the body through the medium of breath. Listen to your breathing and know who
you are. Inhabit your body with full awareness. Entering stillness within
the breath. Observe how the breath is inside the breath Pause & be still.
Inhalation is born out of this stillness and exhalation returns to this stillness.
Allow yourself to become luminous stillness. Soul shining star. Witness
thoughts from this stillness, & you will get to peacefulness. The
capacity for aliveness & pleasure permeates every cell.

must open up to these & consciously breath them out. Don’t wait for

then you will have more of it. Healing with the
breath is an ancient art lost in time. Affirm loudly that each breath
is transforming me into thine image of purity, perfect happy soul.

What we are and what we wish to know are not separate. It
is the same thing. The finger pointing at the moon. We
are awakened consciousness. The very nature of the breath arising from
within us announces this message over & over again. Celebrate your
own homecoming. Mindfulness is to mind the breath, is to
decide, that this very moment is yours to own it. To extricate self from
the past & pull of future, gradually come to peace with ourselves, one
thing at a time with full attention. When not at peace, we feel
righteous anger, a justifiable disappointment. Solution is to be
choice-less.

Marriage of two psyches, two histories, two

potentially confusing. We are wedded to the living pulsing life force in

alienation. Try touching with soft organs, circulating fluids, the breath
that moves through all these, the heart beating, lungs inflating & deflating,
feel how your partner yields to you, where you open, & surrender to
her, where you hold back. Lovemaking is letting go. The greater the
effort in all parts of the body, the more blocked will be the fragile wave
of sex. Pause and feel the breath soften. Simply follow the natural flow
and melt into sleep.

BREATH - PRANIC BREATHING
Meditation based on breath. This is my first breath in,
inhale fully deeply & hold. That is my last breath out,
breath out fully & hold again. Live as if it is the last day on
earth. Watch the parade of jumbled & negative thoughts dancing
on the screen of your mind. It does not mean renouncing all the things one
enjoys. Rather you are renouncing true pleasure & delight by being
mind-full of every breath. Instead of working from rigid
assumptions base, we start to take bearings from the reality of present.
Cultural & social forces that are holding us hostage at the end of our
lives, we may stand baffled that we have striven so hard & so
long for things we never wanted in the first place. It is a myth of
successful person. To be someone and get there, quickly, anyhow,
madly rushing through life. It is surely a mirage.

CARE WITH MEDITATION
The aim is to channel Pran Shakti
into 26 points sequentially for 20 seconds per point. Breath in, hold for
20 seconds or more, chant mentally – OM CHITANYA CHITANYA SWAAHA slowly, exhale
breath. Reflect on these 26 points with colored air & suggest activation of
consciousness has emerged. Repeat the exercise twice ascending first then
descending order.

A soul is an immortal "pen drive" which functions only, when plugged into a body. The ascending and descending stages of the soul happen through the workings of the Brain & its helper the Heart. God is always on my MIND, and HE is also in my heart simultaneously. This syntax means that I choose to remember HIM with the help of my brain faculties, and feel HIS love in my heart. I do not remember HIM in my heart nor can I feel HIM with my brain parts. All these activities add up and get recorded in the pen drive - THE SOUL.

Our heart is also a sensory organ and compliments the Autonomic nervous system. The feelings of disgust, frustration, bring up jagged and irregular heart rhythms. These rhythms interface with the brain’s higher centers, affecting how we feel, think, perceive and perform, of course, very poorly. This is” cortical inhibition”. This pattern of signals, tells the brain, that all is chaotic. Such an excess of mental and emotional noise in the brain causes it to go into overload. It is this overload that interferes with our capacity for paying attention, learning, remembering important details and maintaining our mental stability.

POSITIVE FEELINGS
On the other hand, when our heart experiences loving, appreciative, positive feelings, it sends out smooth and harmonious rhythms to the brain. This is “cortical facilitation”. This results in faster reaction times and we can think more clearly. We can see more options and solutions to our problems and situations that we would otherwise not have been able to see.
ZERO EMOTIONS
& IN HARMONY
We can learn to switch negativity to positivity by consciously attempting to do so. Breathe slowly and deeply through the area of the heart. Self-generate a positive feeling like appreciation or care. By doing these two things, you can shift the pattern of signals; the heart sends to the brain, reducing the inner noise and helping the three brains work together in harmony. This will stabilize your emotions and start to recharge your energy accumulators. You have the capacity, to get back your original self, just as you were born, fully hydrated and zero emotions.
WHAT ARE WE MADE OF?
Man is made up of five elements; ether, air, fire, water,
earth. Gods are made of three elements; ether, air, fire. All
tangible objects are born out of ether. It is possible to see it with effort.
All consciousness and active objects vibrate. It is crucial to them all, air,
sky, voice, and noise. Vibrations give rise to waves, which help move from
point A to point B. It is through will power that we succeed in life. Strong
will power has vibrations and they affect others by reaching them.
Prerequisites for strong will power are: profound solitude, preserve energy,
talk less, self-control, happy face, thought free like a child, developed eye
power, no self-talk, no revealing of thoughts & secrets, no anger, no loud
laughter too.
Thoughts - assault the mind and make you
mentally sick & the heart, emotionally sick. Scores of desires makes us
sore & tense. Desires are closely related to breath; hence breath control
will help curb lust desires. A single desire leads to many subordinate
desires culminating into a stream. Some desires get fulfilled and make us
happy, thus setting up a vicious circle of more such desires. Many desires remain
unfulfilled making us sad, mad, sorrowful & angry. Man’s life is vitiated
with tension, restlessness, and worry for non-fulfillment of desires.
Germination of anxiety – just to do sociably & ethically reprehensible acts
first then hide them, spend energy to keep them secret for the fear of their
revelation to public, fearing shame. It reduces our body to hollowness.
Emotions - of sex, lust must in any case get
its expression with horrific results of stresses & complexes. In the
entire above fragment, our effort is wasted & we forget to control the
inner mind. Man sacrifices his life at the altar of desires, because he is
subordinate to the dictates of mind. Mind is like a pitcher: one hole or 20
holes cause dissipation of energy. Many thoughts, scattered velocity, one
thought concentrated velocity.
Mind makes us laugh, cry, fear, joy sad and future
speculations. It transcends all dimensions of time & space. A mind devoid
of criminal propensities would free man from fear & then he would harbor
only constructive thoughts/ideas. The two minds are interrelated. Mercurial
mind is a science of creativity.
Outer mind responds to physical world, daily chores. It is
conscious of present time & memory. It argues and questions. Inner mind is
the sub conscious part which accepts everything always, a consciousness of
higher plane. It relates to dream state & memory of past /future. A third
component of mind is the intellect which is related with faith.
