OUTSIDE
IN BEING OR INSIDE OUT BEING
Are
you a Body who has a Soul or Are you a Soul who has a Body??
We
often move through life on autopilot, reacting to external conditions and
attributing our internal state to the world around us. Yet, at any given
moment, we operate from one of two fundamental identities: the Normal Being,
living in an unwell, limited, and outer-focused state or the Natural Being,
living in a well, soul-conscious, and inner-aligned state. Recognizing where we
fall along this spectrum allows us to stop reacting like a Normal Being and
step into our true, Natural state of blissful, soul-conscious awareness. By
using this contrast table as a daily diagnostic tool, asking ourselves
throughout the day, "Am I reacting like a Normal Being right now or
responding like a Natural Being?", we regain the power to steer our
thoughts, settle our karmic books, and live in quiet, unshakeable royalty.
IDENTITY,
LIMITATIONS & ORIENTATION
The
Normal Being views life from the outside in, identifying strictly with physical
form, ego, and temporary appearances. This results in a heavy reliance on deep
begging for external validation and an endless struggle with arrogance,
attachment, and vanity. In ignorance, temporary illusions are valued over
lasting reality. The Trap of "Normal": In modern society, we have
normalized chronic stress, overthinking, social comparisons, and emotional
reactivity. We call it "being human." But as this framework points
out, this "normal" state is an unwell state physically drains
the body and mentally exhausts the spirit.
Conversely,
the Natural Being moves from the inside out, recognizing the self as an
invisible energy package soul connected to the Supreme Creator (Shiv Baba). By
discarding rigid, outdated beliefs for spiritual knowledge, the Natural Being
embodies uplifting humbleness, recognizing that physical forms decay while
soul-consciousness remains eternal.
WHO AM I?
Normal
Being (Outside-In):
The identity is anchored
entirely
in physical attributes, titles, social status, and memories. Because the
physical world is constantly changing and decaying, this state creates an
underlying anxiety, leading to a "deep begging" posture—constantly
seeking respect, attention, and security from external sources.
Natural
Being (Inside-Out):
The identity rests in knowing
oneself
as an eternal, invisible point of conscientious light (the soul) acting through
a temporary physical body. Operating from an awareness of abundance and
connection to the Supreme (Shiv Baba), this state becomes an "unlimited king”
love, peace, and stability to the world rather than demanding it.
MIND
CONTROL & INVOLVEMENT
A
chaotic mind characterizes the unwell state: non-stop thinking, loose talking,
a need for attention, and a low ignition point that easily sparks anger. The
Normal Being acts as a heavily burdened actor in life’s drama, constantly
sinking into habitual suffering and blaming others for sorrow.
Natural
Being operates with mental discipline: Thought & Speech: Minimal, sweet,
and soft thoughts focused on positive attributes in others. Internal Focus: Inner
attention drawn toward bliss rather than external approval. Perspective:
Remaining a detached witness to the drama, staying light in the present moment,
and understanding that we create our own inner state.
HOW DO I PROCESS LIFE?
Normal
Being (Chaotic & Reactive): The mind suffers from a constant
traffic of unnecessary thoughts. Low ignition points mean minor provocations
trigger anger, irritation, or defensiveness. Situations are tackled purely by
reflex, and emotional baggage from the past is dragged into the present.
Natural
Being (Disciplined & Detached): Thoughts are minimal, powerful, and
deliberate. Speech is soft, brief, and sweet. Instead of reacting like a victim
trapped in a drama, the individual steps back into the role of a "detached
observer" (Sakshi Drashta), holding the inner peace steady
regardless of outer storms.
EFFORT,
WILLPOWER & SPIRITUAL CONFIDENCE
Where
the Normal Being sees impossible obstacles and lives without a clear spiritual
aim, the Natural Being sees obstacles as steppingstones ("obstacles are
the way"). Through Raja Yoga meditation and a curiosity for ultimate
truth, the path shifts from darkness to steady enlightenment.
Spiritually,
the Normal Being experiences doubt, fears divine wrath, and feel disconnected. The
Natural Being: Personalizes their connection with Shiv Baba, experiencing
unconditional love. Visualizes the Divine as a point of golden-white light. Plugs
directly into the Soul World through stillness and silent communion.
HOW DO I HANDLE OBSTACLES?
Normal
Being (Weak Intellect): When hit with adversity, the reaction is confusion, rigid
holding-on, or furious argument. Obstacles are viewed as unfair roadblocks
caused by others.
Natural
Being (The 8 Spiritual Powers): Rather than seeing obstacles as
barriers, they are treated as steppingstones ("obstacles are the
way"). Natural Being consciously deploys key spiritual powers: Power
to Withdraw & Pack Up: Stepping away from wasteful thoughts and negative
environments instantly. Power to Tolerate & Accommodate: Absorbing
differences in people without losing internal peace. Power to Discern &
Decide: Clearing away illusion (Maya) to choose truth effortlessly.
Reframing
Obstacles:
The phrase "Obstacles are the way" shifts our entire
psychological framing. When we stop expecting life to be smooth sailing and
start viewing every challenge as a resistance-training exercise for the soul,
complaining ceases. Difficulty becomes a catalyst for spiritual growth.
ENERGY,
SPIRITS & VALUE OF TIME
Living
purely in the physical plane drains vitality. The Normal Being struggles with
low self-esteem, helplessness, and time wasted on trifles or past regrets.
Natural
Being experiences a surge in spiritual zeal and physical vitality, recognizing
the Confluence Age as a unique opportunity for transformation. Time is treated
as capital to earn spiritual income and cancel past karmic debts through divine
remembrance (Yaad), remaining fully intoxicated in spiritual joy.
HOW
DO I ACT?
Normal
Being (Timewaster):
Time is consumed by trivialities, gossip, and endless material desires. Action
is driven by vices (greed, lust, attachment, pride, anger), accumulating heavy
karmic debts and perpetuating cycles of sorrow.
Natural
Being (Confluence Age Awareness): Time is recognized as the most
precious spiritual currency. The present age is seen as a unique window for
inner transformation. Every moment spent in divine remembrance (Yaad)
acts as an burning fire that cancels past negative karmic accounts and builds a
clean, virtue-filled future.
INTENTIONS
& MINDSET
Endless
cravings, material accumulation, and reactive emotions like lust, fear, and
revenge trap the Normal Being in perpetual tension.
Natural
Being cultivates pure intentions: Real Wealth: Recognizing that noble sanskars
(core impressions) are the true assets. Relationships: Existing in a pure love
triangle between the soul, fellow souls, and the Divine. Emotional Stability:
Replacing anger and control with compassion, divine forgiveness, and
self-realization.
ATTITUDES
& DEMEANOR
The
inner world directly mirrors outer expression. While the Normal Being carries a
demeanor marked by chronic depression, cynicism, irritation, and hostility, the
Natural Being intentionally cultivates 24-karat purity, peace, and angelic
manners. By shifting from a defeated victim mentality to elevated spiritual
royalty, hostility transforms into spontaneous empathy and cooperative mercy.
Power
of Silent Connection
Moving
from guessing God's language to realizing "it is total silence and
stillness" cuts through centuries of dogma. Communion isn't about
lengthy rituals or frantic petitioning; it is about dropping the mental noise,
stabilizing in soul-consciousness, and plugging into the golden-white light of Supreme
Energy.
MASTERED
LIFE SKILLS
The true test of spiritual
understanding lies in daily execution. Natural Being actively replaces
knee-jerk reflexes with deep inner powers: Power to Withdraw & Pack Up:
Stepping back from urge and indulgence. Power to Let Go & Tolerate:
Releasing rigidity, arguments, and flare-ups. Power to Discern & Decide:
Clearing intellectual confusion. Power to Accommodate & Cooperate:
Overcoming proud egoism to support the collective. Pragmatism of the
"Natural State". What makes this chart compelling is that it frames
spiritual elevation not as an unrealistic ideal, but as our original, native
baseline.
