 ANIMALS ARE SMARTER THAN HUMANS

 LEARNING LIFE LESSONS FROM  ANIMALS & NATURE. 

We as human beings live Indoors & over indulge in wrong ways, all of our lives. Even the animals are smarter than us. They live out doors always, enjoying the fresh oxygen loaded air & saturating themselves with essential Sun shine making Vitamin D in their bodies. They eat frugally & on time. Their diet contains no added salt or sugar which keeps them fit as a fiddle. They exercise a lot in their pursuit for food & enjoy playing with their cousins. In their world there is no difference between an intercourse or rape, it is all the same, no tension on this basic count. They additionally have a built in biological system of fixed timetables for reproduction & sex.  Finally they do not over think or worry for next moment/next day, no hoarding / stocking up of any kind, except for the over smart squirrels, who eventually forget where they hid their food for rainy days.   

The above comparison with animals teaches us two fundamental classifications of inputs that go into our physical bodies.

Intangible inputs : Thoughts, feelings, perceptions, preferences, psychological aberrations, emotional spectrum, public driven biases.

Tangible inputs : Food raw / cooked, Water & liquids alkaline/acidic, Activity level exercise/indolence, Oxygen absorption level deep / shallow resulting from activity levels.

All the above inputs affect the Cell growth rate inside our bodies in a very delicate way with just two out comes - Life or Death. 

The above basic inputs when balanced in right proportions & at the right time decide our fate as a healthy person/human being, other wise sick being who becomes a burden on the family & society.

The human anatomy imposes a limitation on the tangible inputs, which translates to three or maximum of four meals per day. Again the portion size at every meal 

How ever we do not have any control over the Intangible inputs that keep on flooding our fragile bodies. Most of us have permanent IV drips of negative harmful emotions feeding our brains. These innocent looking tiny brains get over stimulated by the toxic emotions producing copious amounts of Steroids, instead of micro volumes of Hormones. They flood our blood stream & the Volcanoes start erupting as anger / irritations which evolve into violence, breakups & divorces, finally leading to loneliness of course culminating into self initiated depression. Go figure for yourself. 

The Tangible inputs are equally important & we need to be aware of every morsel & drop we ingest into our delicate bodies. Food solid & liquid provides the body with vital energy to help it function minute to minute.

The total energy can be labeled as Calorie Bank for easy comprehension of the mechanism. If the calories are not utilized immediately then the intelligent organisms start to store them up as Fat in side the body. At the end of the day if you have been lazy / indolent then you have excess calorie bank, on the other hand if you are athletic & hyper then you will end up with zero or negative calorie bank.

This single aspect of your life style decides the length of your stay in hospital beds which is again forced indolence till death takes over. The laid back, lazy attitude accelerates your exit from this planet by starving you of valuable oxygen absorption into the blood. The impure blood is never purified & thus returns back to the heart & all parts of the body, throttling the growth of new cells. Shallow breathing through the mouth additionally starves your blood of the valuable Nitric Oxide gas too, which is so very helpful to dilate the micro capillaries embedded under the layers of fat. Nitric Oxide gas is produced by the special glands in the nose upon DEEP BREATHING in full awareness while exercising or leading an active life style.

In short, drink lots of water, sip by sip slowly & keep the body fully hydrated at all times because dehydration is the basis of all sickness / diseases.

Eat raw fruits & vegetables in greater proportion than the cooked food, to keep the pH levels below 7.4. An Alkaline body will live for ever whereas an acidic body will die very quickly. Minimize the intake of salt & sugar to almost nothing.

Follow a very active life style with regular visits to the Gym / swimming pool / play fields. Also remember to breath deeply & consciously through the nose all the time.

Finally sharpen your Intellect & Perception to CONTROL YOUR MIND & feed the brains with positive / elevated thoughts, feelings & emotions, instead of CONTROLLING SPOUSES, CHILDREN, OTHERS & THE WORLD. Can you control the world? Surely not, then why are you even attempting it all of your lives & failing miserably. This is your creation - Misery.

 LIFE IS AN EXCLAMATION !!!   AHH!

Life is evolutionary and planetary exuberance. It is more like a verb. It is Autopoietic, Self making.  Life is open to universe and itself. Beach sand is usually silicon dioxide, but so are the innards of a main frame computer. But computer is not a pile of sand. The main frame computer is intelligent thinking stuff manufactured from stupid stuff like sand.                           

Life too is a nexus of increasing sensitivity and complexity in a universe of parent matter that seems stupid and unfeeling in comparison. Life is Holographic like a drop of ocean water. That drop of water contains all life form on microscopic scale just as it exists in the big ocean. Life is transmutations of earth’s air water and sunlight into cells, bacteria. Life is self renewing and fungi as recyclers help us to keep the entire planet brimming with life form, terra firma. It is matter gone wild, capable of choosing its own direction in order to indefinitely stall the inevitable movement of thermodynamic equilibrium–Entropy. 
  
LIFE IS AN EXTERNAL DANCE

Life is an external dance. The movements of the dance are choreographed through Awareness. Life is analogous to a pail of muddy water. When the water is stirred and wavy you cannot see the reflection of the sun in the water. But when the stirring and waves have been stopped by meditation, the surface of the muddy water in the pail becomes still then you can see the reflection of the sun. This is an allegory and the explanation is as follows. Muddy stands for all the dirty, foul,  thoughts in our head. The stirring and waves in the water mean that we have mind full of excitement, duality, and confusion. The still water surface stands for the quietude mind using meditation to bring about Quiescence. Sun implies Cosmic Energy’s reflection in the still waters.
It is very much possible to earn GRACE with repeated meditation and utter faith in cosmic energy. Grace is the divine dispensation that waves the payment of Karmic debts, in this very life.

THE PARADOX OF MATTER & MIND

What is Matter?  Never Mind! – What is Mind?  No matter!  We are back to square one, where we started. Things are physical parts of Thoughts and Thoughts are the mental parts of Things. Does it look very complicated?  Let’s go deeper into the matter, or the heart of the matter.
All matter is made up of small particles called molecules. Molecules themselves are a cluster of even smaller stuff called Atoms. Atoms vibrate so fast that they appear motionless. Matter vibrates so slowly that it appears motionless, too. Atoms themselves are not alone. They have Protons, Electrons and Neutrons.
These sub atomic particles are not only minuscule but they are separated by lots of space called Voids. Voids mean empty space, literally nothing. Surprisingly, these Voids are mysteriously imprinted with information, called innate intelligence. This essential stuff is thinking Non-stuff. It is pulsating with invisible intelligence. This intelligence reaches out into chaos (Void) and from Quantum Soup forms beautiful symmetries.

Human life form is itself a very high embodiment of evolutionary generosity, sensitivity, and tolerance developed over long eons. Life, having once come into existence will continue for ever. It is a watery membrane, bound encapsulation of space-time. Bacteria, never having gone extinct, continue to protect us as their populations grow prodigiously. We as bacteria, are immortal, but as human beings, are mortal, very fragile.

THE MATTER OF OUR BODIES & POSSESSIONS BELONGS TO THE BIOSPHERE

Human beings are a bundle of bacteria, which use up oxygen to generate energy and survive. But now microbes, find us very attractive as a desirable food, dead or alive. They are the Pathogens in service, to clean up our human environment. We, with are nomadic past, are still adjusting to the idea that in a closed system, the fruits of our labor and loins cannot be accumulated endlessly. They must be distributed, returned to the system whence they came from. This is a difficult lesson to learn. The matter of our bodies, our possessions, and our wealth is not ours. It belongs to the Earth, Biosphere. It must be returned again and again. Changes are the norm and remember it for ever. We live in a sensuous world where details determine food and mate choices that in cases spell the difference between life and death, between procreation and barrenness.        

LIFE IS SHORT & MICROSCOPIC         

Water and gases react with one another and we have life. When oxygen, water and sunlight interact, we have life. Basically all life is microscopic, very tiny cells, and bacteria. In human beings, trillions of cells combine together, to create an organ. Then many organs combine together, to create creations, life like insects, worms, animals, birds and humans. These microscopic cells have infinite intelligence and wisdom of their own. It is called innate intelligence. They have a very short life span like the flowers; say 24 hours to 48 hours. In this short period they work very hard, perform their jobs, give birth to new ones, train them as per ISO 9000 standards and die finally. This is the way life continues. It is like a relay race. Life is transferred from one dying cell to next new cell.

ENDLESS BACTERIAL RELAY RACE

Our human bodies are made up of hundreds of different types of cells: liver cells, brain cells, heart cells, bone cells, skin cells. In every organ at any point of time millions of cells are dying and the exact same number of new cells is being born, anew. In other words, our body resembles a graveyard, or a battlefield to be more precise. This implies that there is an extreme urgency, to get rid of the dead cells, quickly or else they will decay and become toxic, like the dead bodies in a battle field. Thus there exists a very fine balance which has to be maintained in every category, of our organs. What does this explain?  It goes to show that, in a very short period the whole organ is replaced by brand new cells, and this is an ongoing process 24/7, for as long as you live. Therefore, the physical body has NO EXPIRY date.

The anatomical structure is so wonderful, that it resembles a miracle in action. Let me ask you a dumb question at this stage. How old is your body? Mind you, I am not asking your age. It is, believe me, very young, brand new.  If the body, your hardware, is brand new, then what constitutes your age.  It is your software, memory, education, thinking patterns, beliefs, convictions, and superstitions, brought forward of course. The outer emotional covers are old and ancient while the inner physical core is always brand new.They are as old as your age, in terms of years, on this planet. 

WHERE IS THE CAUSE OF THE DISEASE

The next obvious question would be where is the disease? When the body is brand new, then exactly, where, is the disease?  Logically speaking, there should be no disease, at all, ever. The fact is just the opposite. Let us reframe the question more accurately. Where is the cause of the disease? Yes that is better. The cause of our disease is in the mind, your mind, of erroneous education, thinking patterns, beliefs and convictions.                  

DEATH AT CELLULAR LEVEL HELPS US TO LIVE ON

Coming back to the delicate balance, of cell death and growth, we have two ways, in which this balance can be upset or disturbed. First case is, more cells dying, leading to organ shrinkage. Second case is, less cells dying, leading to organ enlargement. In both cases you have to die. When cells die in balanced fashion, we live. On the contrary, when cells live on, or learn not to die, then we die. You see the point. At cellular level, death is very important and most essential, for us to live on, for life to go on. Death is happening within us every second, yet we are mortally afraid of dying. This fear sometimes snow balls into mental conditions. We are carrying a miniature graveyard inside us and yet we dread the inevitable, our short journey to the earthly graveyard, and our final home for this perishable body.       

  BRAND NEW BODY AT ALL TIMES

Let us elaborate the point fully. We will take a peek, of what is going on outside & inside your body. You go to the barber and have a haircut. After three months, you have to visit him again. New hairs have come up, in a matter of three months. You cut your nails by one centimeter today. After one week you got to cut them again. In five weeks you have a complete new nail. When you nick yourself with a kitchen knife, what happens? The wound heals itself, in a couple of days. New skin grows over the cut. What do you collect when you vacuum your house? Dust!  NO! It is your dead skin particles. New skin is replacing your outer covering, of the body. Taking a cue, from above, if all this is happening on the outside, then, what is going on inside the body?  Obviously, the same phenomenon is taking place. All the organs are being replaced too. When you are involved in a car accident and break a couple of bones, what happens then?  You are put in a cast, for three to six months and the broken bones grow back again, solid as a rock.

NEW PARADIGM ON TRANSMUTATION

Our body is capable of transmuting everything it needs from anything you consume. Our body manufactures soft bees wax for the ears, hard enamel for the teeth, tough nails for the fingers, complex acids, enzymes, bile, for the stomach, and super sensitive hormones for our multiple explosive moods. We do not consume any of the above stuff, yet the body produces them for our survival. It keeps our mouth and eyes moist all the time, provides a continuous electrical charge to the heart muscles to keep on pumping without stopping, automatically shunts and reroutes blood, from one area to another where it is needed most. It gives us specific signals to start eating food, drinking water, and go off to sleep and shut down temporarily. Our body is programmed for auto pilot and we do not know about it. 

  NATURE TOO IS MIRACULOUS

Nature too is highly capable of transmuting everything from one common raw material the soil, the good earth. We have, by top soil’s grace, hundreds of fruits, vegetables, herbs, trees, forests and flowers for our enjoyment and consumption. One stupid looking dirt and clay like feeling mud, produces sweet dates, juicy cane sugar, wine grapes, sour lemons, delicious pineapples, tangy oranges, bitter gourds, spicy chilies and liquorish fennel.  By employing techniques of grafting and transplanting we have successfully grown as many as 250 varieties of mangoes on one single tree. We are so successful in negating nature that today we grow and consume most fruits without seeds in them. The era of seedless crops is here to stay. How is this planet going to sustain itself is beyond my comprehension? Cows consume ordinary inert stuff labeled as grass, and produce copious amounts of rich fluid like milk, which has butter, calcium, yogurt, cheeses, and cream. This is nature’s magical transmutation.

REAL LIFE SCENARIOS ON FRUGALITY 

Tirlok is a hard working honest rickshaw puller and laborer in the underdeveloped state of Bihar India. He does not earn enough money to afford a balanced diet for himself. All his life he subsists on dry roasted gram flour dough, raw onions and green chilies with some vegetables thrown in. With some luck, he can surprise himself with a cup of tea. This staple diet is repeated twice a day, every day for 70 to 80 years. He is healthy even at the ripe age of 70 because he cannot afford to fall sick. He is largely content with his fate and life style. Working for almost 12 hours in the burning sunshine, 7 days a week, he falls asleep instantly at night. At sun rise he is back to same grinding routine.

Tumchi, his counterpart in China, is also a hard working laborer in a stone quarry on minimum wage. He too is very poor to afford a balanced diet. Tumchi’s staple diet twice a day consists of, low grade rice accompanied by a watery soup with any living thing he can cheaply buy. His choice of living thing is limited to fish, rat, snake, lizard, or snail. He too is moderately content, healthy, and rarely falling sick. In conclusion, what is common between Tirlok, Tumchi and others like them?  Very active work life, lots of sunshine, fresh air, good sound sleep, moderate emotional contentment and very little complaining.  Their body manufactures everything it needs from such simple, limited diets of just one variety. More than half the world’s 4 billion people fall into this category and they survive pretty well, without complaining of course.

In another specific research experiment, chickens and hens were fed on zero calcium diet for months and months, yet they produced beautiful eggs, with rich calcium shells and surprised everyone. This is nature at its best working silently and magically. The most fascinating example is about our 300 pound polar bears. What do they feed on? They live off fish, seals and just that. One variety all year round and their body do the rest of magic.      

HISTORICAL TIMES

In olden days, a couple of hundred years back, before bread was invented, every one lived off, meats and wines, more meats and wine. The kings, queens, moguls, pharaohs, rulers, statesmen and their slaves had animals slaughtered, meat roasted and washed downed with wines. Excessive meat in their diets resulted in surplus of iron in the blood, termed as Hemi iron. The simple solutions to this major disease were to treat it with, “bloodletting”. A couple of cuts were made in the ankles and legs to allow the blood to run out for a specific time. The other solution was to let a leach suck the blood out. This helped in balancing out the excess iron. We have the same problems today too, but the treatments are far more complicated and ineffective.

MIND IS INVISIBLE STUFF & THE BRAIN IS PHYSICAL THING

Now, we come to the million dollar question? Where is the Brain?  O K you got this one right. The brain is in the head or the skull. Next question! Where is the MIND? Where is memory? Where is your Past, which you never seem to forget? The MIND is located outside the physical body, all around you. We need huge area to store up 90 years of stupid experiences. Hence our software is located outside our bodies. Here in the outer layers, your beliefs, notions, and superstitions that you inherited from your ancestors are embedded. You inherit the total package of emotions, attitudes, mannerism, habits, from your parents. You pick up all, by virtue of being with them, day in and day out. You internalize everything automatically. I call this total package as “genes”. I will qualify it further as “emotionally enveloped genes”. They are the invisible part of our bodies and they are the cause of all our diseases and sickness by default, or good health, sometimes.  We definitely, need to rewrite the Gray’s Anatomy. In advanced countries we have exactly the opposite situation. People struggle to live on expensive balanced diets, much polluted indoors, practically no sun shine and very little activity coupled with shallow breathing. 

OXYGENATED BLOOD IS ROYAL BLOOD 

The bottom line is that the quality of blood running in their arteries is toxic, viscous, and poorly oxygenated, which is the fundamental cause of all man-made diseases. Beauty within, is being redefined as the quality of blood running in the heart lung system. The fundamental parameters for Royal/top class blood are: PH tending to alkaline, OXYGEN carried away at 95 percent, NITRIC OXIDE gas dissolved at optimum, SUGAR and SALT on the negative side and hydraulic fluid flowing effortlessly through the longest network of pipeline. This quality of blood is the actual “ROYAL BLOOD” and not as you believe otherwise. 

Personally, I firmly believe that our bodies have no expiry date, if given the chance and circumstances. If Noah lived for 950 years back then, it should be possible now too. I know of a whole village in Russia where everyone of its inhabitants lives up to 180 years on an average and that too healthy fit at 180. So I have reset my biological clock to 150 years plus, instead of the usual 90 years. This seems to be working for me very well. My body is working backwards to achieve the end result, keeping me young, youthful, and disease free. The power of the mind is miraculous indeed. Further I am extremely lucky to have long living genes inside me. My grandfather and father both lived beyond 90 years in healthy states walking and active. As a child, I have accompanied my parents on early morning long and brisk walks on most of my vacations, when my other siblings were asleep and unwilling to participate in such healthy habits.

I am extremely conscious of the inputs into my body, including the quality of thoughts. When I was 40 years old I had charted out my life’s blue print related to mental health and body. Till 50 I would eat more vegetables and one piece of flat bread at every meal. At 60 I had firmly resolved to eliminate wheat and rice totally and I did so. After 65 I wanted to live on mostly raw foods/ fermented foods, which too have been implemented successfully. This single action on my part has helped me bring down my body weight to a desirable level of 150 pounds. I am so happy to feed my body with cosmic energy through raw foods and silently whispering the Mantra “Let Cosmic light shine."

Together the Sun & the Earth are jogging at 43,000 mph around the core of our Solar system. 
In addition our Solar system is racing around the Milky way at 500,000 mph.
Finally the Milky way galaxy itself is additionally sprinting at 600,000 mph around another core point in the giant universe. 

At such high speeds and velocities traversing in FIVE DIMENSIONS we are the source of generating Cosmic energy. We are bound to crash head on, one day and disintegrate into star dust and start all over again. This goes to show that we are always at a new spot, all of our life time, just like the ever moving star ship Enterprize.

FREE POWER FROM SIMPLE ACT OF OPENING DOORS & GOING THROUGH.

ABSTRACT :  A door activated chargeable power / light source comprises of a  lamp or light emitting diode and a powering system. The power system consists of gear set mechanism, a mini power generator, and an accumulator. The gear set mechanism has an extended lever which moves in and out thereby driving the mini generator to help charge up the accumulator or a rechargeable battery. This device is mounted on door frames while the extended lever is secured to the door. When the door opens and closes,  energy is provided to charge the battery and keep the light source glowing.   

  

BACK GROUND OF THE INVENTION

001 – Field of Invention.  The present Invention relates to use of movement of doors to charge power / light source.  

002  - Description of Prior Act.  A light source is a necessity in every house hold, office, public place, and industrial establishment. This invention seeks to supply the light/power source with a rechargeable battery which in turn is energized by the opening and closing of the doors in that area/building. It seeks to eliminate the use of electrical power for simple and minor utilities.  

003 - SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The prime objective of the present invention is to supply a cheap and freely available source of alternative power supply. This invention can be installed on all main doors of houses or business units located in remote areas and under developed countries, specially where electrical power is not available.  

004 – Accordingly the present invention provides a set of two steel plates bolted at four corners to house all the components.

005 -  Accordingly a set of five accelerating gears is provided to energize the accumulator. The first gear has an extended lever and the last gear is coupled to the mini generator.    

006 – Accordingly these two gears, the first and last are also one way clutches to facilitate the rotation in only one desired direction.

007 – Accordingly a fly wheel is mounted on the last gear to store up the energy and facilitate smooth running of the mini generator.

008 – Accordingly a circuit board is provided to convert the alternating current generated into direct current to enable the charging of rechargeable battery and prevent the overcharging too.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

009 -   Fig – 1 shows the perspective view of how the present invention will be used on door frames and doors.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

013 - Referring to fig 1, we see how the present invention will be mounted on door frames with the help of four screws. The necessary legs 16 have been provided for the purpose of mounting. The extended lever 1 will also be firmly secured to the door with four screws. The face plate for this purpose is an integral part of the extended lever.

014 – Referring to fig 2, we see the detailed mechanism of the one way clutch gears 2 and 10. The three ball bearings will allow the gear to rotate in counter clockwise direction freely. The same ball bearings will lock in when they are required to rotate in the clockwise direction, because of the tapered cavity.  

015 – Referring to fig 3, we see the plan view of the total mechanism sand- witched between two steel plates 15. The extended lever 1 moves with the motion of the door. When the door is opened the lever moves inwards into the device. It is a rack gear designed in the shape of a half circle. This rack gear engages the first pinion gear 2 and rotates it, thereby rotating the next gear 3, which is axially on the same shaft. Big gear 3 meshes with smaller gear 4 and accelerates the process of rotation, by a factor of four. Gear 5 which is axially on the same shaft as gear 4 rotates faster by engaging another small gear 6 accelerating it further by a factor of sixteen. Big gear 7 is mounted axially on the same shaft as gear 6.  Another small gear 8 engages gear 7 and carries the gear train forward to the next level, a factor of sixty-four. Next big gear 9 is axially mounted on the same shaft as gear 8. Finally the last small gear 10 meshes with big gear 9, rotating the fly wheel 11 and mini generator 12 at a factor of two hundred fifty-six. Gear 2 is also one way clutch, allowing the extended lever 1 to return back freely when the door closes, pushing it outwards. Gear 10 is also on way clutch allowing the flywheel and the mini generator to keep on rotating freely, even when the rest of the gear train is stationary. One rotation of the small gear 2 will rotate  the last gear 10, nearly two hundred and fifty-six times.

  

016 – Referring to fig 4, we see the elevation view of the present invention.

We can see the predetermined path of the extended lever 1, which is achieved with set of multiple roller bearings. The circuit board 13 is conveniently located in top corner adjacent to the mini generator 12. The output socket for the power / light source is also located here, right next to the accumulator 14.

017 – It is of course to be understood that the embodiment discussed here in is merely illustrating the principle of the invention and that a wide variety of modification thereto may be effected by person skilled in the art of design and manufacture, without departing from the spirit of the invention as set forth in the above mentioned claims of the present invention.

018 – It is to be understood that different materials can be used for light duty and heavy duty applications. Depending upon the environmental conditions, the whole invention will be encased in a plastic molding to prevent it from malfunctioning and enhancing its life.

This movement of the vertical axis facilitates the Teutonic plates of the continents to come back to their original positions as one big land mass. HE also resets the Time clock to Zero from elapsed time of 5000 years.  Since the road is extremely rough & tough only a select few make it to HIS inner circle / kingdom while the rest are left to their own fates to be mere subjects, or continue to stay FROZEN in the Eternal Soul world till the Copper & Iron ages arrive. 

THE COSMIC DRAMA & SABBATICAL

The cosmic Drama is fixed and repeats itself every 5000 years. Millions of yogis, pundits, saints, mystics, sadhus, laymen have tried very very hard to know HIM but have not only failed but missed the mark by leaps & bounds. The chief reasons for their not succeeding in this venture are : Wrong timing & Ignorance about HIS whereabouts. We have been searching for HIM for 4900 years when HE is away on a Sabbatical. HE comes to us & makes HIMSELF available only during the Confluence Age for a short period of 100 years. It is only now, that we can know HIM, meet HIM, & be with HIM. HE introduces HIMSELF to us, personally.

The second most important aspect is that HE finds us & not the other way around. HE addressees us as MY LONG LOST, NOW FOUND CHILDREN. This Schooling / Meeting is by Invitation only. HE zeros in on the chosen ones, adopts them, educates them & makes them worthy of HIS Inheritance. HE has a very important task of reestablishing the Golden Era on Earth. 

ARE YOU A POSSESSION, IF YES, THEN WHO IS THE POSSESSOR

Material Values come from thinking of yourself as an Object. You say my body is male or female. If it is Mine, it is a possession, just an object. But if you say that it is Me, that means I am an Object, too. Two objects in one living mechanism, how come.
Q - Are you a possession or a possessor? Who is the possessor of this possession named Body? 
A - The real you is the Immortal Soul, who at this time, has a black male body & in the past had a white female body. This Body is warm mud packaged  in a leather bag, with bones to give it a shape. Incidentally the leather bag comes in different colors & textures. The Anatomy is same in every case.  The body is your equipment, or the costume, your are not this equipment or the costume. The Soul is made up of love, purity, peace, power, Bliss & innate wisdom. This intelligence radiates a different positive energy which changes the quality of time & matter. The dominant reality is the Soul & the secondary reality is the body. 

WHO I REALLY AM ?   SOUL, THE IN-DWELLER

Your body is a vehicle and soul is the driver of this vehicle. Just as you are the driver of your Mercedes, so is the soul of this human vehicle. You sit in the automobile and take control of it, use it to move from point A to point B. Sometimes you are careless & get involved in a head on collision with another Mercedes. In this almost fatal  accident, the air bags save you, but the car is dead or total. Now the Insurance company bails you out to buy a new Mercedes. On the same lines when the body becomes old & diseased it dies and it’s occupant or the In-dweller  the soul does not die. It is bailed out by the Divine, from the worn out body & assigned to a brand new baby body, therefore YOU are eternal - know this fact for sure. 

TIME CONSCIOUS THEREFORE SELF CONSCIOUS  

The mentality of Iron Age is going towards materialism, driven by material values. Material Values & materialism cause the mind to move into negative vibrations, which lead to Ego, a false Image of Self. Comparison generates toxic inner experiences in terms of possessions. You say I have less & those people have more. You are confusing two very important different values. WHAT YOU HAVE & WHAT YOU ARE? This basic confusion leads to corruption of mind & goals. Impurity is indulging in vicious activities. acting out lustfully for temporary gratifications with little awareness of the consequences that come along in future times, to make you miserable. Vices are reflections of Virtues, lateral inversions of the images, hence not easily recognizable, therefore overlooked easily.

INCLINATION TOWARDS SOUL CONSCIOUSNESS. 

Soul consciousness is the intention to look behind the Mask - Who Am I?  Third eye is Souls ability to perceive non physical things. It is not possible to see a Soul. You can only understand it & when you realize it , you shout with excitement - I SEE. It is an INSIGHT. Soul is the intelligent glow behind this visible living, breathing, active, moving mask. Soul is gender-less, neither male nor female. Consciousness too is gender-less. The energy of the soul gets depleted continuously as time goes by. When you sleep the soul goes into space of Silence & returns - sleep dead. Now try to Die alive too.  Why we talk so much & repeat a lot - because we are afraid of SILENCE. Your body has the DNA of your biological parents, while your Soul has the DNA of your Spiritual parents. The real you has God's DNA, which translates to unlimited in every aspect. God whispers - You can be like me too. At the least you can behave like Angels right now. Angels have no conflict inside & outside, no entanglements like the innocent lord. Apply the Knowledge into your life, change & become an embodiment of it. 

BASIC COMPONENTS OF A SOUL

A soul is made of three entities, the INTELLECT, which discerns & decides, the MIND which processes thoughts & feelings, and finally the SANSKARS / SEEDS which are the source of all thoughts. For better understanding we will adopt the Gardener & gardening analogy. Every soul has seven pure seeds to begin with. They are : Power, Purity, Peace, Love, Bliss, Knowledge, Truth. As a child we operate through these seeds which helps us to enjoy life without any inhibitions and love all equally.

YARD SALE SEED COLLECTION - we cherish the stuff that others don’t want.

Over time we acquire exactly the opposite kind of seeds from our parents, teachers, relatives, friends, & society. Then we acquire next stage of harmful seeds of Vices like Anger, Lust, Greed, jealousy, Ego. Mind is like the fertile soil where seeds grow & flower up. It has no mind of its own & does not act on its own ever. Intellect is the chief Gardner who discerns & decides, what crop to grow and what not to, when to harvest & how much to water the plants. How ever he too has limitations because if all he has in stock is bad, rotten seeds to work with, then it is not in his hands to do otherwise. The limited edition of original seeds are locked up in the warehouse & the poor Gardner is given all the dirty rotten acquired seeds picked up freely & cheaply from the environment, to work with. Naturally your are going to reap bountiful harvests of the crops you don’t want. You can not sell / barter them for other ones, because no one wants your rotten crops grown from borrowed seeds.   

AS YOU SOW SO SHALL YOU REAP 

The meaning of this childhood saying is clearly understood in this context. But now it is too late. The body is fragile & the mind has slowed down with Alzheimer. The awareness of this valuable knowledge is enough to start the process of purification & elevation which are the basic pillars of Self - Realization. A quick check list of Virtues for your reference is enumerated here : Discipline, Determination, Courage, Detachment, Discernment, Enthusiasm, Faith, Hope, Patience, Tolerance, Balance, Responsibility, Economy, Self Confidence, Strength, Serenity, Freedom, Respect, Friendship, Love, Generosity, Spontaneity, Brotherhood, Compassion, Creativity, Wisdom, Delicacy, lightness, Contentment, Humility, Purity.   

THE MEMORY BANK (chitta)

All day long we are thinking, imagining, and worrying, fearing, going into past, coming back to present and even venturing into future, too. We have to store up ninety years of stupid past experiences; hence we need lots of space, lots of software which is definitely located outside our body like the cloud storage facility being offered by Google. The SEVEN AURAS around our physical body hold all this information as distinct energy packets like the folders & files on our computers/laptops. It is our Ethereal body which is attached to the Soul & goes with it upon death. In order to arrest the formation of Karma in future births make effort to become Pure in this life/birth. It is the river bed where the river of thoughts flows & overflows too. Thoughts that arise from the river bed and float up to the surface can go in two specific directions : outward to lower consciousness of Ego, or inward & upwards to higher consciousness of Soul. It is the interplay of whole MIND-BODY awareness pervading the mind, ego, intellect, sense organs of action, nervous system & breath energy fields. The various categories of memory in our Mind - Body system are : elemental, atomic, evolutionary, genetic, sensory, cellular, karmic, articulate, inarticulate.    

MIND (manas) - FACTORY WITH NO MOVING PARTS

The starting point for sensory impressions are the FOUR PRIMITIVE FOUNTAINS from where they pervade the mind through the five sense organs. These perpetual fountains are Food, Sleep, Sex & Self Preservation. Food affects the body first & mind latter. Where as the other three affect the mind first & body latter. Sleep is a mystery even today. The joy & pleasure of sleep are greater than food & sex put together. A content free mind can only go to sleep. All you need is three hours of sound sleep/day. Sex without love is very injurious for health, therefore beware of the hazards of indiscriminate sexual flings. Sexual needs are different for males & females hence the need for a dialogue. We continue to think about sex but never discuss/talk about it with our partners. We were not educated the right way hence we suffer, sulk, & remain a forced celibate bodily, even within a RELATIONSHIP.  The importance of good home made nourishing food can not be undermined. Food must be vegan & prepared with positive intentions, consumed slowly with complete consciousness. The factor of self preservation too has to be correctly, accurately & deeply understood, once & forever. We are fearing & becoming afraid, all of the time. Over protecting our self, no matter what happens to others is being selfish. Fear invokes danger & very soon you manifest that danger. You are living under unfounded pressure, purely a figment of your imagination. This pressure is translated as Fear - Flight response by the body which reacts involuntarily to increase the muscle tone. The blood vessels constrict, thus requiring the heart to pump with greater force to achieve the desired blood circulation. This prolonged state of flux, turmoil robs you of your peace, mental balance, drowning you in Stress. You create the ghosts in the first place, now you fight them 24/7. Fighting your own thoughts. This is ACCIDENTAL LIVING, full of anxiety instead of love & joy, go figure for your self.        

ASSEMBLY LINE FOR MASS PRODUCTION - ABSENCE OF QUALITY CONTROL

Mind is soil of your thought factory. You generate, manufacture millions of thoughts everyday like fast growing dandelions, along side the slow growing grass in your lawn. It never stops functioning till the last breadth is out. You manufacture both sides of the coin here: good thoughts and bad thoughts, happy pictures, and gloomy pictures, eventually successes and failures. When you think and believe in self, progress and moving mountains you get them. When you disbelief in yourself, doubting, fearing, fumbling, you go down. By switching on positive channel, looking important, having the right attitude takes you first class. While switching on negative channel, listening to bad news, looking inadequate and defeated takes you second class. Our beliefs about ourselves and the world form the framework of our REALITY. Our world behaves as much as we expect it to or as we all believe it will. If you think you can or can not, in either case you are right.

INTELLECT (buddhi)- THE SUPERVISOR, DECISION MAKER & QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

This faculty of the soul can make or break you. Dull or stone intellect coupled with unawareness is the core of a loser, a victim, a failure. On the other hand Sharp or Divine intellect coupled with total awareness becomes the core of winner, happy soul, successful body. It helps you to discern, discriminate, & decide what actions to materialize, which further reinforce the seeds, that started the process in the first place. Repeated actions keeps the seeds active & easily accessible. There are numerous obstacles on the path of progress of Intellect & spiritual advancement such as : physical illness, mental problems, doubts, indecision, laziness, unman-aged desires, lust, inaccurate assumptions/thinking, zeal, effort, constancy. 

INTELLECT AS DETACHED OBSERVER/INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Human being is a citizen of two worlds : Outside & Inside. As an outsider he suffers, incurs stress on this account & loses all, while the Insiders align with the Cosmic forces & remain Blissful. Pleasantness is within you the soul. We consciously choose to diffuse this valuable perfume of pleasantness around us to others.

However the mind can be purified by cultivating friendliness towards the unpleasant, compassion towards sufferers, goodwill towards virtuous & indifference towards wicked/evil.  The methodology adopted to achieve this purity is to invite all dormant seeds to dislodge from the river bed & float up to the surface to be washed away into oblivion.  The intellect must exercise it choice to understand the Primitive Fountain & subsequently prioritize, regulate & rearrange the four needs for zero stress which will result in Bliss. The final destination of the soul is the state of being UNDISTURBED, UNINVOLVED, UNAFFECTED.  

THE IMPOSTOR OF EGO {Ahamkara}

It is all about me, me and I. Ahamkara is rightly called the I - MAKER.

The latent dormant desires arise from the unconscious storehouse of Chitta as active desires and enter the functioning mind (manas). At this stage two things can happen. Either they get fulfilled as positive emotions or remain unfulfilled as negative emotions. The most important aspect of the processing mind is the coloring of the seeds of desires into likes or dislikes. Many times we use strong florescent colors of attraction or aversion for every desire processed as emotion and restored back in the Chitta memory bank.

IDENTIFYING WITH OUTSIDE MATERIALISTIC WORLD

Now is the time to digress into another subtle aspect of the Ahamkara of taking on IDENTITIES. We change the Verbs into Nouns to build up our MISERY BANK. I like tennis becomes I am a tennis player. We have identified ourselves with being a good tennis player. Misery starts here. This is how the whirlpool of never ending desires go on & on. The success of fulfilled emotions gives further rise to Pride, Attachment, greed & culminating to Egoism. The second path of unfulfilled emotions gives rise to Anger, Jealousy & finally merging into Egoism again. Please note the origin of your Anger, which you feel is normal & difficult to manage.       

Physical suffering happens when we identify with the Body.

Mental suffering happens when we develop attachment to external inanimate worthless objects.

Spiritual suffering happens when we incur karma by living in unaware mode. 

IDENTITIES CREATE WIDE CHASM SEPARATING THE SOUL

It is our attachment to the wrong beliefs about us. It is the false center. We put on a mask of being restlessness over our real nature of calmness. We go about masquerading, all our lives as small / atomic  & separated with passion. This feeling of separation invokes sense of duality. Ego says I AM. Notice the gap between I and am. In reality Our true self says IAM. Please again note that this time there is no gap implying ONENESS, PURE CONSCIOUSNESS, THE KNOW-ER OF ALL. It is this oneness that appears as many.  We are frustrated with ego feeling, agitated state of consciousness, resulting in stimuli of feelings, hence covering the original state of bliss. Ego lives on attention. It feels hungry, deep begging for attention.

EGO IS SUFFERING IN MISERY

All misery enters through ego. Two egos clash because both are not confident of themselves. You are a little spark and yet you extol yourself. Ego is home made, fabricated, self manufactured and ugly of course, since it is man-made. We are afraid of being alone, lonely. Hence we invent identities / illusions, TV, clubs, conferences, sects, churches, crowd, and parties, to procrastinate the effort to look inside. This is our self hypnosis through others, attention from others.  

CHECKLIST FOR EGOISM

If you are hurt inside with one’s insinuation – it is ego.

If one’s behavior causes you pain – it is ego.

If you speak loudly, and shout to get your point across – it is ego.

If you want to control your children & the world – it is ego.

If you are pointing the index finger and giving orders – it is ego.

If you are worried and anxious for things – it is ego.

If you are suffering and miserable most of the time – it is ego.

If you are generally angry at the world situations – it is ego.

PURPOSE OF THE SOUL - PROGRESSION OF CONSCIOUSNESS

The sole purpose of the soul is to elevate itself during it’s short stay in this human body. It is possible to move from the lower Chakras to higher energy centers & finally to the Crown Charkra. The seven Chakras are intimately related to the seven Auras in our Invisible bodies.

COGNITIVE & ACTIVE SENSES

There are five entrance doors through which Information is imported inside the costume. These doors are your five sense organs : taste, touch, smell, hear, & sight. There are additionally five exit doors through which the costume expels outwards. These are : procreation, elimination, grasping, speech & moving.  Then there is a master, the In-dweller who operates these doors. Who I really AM is independent of my actions & senses. Senses are not reliable for experiencing Absolute Truth, Reality or the Self the Soul. Like the bees follow the Queen Bee, so will the senses follow the Mind. With-drawl of the senses is like taking your hand out of a glove. The hands have the ability to let go of the glove.

RELATIONSHIPS - SENSE OF UNION to experience part of the other into your life.

Divine cannot be seeked by the 5 senses/organs. Spiritual science is Yoga. Life explodes, because you are full of yourself. It is not about Shiva but you. Soul consciousness is about emptiness. Deities have divine virtues, so renounce  all senses & attachments. Churning the ocean of knowledge produces Nectar which is bound to surface as cheerful faces. The closeness of two beings and their interplay by choice & concerted effort causes friction, heat, pleasure & pleasantness. A being has multiple bodies : physical, seven auras, health rays, Ionized seal.

When the closeness is PHYSICAL it is SEXUAL.

When the closeness is EMOTIONAL it is LOVE.

When the closeness is SPIRITUAL it is YOGA.  

Yoga is the vehicle which can bring God to you, or take you to God. It is a bridge between mortals & the Immortal. Yoga makes you loose your mind in a positive way. It is the cessation of modifications arising in the Chitta. Yoga helps in neutralizing ones Vortices of feelings, whirlpools of desires & attachments into a calm ocean of thought patterns, which is a prerequisite to perceive God. Dying Alive is another marvelous methodology to kill the artificial You, Me & Mine. It finishes off my ideas, my fashion sense, my hair style, my clothes & my body leaving you with just your Soul. Yoga is Nirodhah which encompasses the following : Regulation, Channeling, Mastery, Integration, Coordination, Stilling, Quieting, Setting aside of modifications of mind field. It is the progress of Intellect into consciousness looking for the expression of the Source into ones actions & attitude. It is a deep concern for a fresh complete life by self. Yoga helps you in Total Transformation where there is no trace of past, fully new & Pure. On the other hand Change is incremental often leaves a residue of the past, hence you remain as impure.
