DEATH – FULFILLMENT OF LIFE

 

People living their entire lives without experiencing LIFE is a Tragedy.

If you reject, turn away or shy to come to terms with Death, then you reject Life too. A happy ending or unhappy depends upon you.

You did not come with any investment, just empty handed. So, at best what can happen to you, Death.  Nothing to lose in this life. See how wonderful it is. The physicality of our birth is a conspiracy hatched between MOON & EARTH. Death after 1008 moons is a good one. No Karmic FIRE left in the Human body. Lunar cycles are the basis of mothers’ conception.

Awareness of mortality seeps in, then you turn Inwards. Stagnation is Death. Death is a closure. When you become Conscious that you will die then you will turn Spiritual.

Life is pleasure, joy. Death is compassion because it relieves you from the shackles of Life.

Death is Life in a very Intense form. All happens very Quickly, at high speed in fast forward.

Taj Mahal & PYRAMIDS are Samadhi’s too. Death & pleasure are connected. Pyramids work because of their geometry. They trap VYANA VAYU naturally which has a preservative function over the body. If you sit inside the pyramid, you go to higher levels of health, organic unity, enhanced life span.

SMADHI – An equanimous state of Intelligence. If you transcend Intellect, you become one with Reality. MAHASMADHI – is the end of the game. BHOGI – trapped in sensual & materialistic world. ROGI – entangled in the world of suffering & disease. YOGI – free from this make-believe world, in harmony & in union with creation.  

Time & Space are the Creation of Mind & Intellect. Intellect always discriminates, a tool for survival. This loosens One from the Body. In death the physical body is gone. If the Life energies are over Intense or too feeble, either way, you can not keep the body. It is a unique event.  It is the last moment of life. It happens only once hence must happen most GRACEFULLY & WONDERFULLY.   

The large-scale marketing of HEAVEN & HELL as destinations for after life was done by religions of the world to control society by offering punishment or reward. But now their heavens are falling apart. There is no danger in enjoying a story/tale but believing it is stupidity.

You did not make anything out of your Life; therefore, death is painful. Make good use of life then no regrets in the end.  

Fear of death is based on Ignorance. Life is a term loan from the Earth. It must be paid back in its entirety.  To die a good death, become Fearless. Make it an opportunity instead. Die in a dignified way & not in a Dramatic way. How you die is Important to you. Prepare for it seriously & intensely. Leave the body Consciously at the time of your choice. I want to WALK to my Grave is my personal wish & commitment.

If you are conscious during the transition, then you can GET OFF THE BUS.

Creation – Dissolution, day – night, sleep – wakefulness, life – death, Body – Bodiless, Liberation – Entanglement. Bring quality of Awareness during sleep & it will continue as Ojas roundness Nonphysical.  AWARENESS – SADHANA – BLISS.  Sadhana is realization/enightment.                   

Wisdom of VANAPRASTHA ASHRAM – withdraw from the concrete walls into open space like forest, a garden, close to nature, a space of non-attachment which will provide awareness of Vulnerability. Every animal knows how to die gracefully.  They withdraw to the forest and surrender quietly. No carcasses anywhere.

HOW CREATION WORKS - Life happens because nature has MEMORY & memory is an accumulation of impressions. Life is an interplay of Five basic elements of nature which have ELEMENTAL MEMORY. A particular quality in the substance helps to manifest in all aspects of Creation. From unmanifest to manifest. ATOMIC MEMORY – Indivisible. INANIMATE MEMORY, ANIMATE MEMORY, EVOLUTIONARY MEMORY, GENETIC MEMORY, KARMIC MEMORY – impressions through all the births, UNCOUSCIOUS MEMORY, CONSCIOUS MEMORY, SUBCONCSIOUS MEMORY.

Two seeds make up a being. Parents gives us the Body & the Creator gives us Life within. First is programmed for CERTAINITY & the second is programmed for POSSIBILITY. The source of Creation gave us not only a seed but a part of ITSELF, encapsulated in us to be REALIZED. Two people come together & start a body / nest. At some point after 40 -48 days the body/fetus/nest is occupied by someone & then it becomes a BEING. The engagement with the body truly begins around 90 days. It is an unconscious choice of the soul, depending upon Vasanas/tendencies to select an appropriate womb/body. Life does not happen in numbers. It is Unbounded, no arithmetic. Numbers are only for bodies. You are ANATMA.   

Two seeds make up the software in Human beings. This software works on TIME, ENERGY & MEMORY as information.   SANCHITA KARMA is the warehouse of all information/memories. It is responsible for unconscious tendencies/Vasanas towards various things.   A small portion is allocated for one lifetime as PRARBDHA KARMA.  Time is not in your hands, but Energy & Memory are. How you squander/dissipate them is important. When you use up Memory then you die or become a vegetable. If Energy runs out but Memory is still there, then you become a GHOST without a Body. This is responsible for orientation in a life & determines how & for how long you live. When this aspect gets worked out, you die. Past lives are different compartments of your total memory. Suffering is a consequence of how one carries their Memory & not the content. Hence the need to fix the content of one’s life through spirituality.  Spiritual training is all about allocation of ENERGY into five areas of life – Physical, Involuntary, External voluntary, Mental, Emotional.

This body is held together by MEMORY alone. Dynamism of Memory is needed to bind all organs cells atoms together to our Intention of Living. SHIVA – SHAKTI, Shiva is Inertia & Shakti is Dynamism. You can determine your INTENT with the volume of Conscious memory. Conscious Intent is only with Human Beings.  If JOY is your companion, other things have no place in life. A happy person does not cling to anyone / anything, just Blissful. Cheerfulness is a certain sign of wisdom. Sadguru is with us now because He wants to be with us all. He acts like a PEG for everything because all are connected.

A beautiful way to be with someone. What happened yesterday is of no consequence, but you are trying to create one. Find Value in Human Being with you for what they are now, not for what they were. Love hate affection resentment all emotions are Compulsive. You have too much Affection for a stranger, how come. It is no good, just RESPOND to everyone & anything.

In a Body you are like a River, advancing in One direction using your power of Discretion. In Death you are like a Cloud, ambulating in all directions, because you lost your power of Discretion. Human beings are BUBBLES. If you are thick walled like a golf ball, then you will Bounce a lot. If you are thin walled like a soap bubble, then you can glide through in Life. Human beings can choose to become thin walled & light weight through spiritual development, which helps in distancing from the Evolutionary & Genetic Memories.

Mind generates myriads of ILLUSIONS based on the Sanskars of each Individual.

Intellect has the capacity to carry out the MID-COURSE corrections if & when desired. It will happen through constant & continuous AWARENESS.

 

There are two distinct kinds of Souls – VICIOUS & VIRTUEOUS.

In the beginning all Souls are Pure & Virtuous for a long long period of 2500 years in every cycle of 5000 years. Gradually their decline sets in & most of them become Impure & Vicious Souls towards the end of the Cycle.

First we will explore the qualities of the PURE VIRTUEOUS Souls.

Their Sanskars are ORIGINAL which are Intune with the Cosmic Energies.

Knowledge of the Drama, Raj Yoga & Truth are top most treasures. Wisdom of Purity, Peace Power & Silence overflows too. The two main guiding paths for such Souls are LOVE & BLISS.

With the above qualities how can anything go wrong & nothing really goes out of alignment since every one of them present has similar attitudes of gratitude & abundance of Compassion for all. The GOLDEN age slowly merges into the SILVER age with slight shift of Purity & other qualities.

 

These Self-Sovereign Souls roamed the planet fully Alert, Attentive & Awake with total Self-confidence making them Balanced & Compassionate.  They practiced Celibacy, Austerity thus giving them Stability coupled with Spontaneity. Their Optimistic Zeal & Creative Effort, Empowered them to attain Liberation & Freedom.  Cooperation based on Equanimity Inspired them Embrace Humor, Cheerful Radiance, Joy, Charm & Ease of Discipline. They remained Assertive while being Sensitive, Kind, Empathetic & willing to Reconcile if needed.

 

The above Virtues evolved from their Clean Sanskars of Humility, Serenity, Tranquility & Connectedness to the Divine Grace. Their Transparent Simplicity made every one around them Friendly, Comfortable, Acceptable & Appreciative of each other. Their Synergy of Love & Inclusiveness for all Facilitated a Relaxed & Affectionate Alchemy. The Attitude of Abundance, Fulfilment, Benevolence  imparted them a Magnetism of Contentment, Mercy, Surrender & Bliss.

 

The Courage to Discern & Decide at all times was Influenced by their Sharp & Divine Intellect. The Understanding of being Detached, Withdrawn, Economical & Tolerant made them Sweet, Loyal, Patient & Harmonious in their Demeanor. Their comprehension of living as a temporary Trustee of all possessions compelled them to Donate with a Smile towards Charities for the greater cause.

 

At the end of 2500 years the SILVER age merges into the COPPER age with a major shift in the Purity & down grading of other qualities of the Souls. Gradually everyone becomes  Impure  with all the basic qualities turned upside down.

Ignorance & memory loss are the first changes to take place. Truth is replaced with Absurd Beliefs & Dogmas. Souls acquire, Peace-lessness, Irritations, Agitations within themselves. Hate filled thoughts prevail uppermost in most people, hence the saga of battles & wars packed with treachery, torture rape of women & bloodshed begins. Helplessness coated with greed for more possessions marks the beginning of capturing foreign lands forcibly & ruling over them ruthlessly. By the end of 3700 years the COPPER age merges into IRON age which happens to be the age  of regaining Independence & fragmentation of Giant kingdoms, from the oppressive foreign rulers.   

 

Now we will venture into the inner workings of the Vicious Souls. This tribe Acquires all the Negativity of Manmat, Illusions & Obsessions with Ownerships gravitating into Righteous Rigidity. Lust & Passion for Adulteries often leaves them Depleted, Drained & full of Grief. Feelings of being Unloved & Lonely triggers Trespassing & Abuse leading to  Anger.

 

The above mentioned traits evolved from Depraved Sanskars of Deceit, Betrayal, Domination & Violence over the weaklings. Unfulfilled Desires made them into Controlling, Criticizing, Correcting & Jealous self appointed Judges. Imposing Arrogance on Victims of Imperfections & Inadequacy arose from Comparing,  Competing  habits.   

 

Their Intellect is Stone Dull which keeps them in a perpetual loop of Confusion & Self Doubt. They turned Devotional to cover up their Fears, Uncertainty, Worry, Over Thinking & Scattered minds. Their Addiction to Ego & Attachments pushed them into the valley of  Bitterness, Despair, Resentment & Sulking. The Nagging Noise of Inner Conflicts & Guilt was Blamed on their Indulgence of Defeated attitudes.

Rush of Hormones & curiosity is the basis of Love entanglements.  


In some parts of the world,  middle class men will employ MAIDS for domestic help for good sum of money every month.

Then over time they will have secret affairs with these maids & give them cash bribes for favors. Soon the maids start blackmailing the Employer for bigger cash prizes. In this set up the men suffer from guilt of CHEATING on their wives additionally, latter on when affair is exposed then SHAME takes over, perhaps ending in DIVORCE.


In other parts of the world, middle class men will MARRY such MAIDENS as their second wife, when the need arises to get some domestic help for the aging first wife & long line of children.

They smartly avoid salary payments, cash bribes for favors & blackmailing for bigger sums. In this set up their is no guilt feelings of CHEATING on the wives too. Chances of divorce will never arise in this scenario. 

Then over time they have six children from the first wife & five from the second one. Now there is urgent need for more domestic help & the man MARRIES a third young MAIDEN. By now the oldest son is ready to have an IN-HOUSE secret affair with the young new maiden/wife. Back to SQUARE ONE.

Sleep is for the brain rather than for the body.

If we can switch off the brain, then sleep becomes superfluous.

We need to look at the sleeping brain to better understand the why and how of a state in which we pass one third of our life.

Reduced sensitivity to external events distinguishes sleep from quiet resting.  

The capacity to awaken from slumber distinguishes sleep from coma.

Deep sleep, in humans is different from Birds.

A person is either asleep or awake but not both simultaneously.  

Birds sleep with one-half of their brain awake!

It's called unihemispheric slow-wave sleep and keeps birds alert to potential predators while still catching some ZZ. Other animals sleep this way, but only birds have the ability to control it.

A sleeping bird can adjust how much of its brain is asleep by how wide it opens or closes its eye.

Bird's sleep pattern is paradoxical, it will not lose much muscle tone when in deep sleep.

In Humans Muscular tone is gone, to all intents and purposes, the body is paralyzed in deep sleep.

Exception being the breathing musculature and the jerky, rapid movement in each eye that give this phase of sleep its name, REM.

Most Birds, Stand, Perche, Roost, Swim/Float, or Hang upside down, Lay down on the ground while sleeping.

The down jacket design was patterned after sleeping birds.

A bird fluffs up its feathers to better cover its body when sleeping to keep its body temperature high.

The bird will also experience thermogenesis and some birds take this one step further in cold temperatures by making themselves undergo a controlled hypothermia called "nocturnal torpor."

Slow-wave activity is homeostatic ally regulated, that is, the longer somebody stays awake, the deeper and more frequent slow waves occur the following night. Conversely, early in the morning when sleep pressure has lessened, SWA diminishes, and sleep becomes shallower. Likewise, taking a nap reduces nighttime slow waves.

Birds take hundreds of daytime naps to make up for no nighttime sleep.

Birds like ducks and geese that fly in J and V formations will use slow-wave sleep when not in the head of the group.

Non-rapid Eye Movement nap averages around 150 seconds.

Rapid Eye Movement nap is about 9 seconds.

When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use.

When diet is correct, medicine is of no need.

 

ALL LIFE IS SOLAR POWERED ON EARTH

According to Ayurveda, five elements make up the universe — vayu (air), jala (water), akash (space), teja (fire), and prithvi (earth).

In the Human body too, these elements form three different doshas / humor / state of mind, attitude, which are types of energy that circulate within our body. Each dosha/persona is responsible for specific physiological functions.

Mind, body, and spirit all must function for all three to function together.

Human beings are SOLAR powered, just like the mother EARTH. The power of the SUN influences all activities on Earth.  

Sun Salutation – Suyra Namaskar is of utmost importance early morning to regulate this Metabolic fire.

 

THE FIRE/AGNI OF DIGESTION IS INFLUENCED BY THE SUN

 

From Sun Rise to Sun Set, the AGNI / FIRE induces the forces of INNATE INTELLIGENCE within our Bodies. The gut biome is a part of the Agni where the microorganisms boost our metabolism & food breakdown.

Three hours after Sun rise is the best time for the KINGLY / biggest meal of the day. One hour before Sun set is your last chance for the BEGGARS meal of the day. A PRINCELY lunch is recommended in between these two meals, if needed.

AGNI means Burning & transforming to burst forth.

AGNI / DIGESTIVE FIRE – is our body’s ability to digest & absorb nutrients from the food, using digestives enzymes. Our Health depends on this TOTALLY.

It can also be the root of body imbalances and diseases. An unhealthy diet, poor lifestyle, and unresolved emotions may impair Agni, which in turn, disrupts the functions of the body.

 

You may not realize this but the food you eat has a close connection with your mind.

 

While you enjoy the taste with your tongue, you should eat mindfully. In Ayurveda, eating with a focused mind with no distractions is important. This ONE POINTEDNESS releases the nervous impulses, which in turn release enzymes & hormones. This stimulates systemic metabolic activity so that the whole body-mind complex functions efficiently.

 

WHAT IS YOUR DOMINANT DOSHA/HUMOR

The Ayurvedic diet determines your dominant dosha/humor & eating specific foods to promote balance between all three doshas.

The PITTA dosha controls hunger, thirst, and body temperature.

The VATA dosha maintains electrolyte balance & movement.  

The KAPHA dosha promotes joint function.

Here are some of the main characteristics for each DOSHA/HUMOR to help you determine which type matches you best:

Pitta (fire + water). Intelligent, hard-working, and decisive. This dosha/humor generally has a medium physical build, short temper, and may suffer from conditions like indigestion, heart disease, or high blood pressure.

Vata (air + space). Creative, energetic, and lively. People with this dosha/humor are usually thin with a light frame and may struggle with digestive issues, fatigue, or anxiety when out of balance.

Kapha (earth + water). Naturally calm, grounded, and loyal. Those with a kapha dosha/humor often have a sturdier frame and may have issues with weight gain, asthma, depression, or diabetes.

Geographically Hot countries near the equator are prone to Vata, therefore slow speed activities are recommended. Cold countries near the poles are prone to Kapha, therefore high-speed activities are recommended.

Water retention qualities of the soil also decide what to eat. The sandy soil in North India/Desert land does not hold water hence grow wheat & eat it too. In south India/clay soil can hold good water hence grow RICE & consume too.

 

SEASONAL INFLUENCES ON DOSHAS/HUMOR

 

You should focus on different tastes to balance out your metabolic needs of the season.  

 

In the SPRING season Kapha increases & causes stagnation in the body. If you feel your rate of metabolism is slow, you should consider eating food that tastes pungent, bitter & astringent.

During SUMMER season, you need a Pitta-balancing diet of sweet foods.

The WINTER season is coherent with sweet, salty & sour tastes that feel heavy on the stomach.

 

THE TENDER CONNECTION BETWEEN FOOD ESSENCE & EMOTIONS

It’s easiest to see the elements expressed in food: a hot pepper contains fire element, a sweet potato contains earth, and a brothy soup contains water.

You can see the elements in emotions as well. If you’re angry and seeing red, you bet there’s some fire element coursing through you.

If you’re deeply in love, you’re likely experiencing the ooey, gooey sweetness of water element.

If you feel strong and grounded, you’re likely experiencing earth element.

When it comes to anxiety, wind element is largely at play. If you imagine a leaf blown about by the breeze or a candle flame flickering in the wind, you can see why anxiety and wind go hand in hand.

THE FOUR TYPES OF AGNI 

Ayurveda classifies four different states of Agni that point to certain constitutional tendencies.

Visham agni: This is an irregular appetite and digestive system with signs of variable hunger, bloating, indigestion, intestinal cramps, constipation, dry stool, & gas. It is common in vata types. Use sweet and pungent flavors. Include Asafoetida formula (hingashtaka), Trikatu and ginger before you eat.

Tikshna agni: Intense hunger but with poor digestion is a pitta sign. Also, thirst, parched mouth, dry throat, loose stool and a burning sensation in intestines. Use mild sour flavors to dilute excess acid. Include shatavari (Asparagus racemosa), guduchi (Tinosporia cordifolia) and Amalaki to balance pitta.

Mandagni agni: Weak hunger is a kapha sign. Also, slow digestion, heaviness after a meal, sluggish bowels, bulky stool, feeling cold, sweet craving, stimulant craving. Use pungent and bitter flavors. Include trikatu, ginger and cinnamon.  

Samagni agni: Balanced hunger and digestion; food is digested within four hours with no excess craving or lack of interest. Use triphala to maintain a healthy digestive system.

Use all six flavors and a balanced diet to maintain balanced digestion.

 

AFTER SUN SET THE AGNI IS DORMANT – no eating period.

All forms of imbalanced Agni create undigested residues (ama) that form toxins. Toxins (ama) become present in all chronic conditions such as high cholesterol, blood disorders, fatigue syndromes, tumors, cysts, skin conditions, allergies, & cancers.

The dosha accumulate at their site - kapha in the stomach, pitta in the abdomen, vata in the colon. This starts the cycle of imbalance and must be avoided if you want to stay healthy.

Left untreated the accumulated dosha can become disturbed. This results in the dosha leaving their site and overflowing, a very dangerous situation.

Kapha can manifest as mucus, coughs, asthma, diabetes and obesity.

Pitta can manifest as skin problems, heart problems and inflammation.

Vata can manifest as bone problems, nervous conditions and degenerative conditions.


CANCER TREATMENT - Cancer cells / bacteria eat 8 times more than normal cells.  If we STARVE them by switching over to one meal a day then they die. No medical intervention is required.

 

 SPEED & TEMPERATURE  DETERMINES THE QUALITY OF FOOD


Slow grinding of wheat into flour is a luxury, by using the manual mini grinding stone – Chakki

Slow grinding of spices keeps the nutrients intact by using the Indian grinding tablet & stone – Silvata.

Slow chopping of vegetables is a must too for Vibrant health by using a manual chopper.

The childbearing females benefit automatically by using the above gadgets with built in physical exercise, which keeps them slim, agile & physically primed up.

  

A FEW AYURVEDIC DIETARY RULES.

Eat raw fruits & vegetables as much as possible for Vibrant Health & being disease free.

Cooked food has extremely low PRANIC VALUE for Human consumption.

If you MUST Cook, then food must be consumed withing 48 minutes of its being cooked.

Switch to cooking in CLAY pots pans & tawa, instead of toxic aluminum utensils.

Cook on low heat, instead of PRESSURE COOKERS, which destroys all Pranic value of food.

Microwaves kill all the remaining nutrients in the stale food that you try to REHEAT & eat.

Leave 4-6 hours between meals with no snacking.

The sign that the previous meal is digested is when the breath is fresh.

Eating in between meals weakens the Agni.

Eating cold, wet & heavy foods weakens the Agni.

Drink hot water 40 minutes before meals to stimulate Agni.

Never eat/drink cold liquid/water with/after food, least you dilute the acids & enzymes & put off the Agni.

Treat Agni with occasional fasts; use a mono-diet (rice, kitcheree), hot lemon water and a seasonal cleanse to keep digestion healthy.

Agni is increased by pungent, sour, & salty flavors. It is beneficial to start a meal with these flavors.

A low dosage of bitter taste taken before a meal increases the secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Agni stimulating and increasing herbs are ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, long pepper (Piper longum), guduchi (Tinosporia cordifolia), kalmegh (Andrographis paniculata). Use a small dose (1-2g) before meals to enkindle the digestive fire.

Agni tonic herbs that build enduring digestive strength are pushkaramula (Inula racemosa), cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) and musta (Cyperus rotundus).

Yoga exercises to balance Agni: stimulating the fire practice (Agnisara kriya), abdominal massage (nauli), lighting the skull breath (kapalabhati), bellows breath (bhastrika), peacock (mayurasana), forward bend pose (paschimottanasana),  fish pose (matsyendrasana), sun salutation (surya namaskar).  

 

IDEAL DIET FOR THE VIBRANT HEALTH

The Sattvic diet is a high fiber, low fat vegetarian diet that many yoga enthusiasts follow.

In the practice of yoga, there are three types of foods that have varying qualities and health effects: sattvic, rajasic, and tamasic.

The word SATTVIC means pure essence, with high intake of micronutrients which helps in balancing of Doshas, offering feelings of calmness, happiness, and mental clarity.

Unless you DO THE RIGHT things, RIGHT things will NOT HAPPEN to you.

Some of these are : Own your LIFE, Start the Inward Voyage to abundance.

Say YES to LIFE, Here & NOW. It is never LONELY inside, of you.

Start SEEKING, which means that you have REALIZED, that you DO NOT KNOW.

Being FLEXABLE means Vulnerable to INCLUSIVENESS of all – basis of the Cosmos.

Believing is RIGIDITY, assuming many things that you do not KNOW, with added Confidence.

Enhance the ability to RECEIVE LIFE from the Universe as it is. 

Sharpen your sense of PERCEPTION, through continuous Attention, Awareness & Yoga.

Self TRANSFORMATION is a dimensional shift to experience LIFE’s internal & external REALITIES.

We are RESPONSIBLE for the way we are now, hence need to Transform for better.

Is your inner life in your CONTROL? Ask again & be sure about it.

ANGER is Unintelligent Uncontrolled Reflex Reaction – Self defeating too.

STRESS is totally SELF Created & Self Inflicting.

Stress is a certain level of INTERNAL FRICTION,  Lubricate it with AWARENESS.

 

DESTINY is a consoling word, but totally DISEMPOWERING.

Doing nothing, Idling around, choosing LIFE in absolute UNAWARENESS.

Passive mode sets IN, you go Quickly Down Hill right into the GRAVE.

 

If you are a MISER/stingy or Kanjoos, then you cannot LOVE another.

Because in Love the YOU must MELT away to accommodate the other.

To LOVE with conditions is just a transaction, a bargain, barter.

A SEED can have a new Life of a giant tree, only if it is ready to lose itself.

New possibilities are possible in Vulnerability, not in Security & rigidity.

 

BECOME LOVING as a Human being, No need to Love another Forcibly.

Express your DIVINITY & love will follow you. It has Legs & a will of its own.

Develop the willingness to RESPOND openly & freely to embrace the WORLD.

 

Devotion is dropping all dualities to Zero, a Total embrace. Everything is fine.

It is full of Juice. It can be beautiful & joyous.

But without CLARITY of KNOWING, it leads to stagnation.

 

KNOWLEDGE is accumulated information, lots & lots of it.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE is specific information put together.

KNOWING is Living Intelligence, always active & available. All Biology has INNATE intelligence.

 

SHIVA – That Which is Not – The vast EMPTINESS in the Cosmos is Unmanifested, Singular.

That which MANIFESTS is Plural – Duality rises, Male/Female, Light/Dark, Mind/Body, Five elements/matter.

 

LIFE is one thing, But source of Life is even more magnified. 

Miracle or Magic - How can Two gases, Hydrogen & Oxygen become Liquid water.

 

UNIVERSALITY is not an Idea. It is Existential Truth.

INDIVIDUATION is surely an Idea.

 

The CREATOR  is not looking for your ATTENTION.

HIS plate is already FULL & overflowing with GRACE.

If you can be RECEPTIVE then fill yourself up with Grace too.

Because Grace will LIFT you UP & beyond.

 

Five elements make up the Human Body. Show respect to these ELEMENTS.

Join hands together in Gratitude & Devotion. Be ever thankful.

This Body is a loan from the Planet Earth & therefore must be returned to Mother Earth.

The planet Earth reclaims it’s loan, upon our Death.

 

When the body is Alive, it is always RESPONDING to the ELEMENTS & nature.

We assimilate ENERGY from the Sun, Air, Water & Ether,

It is more on most days & less on Full moon/Lunar days.

Eat mostly uncooked food/fruit, masticate well with saliva to partly digest in mouth.

Cooked food has NO PRANIC Value. Eat with reverence, slowly & consciously.

Body is just 3% PROTEIN – excess of it as meat causes Cancer.

Foods are digested with acids & Alkalis, Not both. Elaborate BUFFETS confuse the system.

Consuming one spoonful of Ghee before the meals, lubricates the alimentary canal.

Never dilute the acids & enzymes with any kind of liquid with food/meal

 

BUDDHI – Discriminatory dimension of the Mind.

MANAS – Acquired memory

CHITTA – Awareness, Inclusiveness, Embracing all.

IDENTITY – Around which intellect functions is AHANKARA, EGO.

 

YOGA is the Science of being in perfect ALIGNMENT & HARMONY with EXISTANCE.

Existence is ENERGIES in different forms & ways the world manifests itself.

Human body is a Marvelous Instrument to TRANSCEND to higher levels of Existence.

YOGA is a Technology of upgrading & refining ACTION through Inner Energies.

Action is a constant LONGING to be LIMITLESS, BOUNDLESS free like a bird to fly.

YOGA  ASANAS are postures to ALIGN your Geometry with the Geometry of the Cosmos. Different Body postures can give you ELEVATED Consciousness.

HATHA YOGA helps balance the energies of the SUN & MOON.

SUYRA NAMASKAR, sun salutation, balances the Solar energies, right & left, Male & female energies. Earth is solar powered too.

SAMYUKTI gives skillfulness, that arises out of EQUANIMITY

SHAVASANA promotes free flow of Energies & Replenishes VITALITY. Sleep in this supine position all night. Attempt to be aware of the last moment before sleep happens. This is a process to become AWARE after Death.

 

Breathing Consciously all day will take you great Heights.

At 12 breaths/min you are Earth sensitive.

At 9 breaths/min you can catch the language of the creatures.

At 6 breaths/min you can comprehend cosmic vibration.

At 3 breaths/min will make you aware of the Creation & its Source.

PRANIC BREATHING is the way to Creation. Breathe IN to the count of 5, HOLD to the count of 5, Breathe OUT to the count of 5, HOLD to the count of 5 & continue.
