If you are seeking answers to your doubts, fears, insecurity then you are on the wrong track of confusion. Any input taken from outside will add to your existing mental turmoil, & get you to the asylum quicker. What you need are solutions which will work for you to bring clarity of Intellect. Sadly enough the solutions can come from within of you only. Life begins & grows from inside first. Latter on it develops perfectly outside, if left alone. Every one of us are unique & different. Therefore the solutions have to be tailor made too, which can be done only from inside of us. Be still, go inside your mental reservoir and fish out the solutions you are seeking. ARE YOU GOOD COMPANY FOR YOURSELF
If you are then this question does not arise. But it has come up, so lets deal with it. Most of us do not like our company. We are adept at clicking LIKE buttons on Facebook for others but rarely a like for ourselves. Our own company is Scary, unbearable, intolerable, & disgusting at times. The proof is right in front of you & in your hand, between the thumbs, glued to the ears & eyes. You guessed it correctly. The TV & its remote, the chronic cell phone / laptop are your best buddies, companions 24/7. It is your morphine / heroine. I dare you to give up these gadgets for a week totally & concentrate on just yourself. Sit quietly for as long as you can in installments first. Focus on your breath, IN & slowly OUT. Go out alone for a walk in the woods. Take a sabbatical for a month & cut off all connections with the stupid world. Try it for the sake of your self.
WHAT ARE YOU GOOD AT & WHAT DO YOU LOVE DOING
You may be good at computers & computing which positions you indoors, but you love to paint landscapes & be outdoors.
The world needs your brain at computer skills & is willing to pay you handsomely for your time. This can make life comfortable but not be satisfying & pleasurable. On the other hand painting gives you joy & contentment but no money to pay your bills. The world does not need the artist nor his paintings when he is alive. If it does, then invariably after his death. Suddenly those ordinary looking paintings / WORKS of the genius become vary valuable & are auctioned for millions of dollars. Lucky few are the ones who happen to have a combination of their hobby & profession into one life long task. You enjoy doing it while the world is happy to pay you for your services / work.
WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL REASON TO GET OUT OF BED EVERY MORNING
As a small child you woke up with a huge enthusiasm every morning to learn more, to continue where you left yesterday, to advance into adulthood as fast as possible. What has changed with you, between childhood & middle age or retirement age. You seemed to be exhausted, spent of all your energy & zeal for life. Lazy in the mind & body too. Therefore no reason to wake up every morning. Well, very soon you will NOT WAKE UP AT ALL. It is a common law of Self fulfilling prophesy. You wish to die, it will happen, the universe is designed to fulfill all of your desires, whether they are positive or negative it does not matter.
WHEN & HOW DID YOU ACQUIRE THOSE STUPID BELIEFS
Belief is our conviction of a man made preposition, without verification. In crude terms it is labeled as BLIND FAITH. On the other hand TRUTH needs no Verification at all. We acquire all these superstitions, notions, early in life when we have no say in the matter, no means of understanding what they mean, & no intellectual capacity to reject them. Our Great great grandfathers / grandmothers invented them long long ago with stone age intellects. They strongly believed that the EARTH WAS FLAT & THE SUN WENT AROUND THE EARTH. How naive & under developed were they in their mental capacity to reason things out. They also believed that anything heavier than air could not fly. How wrong were they has been proved beyond doubt, yet we have no intention of LETTING GO of our stupid beliefs, notions & superstitions. Good luck with your beliefs which are limiting & fatal at times. Go figure.
ARE YOU A PRISONER IN THE MAKE BELIEVE PRISON OF PUBLIC OPINION
Public Opinion is just a random, off the cuff conglomeration of opinions, but we mistakenly take them as Absolute & swear to live our lives by them. They hold the power to make each of us uncomfortable inside our skins.
WHAT WILL THEY SAY ?
The most feared & often used phrase goes as follows : WHAT WILL THEY SAY ? Who are they is another big question ? They constitute a handful of known folks, like your school friends, neighbors, office colleagues & a large number of unknown strangers in the crowd on the streets. The second part of the four letter syntax is What they will say ? Honestly it is the fig of your imagination at play. You never hear what they say or said. It is their silent meaningless looks, shallow judgments processed in their minds, preconceived notions/opinions & teasing ridicule that they enjoy momentarily at your cost.
VIRTUAL PRISON MAKES ONE UNCOMFORTABLE
You chain yourself in the Virtual prison of multiple walls erected around you. The walls are made up of SELF- DOUBT, IMPERFECT, ILLUSIONS, MORALITY. These powerful walls act like microwaves cooking up inside of you, feelings of LOW SELF RESPECT, NOT GOOD ENOUGH & UNACCEPTABLE. Over time these negative feelings mushroom into powerful toxic Emotions of ANXIETY, MENTAL SUFFERING making you extremely UNCOMFORTABLE INSIDE YOUR SKIN.
OBSESSIVE THINKING
Heart is influenced by inputs from outside world, the majority of which are related to Public Opinion. Based upon these inputs it creates feelings & emotions of negativity mostly. Our relationships affect us directly hence we are predominantly focused on OBSESSIVE THINKING about people & trifle issues. Our thinking is molded by how society will think about us in a future time period & our behavior. We are imprisoned by our intangible thoughts about the future, in the present moment.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRIZED PARADIGMS
CHANGING OTHERS WITHOUT CHANGING SELF
Life long futile task of changing all who come into your life & the world at large. No one has yet succeeded in changing the world let alone even one person. You believe that you have the skills to change your toddler, teenage child & the spouse all at the same time. What a purpose of a sure looser. This is exactly how we gamble away all our resources, feeling defeated & spent of all energies at the end of everyday & end of life too. For many of us, this could qualify as a reason to get out of our beds every morning. Think hard & again.
COMFORTABLY RESIGNED IN YOUR SORROW & MISERY
Winning multiple small Ego battles but unknowingly loosing out on PRIME WAR of Happiness / Pleasantness. I am right, my way is the only way to do things. Giving unnecessary importance & value to trifles, and missing out on the joy of togetherness on the journey of life. This is how you distance yourself from loved ones & begin your ego laden journey of loneliness, because no one wants to be around such negativity. Instead of lifting up the spirits of the misery loaded souls you will be pulling them further down into the abyss.
WHO ARE YOU : A BODY ONLY OR A SOUL WHICH HAS A BODY
Is your Body a possession? Of course YES! Then Who is the possessor of this possession, which you call MY Body?
The real you is the Immortal Soul, who at this time, has a black male body & in the past had a white female body. This Body is warm mud packaged in a leather bag, with bones to give it a shape. Incidentally the leather bag comes in different colors & textures. The Anatomy is same in every case. This body is your equipment / costume for the use by the soul.
You the soul, are not this equipment or the costume. This intelligence radiates a different positive energy which changes the quality of time & matter. The dominant reality is the Soul & the secondary reality is the body.
A soul is made of three entities, the INTELLECT, which discerns & decides, the MIND which processes thoughts & feelings, and finally the SANSKARS / SEEDS which are the source of all thoughts. For better understanding we will adopt the Gardener & gardening analogy.
Every soul has seven pure seeds to begin with. They are : Power, Purity, Peace, Love, Bliss, Knowledge, Truth. As a child we operate through these seeds which helps us to enjoy life without any inhibitions and love all equally. Over time we acquire exactly the opposite kind of seeds from our parents, teachers, relatives, friends, & society. Then we acquire next stage of harmful seeds of Vices like Anger, Lust, Greed, jealousy, Ego.
Mind is like the fertile soil where seeds grow & flower up. It has no mind of its own & does not act on its own ever.
Intellect is the chief Gardner who discerns & decides, what crop to grow and what not to, when to harvest & how much to water the seeds. How ever it too has limitations because if all it has in stock is bad, rotten seeds to work with, then it is not in its hands to do otherwise. The limited edition of original seeds are locked up in the warehouse & the poor Gardner is given all the dirty rotten acquired seeds picked up freely & cheaply from the environment, to work with. Naturally you are going to reap bountiful harvests of the crops that you don’t want. You can not sell / barter them for other ones, because no one wants your rotten crops grown from borrowed seeds.
THE REAL YOU
Understand that you are a giant ball of energy, consisting of auras, health rays, emotions & chakras. A very small core of solid body in the center of this ball of energy, manifests through the invisible energy acting as microwaves. Inside the body sits the tiniest microchip, the soul, the owner of the total Combo, making the magic happen.
ARE YOU DESPERATELY SEARCHING FOR THE KEY TO HAPPINESS
Of course you are looking to get it anyhow. But the problem is that your lock has become old & rusted. Even if a key was to be acquired it would not be of any use. It will not be able to open the ancient lock. The easy solution is to change / replace the lock on your INTELLECT with a new one, which will have two shiny keys with it, instead of ONE KEY. Happy now. We are handicapped by the low level of sharpness, openness & alertness of our Intellects.
WHY ARE OUR LIPS SHAPED LIKE A BOW
So that we can shoot arrows laced with sweetness, intentions of good wishes, blessings of welfare & thereby hit the heart of the others soul every time or else keep them closed shut.
WHY ADVERSE SITUATIONS COME INTO YOUR LIFE
You invited them into your life in your last birth. It is your very own KARMA unfolding now in action. In your previous birth you & your partner were reversed in the human anatomy of genders & you guys screwed each other real bad. Now the roles have been reversed & the reverse screwing is happening exactly as you asked for it.
