People all over the world are bringing up children, by the dozen with multiple partners. They are totally ignorant of the Issues that their uncontrolled mating is causing. This is leading to the eventual over crowding in the family & the planet Earth.
PARENTS & TEACHERS ARE TRUE ROLE MODELS
Japanese children are among the calmest and most independent in the world, because their early years are filled with freedom, not pressure. Researchers show that daily routines and small interactions, rather than strict rules or drills, create emotional regulation and problem-solving skills years before Western methods do. Simple habits like brief back-and-forth conversations strengthen language and attachment, forming the foundation of a calm, confident child.
EARLY INDEPENDENCE RAISES IQ OF THE CHILDREN
Independence is encouraged early. Japanese children take small errands alone, learning responsibility, self-control, and decision-making. Predictable routines for meals, baths, and bedtime provide security and reduce anxiety. Early play, rather than formal academics, builds focus, creativity, and self-regulation without stress.
DOMESTIC CHORES BUILD UP SELF CONFIDENCE
Chores and micro-responsibilities teach accountability. Tiny daily tasks like carrying a bowl or folding a towel strengthen executive function while giving children a sense of contribution. Emotional coaching, where feelings are named and discussed, enhances emotional intelligence and communication skills. Community trust allows children to explore safely. Adults model calm behavior, correct gently, and emphasize effort over perfection. Fresh air, brief outdoor exposure, and small challenges help regulate stress and improve immunity.
REPLACING SCREEN TIME WITH MEANINGFUL DIALOGUES
Start small. Daily habits like ten minutes of focused conversation, one solo task, and a consistent bedtime routine create lasting changes. Consistent, small practices beat flashcards, screens, or pressure every time.
NEVER SWITCHING OFF THE MIND
We were never trained to switch off our Brains / Minds when there was no need for it to think productively. So what are we thinking 24/7. It is generally a mental tug of war. A highly confused personality will engage itself in such stupid SELF-TALK. It all starts early in life. How we grow up & what all goes wrong with us & around us. When the entire family & school environment fails to provide the basic Internal component of survival within our selves, SELF CONFIDENCE, then the graph starts to droop down. Low Self confidence clouds the Self Image, which further diminishes our Self Worth in the society we grow up. We end up in a state of being PERPETUALLY DISSATISFIED. This never ending spiral action sucks up all the available energy in the body leaving us totally Lifeless & almost dead.
ADDITIVE NARRATIVES
EVENTS & INCIDENCES have a dramatic affect on our minds & eventually the bodies. They are etched for ever & the grooves become deeper with each replay of multiple NARRATIVES related to the traumatic events & heartbreaking incidences. Very soon these toxic Narratives become our additive Nicotine. As time goes by additional Narratives of Negativity of all sorts are piled up on the existing mountain. Lack of Trust in the ways of the world & the people running the show is another giant issue to be handled at every step of Living process. This fallacy leads to doing most of the errands personally which is impossible for a weak sleep deprived body. Every failed action snowballs into feelings of apprehension fear & endless worry adding fuel to the burning Fire.
FILLING UP EMPTINESS WITH MEANINGLESS OBSESSIONS
The Void of EMPTINESS caused by the lack of Soul consciousness is filled up with fake feeling of being Right. With no inclination to change we step on to another boat of CONTROLLING THE WORLD around us. It is My way or else No way. This obsession encompasses mind tearing unproductive daily routines of Ultra CLEANLINESS & PERFECTIONISM to be desired & achieved by involving spouses & children in the house. Soon the family members see the futility of these tasks & start to rebel, revolt & disobey openly. Gradually they distance themselves from such a demanding & unreasonable person which brings in more frustration resentment culminating in DEPRESSION.
ATTACHMENT IS SUFFERING
ATTACHMENT leads to Expectations which show up as disappointment bringing in Pain coupled with suffering. When we resist change it brings more suffering. The easy way out of this predicament is medical aids, anti anxiety pills which have positive side effects. They cloud your thinking, memory & depress the brain activity further.
