THE METAMORPHOSIS - FROM IMPURE TO PURE
The impurity of waste thoughts, trespassing, passion, lust is Narc-ism. Too weak, confused & ignorant to transform self on our own. Narc-ism permeates to Body Consciousness which encompasses three dozen Vices : Ego, Arrogance, Greed, Anger, Lust, Jealousy, Attachments, Fear, Doubt, Guilt, Separateness, Brittle, Victim, Harsh, Bitter, Resentful, Defending, Lazy, Addicted, Obsessive, Violent, Unforgiving, Confused, Selfish, Controlling, Comparing, Complaining, Cheating, Criticizing, Desiring, Expecting, Justifying, Seducing, Enticing, Judging, Asking, Begging.
PERCEPTION becomes a barrier to change, old & strange ways of thinking.
DECEPTION of Self Image, subtle Arrogance of dominance, power & expectations.
SORROW is felt continuously because of feelings of absence of parents / caretakers.
RESENTMENT is the result of Rejection by parents / caretakers.
WASTE THOUGHTS is harboring of Resentment inside & Sulking.

Inner kingship refines our personality into Royalty, & then we display exemplary behavior with Discernment, Discretion, Restraint & Introspection.
The fundamental tool, we use to reach the above destination is Open Eye Meditation. It helps us to transform radically. We learn to go slow, deeper & concentrated. We can tap into Pure energy & then release it to consciousness. It is At-mic explosion which is benevolent for the whole world. SIXTEEN EASY STEPS TO TOTAL TRANSFORMATION.
1 Transform Self first. Why would you venture into such a Herculean task, in the first place, without any AIM OR OBJECTIVE in mind. Exactly that is the point I am driving home. The Sole purpose of every Soul is to Become Pure like the Supreme Soul. Once you are equal to HIM then you become a legitimate heir to HIS kingdom in the Golden Age. HE will willingly hand over the KEY to Paradise, because HIS short stay & assignment is over by doing so. It is ripe time for HIM to go into a long long Sabbatical in Eternity.
2 Teach your self through learning. Rediscover your true self through this process of learning from the Supreme Teacher & following HIS Shrimat in full. When you have learnt & imbibed fully this Divine knowledge then it is time to go out and teach others the same lessons. This process of teaching others will firm up your own shaky lessons & make a master out of you eventually.
3 Absorbance of Gyan, Virtues, Values & Divine Principles. In this Divine Academy, a school cum hospital you receive knowledge first hand from the Divine Teacher. The students who are hand picked, adopted & admitted are most fortunate children of HIS who were long lost & now found. You have to work very hard here in all four subjects & pass with flying colors.
4 Moving forward - Gaining Momentum. This Academy is a one way street. There is no going back or stopping midway. The progress chart is updated every minute just to ensure that every soul is moving forward & gaining momentum. Either you work hard & pass or get expelled & suffer grave consequences. The supreme teacher has lots at stake & time is limited in this Confluence Age.
5 Refreshing to reset. The steep up hill task of imbibing Purity in all facets is pretty tiring & exhaustive. Every now & then you the Soul will need to refresh, reset & re-calibrate the fundamental Aim & Objective laid down in the beginning. Intense effort will show up when your level of Zeal & Enthusiasm is at its peak. You also need courage of steel to face the numerous obstacles in your path.
6 Sustaining the built up transformation. Once the game of transformation has begun the initial Zeal starts to fade away & diminish quickly. Hence additional encouragement in the form of Daily Murli inputs by the Divine teacher are given as booster injections to keep us going & sustaining us as we move higher & higher.
7 Thinking in elevated way only. The environment of the Copper Age & Iron Age made us extremely Vicious, dirty, & lustful. Our thinking has now to be slowed down, modified & upgraded to think elevated thoughts only. A total reversal of the vision has to take place, from criminal to civilized. 8 Stillness of mind & body with Awareness. Before coming to a dead stop you have to learn & practice slowing down your speed of thoughts. Since their are no specialized schools for such education & training, we have to do it our selves, with our own effort & creativity. Stillness is one step before Bliss. Stillness happens in the NOW moment. Time stops in Now.
9 Leisure & work become same. Once you have achieved stillness of mind & body, then Leisure & work become interchangeable. Work is leisure, while you work leisurely. Do you not enjoy your hobbies ? How come we are indefatigable at working with our hobbies. The work that you love does not tire you. The secret is, to love what you do & do what you love too.
10 Revealing & Concealing with maturity. People often need a paragraph to reveal what is in their minds. Verbosity is a disease which robs you of time & energy, therefore beware. Laconic people are the mature ones who are of few words. Reveal or conceal with just one sentence, preferably using a single word. Brevity is definitely soil of wit & intelligence.
11 Equanimity for all beings. This is a tough one but a good one. Do not get impressed by anyone nor try to impress / please anyone. Treat everyone equally at all times. This can happen when we change our perception to Soul consciousness - seeing all beings as equals. You avoid turbulence inside of you by imbibing this virtue of equanimity.
12 Happy & Content no matter what. Happiness is not in things & in other people. You create this positive emotion from inside. Today you may need an external stimulus to do so. But with constant training & practice you can learn to create happiness without a reason / external stimuli. All of the above knowledge & methodology has equipped you to become FULL inside, therefore happy & content always, 24/7.
13 Communicating by Influencing with self-example. Speaking slowly, softly, sweetly & smartly is a good example for others. To the point, one word or maximum of one sentence is enough. The second important point is to consider the self as an instrument of the Divine while communicating. Then the arrow of few words hits the bulls eye & the job is done perfectly as it should be done. The third aspect is of Authenticity of what is spoken or said pertaining your own personal life style showing up in your demeanor.
14 Serving others - Giving first & receiving. Having become knowledgeable, still, Full, mature & content, now is the time to Give away what you have been given by Grace. The more you give, without any expectations, the more you receive & be filled up to give away as much as you can. By serving the less fortunate you are doing yourself a favor & earning blessings from them quietly. Serving others helps you drop the last fragment of the EGO lingering inside. To receive you must EMPTY out first & make room for it by Giving.
15 Leading in an Incognito way. With so much Purity, Spiritual Power, & talent of Stillness you will be in great demand to lead & guide others. People will look up to you to help them move ahead. Some will even go ahead of you which is perfectly normal for you, the Easy Yogi.
16 Harmonizing with others seamlessly. In this spiritual game there are no sides, no competitions, no losers or winners. It is the Creators Task of establishing Paradise & we are HIS minuscule helpers. We are over joyed & fortunate to have been chosen by HIM for such wonderful assignment. Working together in a big team like this one requires awareness skills of total harmonizing & that too seamlessly. YES DEAR, are the key words, every time, every occasion, in this game.

First is Knowledge of History & Geography of this Cosmic drama. How the Seed becomes a giant Tree spreading out in three Worlds, spanning into three time zones & its Visualization from three perspectives / eyes.
Second lesson is Raja Yoga, the Method of Connecting with the Supreme Soul to draw upon HIS Shakti to charge up our drained out batteries, at this crucial point in the Drama.
The third lesson is Dharna, the Imbibing of the Virtues that HE teaches us, just like HIM. The list of Virtues is pretty long & tough.
Finally the fourth lesson is Seva, the art of Service with mind, body & wealth, for the greater good of all humanity. Having mastered all the above three lessons we are ready to go out & teach others the same Stuff, keeping in mind that we are just HIS instruments / servants performing HIS Task without Ego & Expectations. As very weak students we require Extra classes & tutorials to come up to the mark quickly. Waking up at Amritvela 4.00 A M early in the morning to sit down for Silent Meditation is aimed to break up our dirty habits of Laziness & Unawareness. All day long we must try to REMEMBER HIM which facilitates us to detach from this materialistic world of Maya / Illusions. Manmanabhav is the term HE chooses to explain the meaning of disconnecting from this dirty world & connecting with HIS Pure form & No one else. Twice a day HE coaches us very sweetly & patiently with HIS MURLI - Fine tuning us on the basic lessons taking one point & explaining it in detail. All this training leads us into Self Realization, of Soul Consciousness.
