Blessings are unseen energy that uplifts you & helps you stay light.

Contentment is about appreciating what you have & not wanting what you don’t have.

Generosity means seeing the best in others.

The results of cooperation are never owned by one person. It is a collective creation.

MINDING YOUR MIND

The inside wonders are REALITY, while the outside wonders are VIRTUAL REALITY.

If your thoughts are private, then why are you showing them on your face. Are they worthy of being seen - Harbor only elevated thoughts.

You can listen to your heart only, when you silence the mind.

Our mind is a precious & sacred place. It is a temple for the best stuff, not an incinerator for waste / garbage. Careful with your thoughts.

Can you chase a desire. Its not One, they come in large groups & you lose them all.

Check your Intentions - self alignment heightens your accuracy & integrity.

To maintain balance like a tight rope walker, you need full attention. Stay true to self. 

SOLITUDE OF SILENCE

Behind all creation is SILENCE a vital ingredient.

All inventions & creations begin in the mind first. It gets translated from a mental picture to reality. To live simply, peacefully & happily first create a picture in the mind. I SEE, I CREATE / MANIFEST.

Look inside for subtle internal signals given out by Intuition to reach HOME of SILENCE - our ancient dwelling sanctuary.

In solitude I breathe in deeply & replenish my body & soul. I breathe out fully all toxins, sorrow, depression & misery.

Silence surpasses understanding.

THE SPIRIT OF SPIRITUALITY

Stretch your mind & heart to encompass everyone. It is the beginning of Spirituality.

In spirituality you accumulate subtle experiences which fill you up with abundance & you automatically lose interest / desire to hoard up physical possessions.

Spirituality is invisible, It can only be perceived by subtle Intellect.

Include self in compassion to make it wholesome.

THE ENERGY OF EGO

Power energy creates attraction, Force energy creates resistance. EGO uses force energy to force people / situations to do as I say / want, leading to depletion.

EGO makes us defensive thus learning stops.

Attachment makes us rigid / inflexible thus unable to flow with life.

Ego is accurately reworded as Ego-grasping. Holding on to a FALSE image of self - let go & see the real image.

Do not choke by swallowing your PRIDE, be HUMBLE & feel light with honesty.

Love supports but attachment hurts. Love empowers both parties, while attachment becomes dependency making both parties weak.

NEGATIVITY - YOUR PARTNER IN CRIME

Are you confused, seek clarity.

Pain & suffering are different & separate. First PAIN happens. It is a message / signal for corrective action. When this is over looked, avoided, bypassed then SUFFERING takes over.

Keep the door on SORROW shut. Do not allow it to come in. When it rings, check the caller ID & do not answer negative energy.

Reactions waste precious energy & break up relationships. Simply detach & enjoy the togetherness like toddlers.

Anger & outrage if expressed, back fires doubly.

           if suppressed it blows you up.

        if repressed it makes you sick.

    if transferred, then it melts & extinguishes.  

Worry serves no purpose but makes us tense / miserable.

Calm creates calm - can you create it in the face of turmoil. It is your test paper waiting at the end of this life.

We are connected to mother nature through the five elements in a subtle way.

Have patience to see / allow nature to unfold. Forcing it to open before time destroys it.

The embryo of future is in the NOW. Put all your energies now in NOW.

KARMA RETURNS

Law of gravity exists, even if you don’t believe in it. On the same lines law of reciprocity of KARMA, ensures that, I will get back what I give, whether I like it or not. Therefore first GIVE then GET.

If you value TIME, it will value you in return.

The Karmic return of Valuing is to have it in abundance.

Create an umbrella of good Karma for your protection at the time of leaving this body - death.

PARADOXES OF LIFE

To be impressed by others is to make myself LESS. I suppress my qualities. Rather be inspired by others to awaken my own qualities.

By trying to PLEASE others, I demean myself. Instead imbibe PLEASING manners to exude the same.

Raise your words not your voice. Gentleness open more hearts, faster, than anger will.

Character is Virtue in action. Yet all virtues are sourced from the same reservoir.

Bamboo trees rub together to give sparks, Sandal wood trees rub together to give fragrance.

Growth happens when you give SPACE to each other, to expand.

Do not mix up good wishes with worry.

Just defeat defeatism with HOPE energy.

Just listen, shut up & support them vibration-ally, to find their own way forward. Offer advice only where there is strength to accept it - a rare chance.  

The act of de-cluttering shifts my focus from greed to need.
