The biggest & most effective teacher for Spirituality lessons is crawling on all fours in your very homes, right under your nose.
It is your own toddler child.
Not talking yet, but still communicating very effectively, with its language of silence & body gestures.
Ever smiling for no reason, we adults need one at least.
So innocent, because he is extremely PURE for now.
He does not waste his energy in making judgments or coming to conclusions, therefore blissful to the core.
When you evaluate people & actions, which we are doing 24/7, the various corresponding negative emotions generated by us, is the starting point of our misery. Your spouses, relatives, siblings, children are not your private property. They are first Individual Soul beings who are on their own journey based on their Karmas. They just happen to be in your circle of influence, beware. Treat them with respect & mind your own business.
He is a NON thinker yet, which makes him a KARMA yogi.
The child thinks very little or nothing at all. His non thinking is the biggest quality that keeps him pure, untarnished, & super happy. He lets situations happen & makes no effort to CONTROL them. There is no right or wrong thing, word or activity in his little world. All things & situations are VALUE NEUTRAL for him.
Looking at objects & people but not seeing them for lack of memory files. This is his FORTUNE to happiness & constant joy.
He does not pray to God to alter the Cosmic blue print, because he is still connected to HIM directly through his purity & has innate intelligence that nothing needs to be CONTROLLED.
The Cosmic drama will UNFOLD as per the Masters plan anyway & no other way, especially never your way. This Egocentric mental battle paves the way to our suffering, & finally to the grave. Please understand that we believe differently & wrongly in our hearts & minds that we can control the world. Yet politely & foolishly promise God that THY WILL, BE DONE ON EARTH, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. Such a big lie, fraud with the Almighty is unpardonable, therefore the consequences of such treachery is sadness, misery, & sufferings of all types.
Keenly observing every action & move of yours, recording it for future replays. Your personal in house CCTV cameras.
This boils down to the ultimate truth of life. The child will always learn by watching the living examples of Emotions at display around him. The eyes communicate 80% of the information. You can NEVER TALK to your child to do as you want him to do. Just WALK your talk & first imbibe the virtues yourself, that you wish to transfer to him. They are adept COPY CATS.
Personally I have been blessed with a grand daughter, my Guru, my teacher for spirituality. I learn every moment new stuff, & revise the old lessons, by observing her very very minutely.
She is just 10 months old & entertains me all the time.
She is totally absorbed in herself & least bothered about the world around her.
She is ever Blissful for no reason. We guys need a specific reason to be mildly happy. She maintains her original pure identity, therefore remains in ecstasy too, because she has not yet acquired the false identity of EGO - Go figure.
She can concentrate on her toys & food items with 100 % attention without getting distracted. She will put any yogi to shame with this skill.
She never gets tired because she knows the art of conserving energy. Focused on self only. Wasteful thinking by focusing on others & outside of you, takes up maximum energy.
She breathes deeply into the belly through the nose at all times. If ever absorbed in something, she takes sudden sighs of relief to revert back to her deep breathing.
Shallow breathing through the mouth is harmful for our health.
The remnant dirty air inside the lungs is the primary source of blood pollution & not any other way.
She nibbles on her bland food, which is extremely tasty for her, with full enthusiasm & enjoyment in a meditative mood. We adults are insane about our fixed tastes & plagued by numerous choices, therefore miserably unhappy.
She is always exercising & in motion outwardly, body wise. At the same time pretty stable mentally inwardly, unfolding gradually at her own pace. Here she in not in competition with anyone. No yardsticks to measure up to. Therefore content & satisfied. We guys are sitting ducks & indolent to the core. Today sitting down & lying in bed are major diseases.
She is in a holiday & celebratory spirit every moment right inside her playpen. We people need to go, some places to feel the holiday feeling once or twice a year. How pathetic & paradoxical is our predicament.
She is ever ready to learn new things & enjoy this process of repetition. We have stopped learning & repetition appears irritating & boring to us.
She always sits up, straight & erect in a Royal giving manner. The spine is aligned & the energy flows from bottom to top without a kink. We adults have lost this art of up rightness & learnt the habit of sinking into chairs, beds, sofas & losing ourselves in computers, cell phones or video games.

God help us...to lay back & refrain from teaching them all the wrong stuff that we mistakenly picked up from the environment, & give us the patience to wait & watch them learn on their own from INSIDE THEMSELVES.
