual needs. They are made to believe that, it’s a sin to discuss sex. Parents do not know any better. They don’t teach their children what marriage is & why they should getting married. So sex remains a mystery throughout the life cycle of people.  The Kings & Royalty understood this aspect very accurately & therefore appointed ROYAL PROSTITUTES for the young Princes in their palaces.  The minds of most people are haunted by this primitive fountain all of the time. You think about it, but you do not talk about it. How stupid of them. They lean on each other and they call it happiness. Wife needed someone because she was insecure, so she gets herself a husband. Husband needed a companion so he gets a wife. No effort is made to understand the self or the other person & venture of the path of adjustment.
OVER PROTECTING & SELF CONSCIOUS
The factor of self preservation too has to be correctly, accurately & deeply understood, once & forever. We are fearing & becoming afraid perpetually. Over protecting our self. Fear invokes danger & very soon you manifest that danger. You are living under unfounded pressure, purely a figment of your imagination. This pressure is translated as Fear - Flight response by the body which reacts involuntarily to increase the muscle tone & steroids. The blood vessels constrict, thus requiring the heart to pump with greater force to achieve the desired blood circulation. This prolonged state of flux, turmoil robs you of your peace, mental balance, drowning you in Stress. You create the ghosts in the first place, now you fight them 24/7. Fighting your own thoughts. This is ACCIDENTAL LIVING, full of anxiety instead of love & joy, go figure for your self.         
UNWARRANTED FEARS

You have to examine your fears. A woman is afraid because her husband is late to arrive home from work. Why? Why think negatively all the time? You remain conscious of yourself all the time. When you are afraid, you affect others. When you become negative, passive, you invite danger for yourself.

STRESS OF OVER THINKING

The question is where does stress come from? Let us examine this. A human being cannot live without doing actions, it’s not possible. When he performs actions, he reaps the fruits of his actions & those fruits motivate him to perform more actions. This goes on and on, there is no end, & it becomes a whirlpool from which he cannot escape. When you examine your actions, you will find that your actions are controlled by your thoughts. If you do not think of doing something, you cannot do it. Your thought virtually is your action. Your thoughts, in turn, are controlled by your emotions. Where do your emotions arise from? They arise from four Instinctive primitive fountains called food, sleep, sex, and self-preservation. We human beings are still primitive because food, sleep, self-preservation & sex, still control human life exactly as they do in the animals. That is why they are called primitive fountains. There are four kingdoms: the kingdom of rocks, the kingdom of vegetables, the kingdom of animals, and the kingdom of human beings. In the process of evolution, a human being has attained the status of having Intellect which helps him to exercise  choice. Being able to choose what we want to do & avoid that which we do not want to do.

SELF MASTERY WITH INTROSPECTION

Self-control is found in the humans, whereas in animals it is  nature of the four fountains. Therefore human being has to take responsibility for his own deeds & actions. Definitely as a superior being, he can communicate with others, narrate, discuss, talk & decide. So, by the creative use of emotions, a human being can control his thoughts & hence his actions. Emotional power is highest of all powers in a human being as far as the external world is concerned. If these four fountains are properly understood & regulated, there will be no stress.


THE ERROR OF MISTAKING THIS FOR THAT

Love is confused with Lust for some special one today, leading to dependency.
Freedom is mixed up with permissiveness, licentiousness leading to avoidance of responsibility.
Peace is messed up with passivity, boredom, lack of skills leading to aggression.
Purity is muddled up with self restraint, self punishment,  leading to stagnation.
Self Mastery / Sovereignty is mistaken with controlling others, dominating over the spouse & children leading to sulking.
Wisdom is equated with cleverness, & academic knowledge leading to arrogance.
Happiness is substituted with transitory sensual pleasures / flings, satisfaction, leading to monotony & satiety.
