THE MINDLESS LIVING FACTORS

The normal, average person opts out for the easy effortless way of Careless Thinking & Mindless Living.

It is Mechanical - disconnected, lost in the shadow of our conditioning.

It is Unsettledness - where we do not take the contents of our thoughts very seriously.

It is Doubt - when we are skeptical, remain frozen & immobilized, unable to make a commitment either way.

It is Restlessness - through blocking, fighting, worry & insecurity, obsessive planning with the aim of controlling the world.   

It is Sloth - Energy imbalance resulting in heaviness, dullness & excessive sleepiness.

It is Carelessness - in the form of withdrawal, indifference, hesitation to act out & state of disconnection.

It is Guilt - extracted from past & brought forward by reliving those dead unwholesome images. Now we start piling up, self hatred, unforgiving self / others in a non productive way highly unskillful on our part.

It is Remorse - This is a skillful state of mind seeking repentance although the pain is genuine.

It is Vendetta - a faulty feeling of superiority & self righteousness. Simply notice it, see it coming & over powering you.

It is Aversion - a very bitter reaction in the present moment of a condemning mind, mushrooming into irritation, annoyance, boredom, unworthiness, dissatisfied, anger, hatred, despair & sorrow.

It is Desire - when we leave perception on auto pilot to retrieve pleasurable experiences, pleasant feelings from our mental storage, of fantasies, passions, trespassing romances, addictions, & expectations from others, randomly. It is a force of wanting, craving, clinging, grasping, & reliving again & again. We willfully buy into desires.    

It is Depression - which is temporary madness, spilling out intense thoughts & emotions in a negative way.

It is Insanity - when we push the line of depression & can not come back, falling into the abyss of permanent madness.

It is Pain - associated with tightness, blockages, pressure & heaviness, desperately seeking flight from. Our ignorant & reflex response to pain is with bitterness, anger, rejection, resistance, trembling, quivering & deny its presence.

It is Suffering - which has its origin in attachment to sense organs, public opinions, rituals, beliefs of solidity & permanent self. It is grave pain, difficult to bear, yet inevitable.

MINDFUL LIVING FACTORS

The effort making person sharpens his Intellect with the tools of Awareness & Attention & lives in the Now always.

It is Meditative State - Embodiment of Self Sovereign mastery, lasting 24/7, witnessing the nature of things as Truth.

It is Mirroring Self - on to the world, with knowledgeable state meaningfully of knowing the Creator personally.

It is Reality - of all existence, including self. When we understand this, we see, we are nothing. And being nothing, we are everything. That is all.

It is Silence - interpreted as Solitude, the glory of being alone which adds beauty to life. It may not be interpreted as Loneliness, pain of being alone.   

It is Intoxication - a spiritual high on the power of Truth.

It is Soul Consciousness - which fills you up with love, coolness & gratitude. It brings & binds all together as one giant family.

It is Balance - between Tranquility & Alertness.

It is Loving kindness - a gentle friendship & unconditional sense of Inclusiveness of all beings, everywhere.

It is Compassion - Caring human response to suffering of others, deserving our tenderness.

It is Sympathetic Joy - rejoice equally in others success & happiness. Dissolve feelings of fragmentation & over come the illusion of separateness, comparison, envy & judgement. 

It is Love - which makes the heart moist, so that it can quickly join with others.

It is Equanimity - which refines us into, Radiantly calm, wholeness, oneness, Authentic Intimacy combined with spacious stillness of the mind.

It is Poise - skillful means to communicate with an open heart.

It is Perspective - being available, loving & caring for those who who do not behave according to our preferences. You can not control others.

It is Generosity - learning the art of forgiveness, giving grace marks & reforging relationships.

It is Awareness - shining this light on dark screen of the mind to obliterate the white thoughts in to nothing.

It is Inquiry of Questions - Asking the right questions : what is the color of apples on the outside, because they are white inside. Question the value of your belief itself. Then these questions will propel us to living Reality.

It is Attention - connect just deeply enough with your mind, the object of focus or meditation. Do no impose your will.

It is Celibacy - the ultimate freedom from serial love affairs & heart breaks till death do us apart.

It is Parenting - Re-frame your commands into requests coated with politeness, directed to all children.

It is Concentration - seeking nakedly & directly with complete attention, focused on the object of Meditation. Remain tranquil, at ease, open, relaxed, gentle, yielding, soft & stable of mind.

It is being Awake - in the heart, mind & essence.

It is Timeliness - the force of desire tempts you. Beware where it starts, where it will lead to, do you want to go there, act now. Time is valuable & fleeting to make you miss the bus.

It is Slow Motion - in your thoughts & actions like breathing / walking deliberately to replace the usual multitasking & wandering. Just stray thought & not rivers of thoughts.

LIQUIDITY OF REALITY

It is Changing - ever flowing, emerging & merging just like a rainbow : beautiful, vivid, ephemeral & selfless. Canvas of mind, roller coaster of thoughts, dynamic cascade of emotions, capricious feelings.

It is Vipassna - the ability to see our inner experience clearly. Myself as a mental construct, not a solid body, but mind energy & body energy.

It is Present moment - which is neutral & happening in the now, the true nature of phenomenon.  

It is Karma - wholesome or unwholesome acts have the power to generate consequences down the road. With this understanding comes the possibility of making wise choices, now in our lives & living.

It is refining - a purifying process & urgency to do the general & specific House Keeping of the mind, which gets over used a lot.

It is responsibility - our ability to respond / react to the fruits of past Karma, when they do appear before us, in a very cool & tolerantly divine manner.

It is Intention - coupled with consciousness that gives choices for liberation from suffering. Karma plays itself out & back. What matters is the seeds we plant now, which will ripen & come back anyway.

Since the road is extremely rough & tough only a select few make it to HIS inner circle / kingdom while the rest are left to their own fates to be mere subjects.     

WHO I REALLY AM ?   SOUL, THE IN-DWELLER

Your body is a vehicle and soul is the driver of this vehicle. Just as you are the driver of your Mercedes, so is the soul of this human vehicle. You sit the automobile and take control of it, use it to move from point A to point B. Sometimes you are careless & get involved in a head on collision with another Mercedes. In this almost fatal  accident, the air bags save you, but the car is dead or total. Now the Insurance company bails you out to buy a new Mercedes. On the same lines when the body becomes old & diseased it dies and it’s occupant or the In-dweller  the soul does not die. It is bailed out by the Divine, from the worn out body & assigned to a brand new baby body, therefore eternal. 

COMPONENTS OF A SOUL

A soul is made of three entities, the INTELLECT, which discerns & decides, the MIND which processes thoughts & feelings, and finally the SANSKARS / SEEDS which are the source of all thoughts. For better understanding we will adopt the gardening analogy. Every soul has seven pure seeds to begin with. They are : Power, Purity, Peace, Love, Bliss, Knowledge, Truth. As a child we operate through these seeds which helps us to enjoy life without any inhibitions and love all equally. Over time we acquire exactly the opposite kind of seeds from our parents, teachers, relatives, friends, & society. Then we acquire next stage of harmful seeds of Vices like Anger, Lust, Greed, jealousy, Ego. Mind is like the fertile soil where seeds grow & flower up. It has no mind of its own & does not act on its own ever. Intellect is the chief Gardner who discerns & decides, what crop to grow and what not to, when to harvest & how much to water the plants. How ever he too has limitations because if all he has in stock is bad, rotten seeds to work with, then it is not in his hands to do otherwise. The limited edition of original seeds are locked up in the warehouse & the poor Gardner is given all the dirty rotten acquired seeds picked up freely from the environment, to work with.

AS YOU SOW SO SHALL YOU REAP. 


The meaning of this childhood saying is clearly understood in this context. But now it is too late. The body is fragile & the mind has slowed down with Alzheimer. The awareness of this valuable knowledge is enough to start the process of purification & elevation which are the basic pillars of Realization.  

THE AURAS OF MEMORY BANK (chitta)

All day long we are thinking, imagining, and worrying, fearing, going into past, coming back to present and even venturing into future, too. We have to store up ninety years of stupid past experiences; hence we need lots of space, lots of software which is definitely located outside our body. The SEVEN AURAS around our physical body hold all this information as distinct energy packets like the folders & files on our computers/laptops.

MIND (manas) - FACTORY WITH NO MOVING PARTS

Mind is soil of your thought factory. You generate, manufacture millions of thoughts everyday like fast growing dandelions, along side the slow growing grass in your lawn. It never stops functioning till the last breadth is out. You manufacture both sides of the coin here: good thoughts and bad thoughts, happy pictures, and gloomy pictures, eventually successes and failures. When you think and believe in self, progress and moving mountains you get them. When you disbelief in yourself, doubting, fearing, fumbling, you go down. By switching on positive channel, looking important, having the right attitude takes you first class. While switching on negative channel, listening to bad news, looking inadequate and defeated takes you second class. Our beliefs about ourselves and the world form the framework of our REALITY. Our world behaves as much as we expect it to or as we all believe it will. If you think you can or can not, in either case you are right.

INTELLECT (buddhi)- THE SUPERVISOR & DECISION MAKER

This faculty of the soul can make or break you. Dull or stone intellect coupled with unawareness is the core of a loser, a victim, a failure. On the other hand Sharp or Divine intellect coupled with total awareness becomes the core of winner, happy soul, successful body. It helps you to discern, discriminate, & decide what actions to materialize, which further reinforce the seeds, that started the process in the first place. Repeated actions keeps the seeds active & easily accessible.   

COGNITIVE & ACTIVE SENSES

There are five entrance doors through which Information is imported inside the costume. There are additionally five exit doors through which the costume expels outwards. Then there is a master, the In-dweller who operates these doors. Who I really AM is independent of my actions & senses. Senses are not reliable for experiencing Absolute Truth, Reality or the Self the Soul. Like the bees follow the Queen Bee, so will the senses follow the Mind. With-drawl of the senses is like taking your hand out of a glove. The hands have the ability to let go of the glove. 

PURPOSE OF THE SOUL - PROGRESSION OF CONSCIOUSNESS

The sole purpose of the soul is to elevate itself during it’s short stay in this human body. It is possible to move from the lower Chakras to higher energy centers & finally to the Crown Charkra. The seven Chakras are intimately related to the seven Auras in our Invisible bodies.

HOW THE INDWELLER OPERATES THROUGH THE COSTUME

Karmendriyas : There are five active senses. They act as Exit doors for the body to expel outwards, through, Elimination, Procreation, Moving, Grasping, & Speaking.  

Jnanendriyas : There are five Cognitive senses. They act as Entrance doors for the body to import inwards, through,  Smell, taste, sight, Touch, & Hear.  

Chakras : There are five corresponding energy Vortexes for the above senses, Root, Hara, Navel, Heart, & Throat. Inter play is a must between the two senses & the chakras.  

ACTIVE SENSES & CORRESPONDING CHAKRAS : Forming words, speaking uttering them. Being quiet & silent is the cessation of forming words through the organ of MOUTH, which is  controlled by 5th chakra.  The ability to hear is also associated with this chakra. In a conversation / dialogue you will be speaking and listening at the same time. The KNOWING happens here which culminates into serenity & peace.  

Grasping or holding, writing or drinking is the function of the organ of the HANDS.  Letting go is the cessation of holding or grasping by the  hands which is controlled by 4th chakra.  The ability to touch & feel through the skin is additionally associated with this chakra. Hands do all the evil actions & cooperate plus derive pleasure too when desired.  

Walking or moving is the function of the organ of FEET.  Sitting still is the cessation of moving by the feet which is controlled by 3rd chakra.  The ability of  sight sense & seeing objects is linked to this chakra too. When you are in motion, then surely you will need the ability to see where you are proceeding & when to stop before a disaster happens.

Reproduction organs, procreation is the function of  the organ of the GENITALS which is controlled by 2nd chakra.  The sense of taste is influenced by this chakra too.

Elimination of bowels & bladder is the function of the organ of the ANUS which is controlled by 1st chakra.  The sense of smell is coordinated by this chakra also.

The mind, operating from the 6th chakra that is experienced in the space between the eyebrows, is the coordinating center for the lower five chakras. From this 6th chakra, the mind is the recipient of the information imported through the five doors of jnanendriyas, and their physical counterparts. From this 6th chakra, the mind is also the giver of the instructions through the five doors of karmendriyas, and their physical counterparts. 

Consciousness itself is operating from the 7th chakra, providing the fuel or energy for the mind to operate, and in turn illuminating the other five chakras, through it's storage battery at the base of the subtle spine. As depicted above in the chart, we must keep moving up & up to the higher energy centers to achieve the realization that was meant for all souls. From Separateness to Formlessness. This is our Spiritual nett worth which gives us the unlimited currency of Contentment, Happiness, & Peace. When we fail to move forward or get arrested at any one spot/energy center then we suffocate with self created sorrow, misery, disease & ill health. The choice is always ours. Witnessing the ten senses helps coordinate the four aspects of the Soul combo. Mindfulness of the ten senses is preparation for deep meditation.

TOTAL WITH DRAWL NINE STEP PROCESS

The cessation of the active senses is an indicator to move inwards for deeper meditation experiences. Stillness, letting go, Silence. However meditation is merely a fraction of the total with drawl process.  Neutral witnessing of our inner process leads to Non-attachment which gives us total freedom leading to spirit of Wisdom. It is also a tool for coordinating the Four functions of the Soul-Mind-Sanskars-Intellect combo.    

STAGES OF WITHDRAWAL - TURNING INWARDS TO PURE FORM

It is analogous to taking the hand out of a glove.

1} RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE WORLD

These are the basic morals that every person must imbibe in their lives. Non Violence, Truthfulness, Celibacy, Non Covetous, Non greed, to elevate itself.

2} SELF REGULATORY BEHAVIOR / LIFE STYLE

These aspects of self invoke creativity & self confidence.  Self purification & cleanliness, Self discipline, Self surrender, Self study, & Contentment.  At the same time Self awareness does not depend upon senses.

3} SITTING POSTURE

4} BREATH CONTROL & PRANA - Start with pranic breathing & gradually move into normal breathing.

5} WITHDRAWAL OF FIVE KARMENDRIYAS (ACTIVE SENSES) : 
Elimination, Procreation, Moving, Grasping, & Speaking. 

6} WITHDRAWAL OF FIVE  JNANENDRIYAS (COGNITIVE SENSES): Smell, taste, sight, Touch, & Hear.  There can be unwillingness to open up to this with-drawl because of acute clinging / attachment to senses. On the other hand this process facilitates Non- attachment.

7} CONCENTRATION

8} MEDITATION - is deeper than closing your eyes & sitting still. Meditation is also done with eyes open. This way you learn to be mindful all day long, 24/7.

9} DEEP ABSORPTION 

These steps will take you to the depths beneath the Mind through the interior door way to dwell in the Knowing, that is beyond, to realization of the Formless, the center of Consciousness, the Self, Atma, which is Absolute Reality.

VALUABLE GEM HIDDEN IN THE ROBE

This story is an allegory, about the self-healing powers hidden within us. This is the hidden treasure that all of us want. Once upon a time there were two friends who lived in Arabia. Their friendship was thick and exemplary. One of them was named Tabaa and he was a rich merchant. The second friend’s name was Tubee and he was poor laborer. Tubee toiled very hard every day to make his both ends meet and lived in a small shack. One day the merchant got a big order and he planned to go away for a couple of years to deliver the big order. So they had a farewell party and celebrations before they parted. At the party, they drank lots of alcohol and dined in luxury at Tabaa’s house. But before they could say their good buys and part their ways, the alcohol had its effect on the poor Tubee and he went off to sleep in Tabaa’s house. The merchant had to embark on his long journey the next morning. So he tied an expensive GEM into Tubee’s robe as a parting gift and went away on his errand. Next morning when Tubee got up from his slumber he looked around for his friend and not finding him anywhere went to work on the streets as usual. Many years went by, and Tubee worked very hard on the streets to make a bare living.

 IGNORANCE OF THE RICHES WITHIN

After 15 years, Tabaa, the merchant returns and wanted to know how his friend Tubee was doing. So he looked around and searched for him. After many days of hide and seek he comes across an old man who had aged very fast and resembled his friend Tubee. They hugged and hugged and cried for each other. Tubee had turned into a beggar but fortunately had the same old robe on him. Tabaa was very angry at his friend and asked him, why he was begging, especially when he had a very valuable GEM still tied into his robe. The beggar was astonished at this discovery and cursed himself and his fate for his sorry and pitiable state his was in, because of his ignorance of the riches.

 JUST WAITING TO DISCOVER IT

The “VALUABLE GEM” was given to us by nature to everyone on this planet. It is Reiki, the natural way of HEALING ourselves.  We are not even aware of it, just like the beggar Tubee. We are still waiting for our friend Tabaa to come over and tell us about the GEM, the hidden treasure. We have not yet discovered it for ourselves. We continue to be “BEGGARS” in spite of possession of the valuable GEM. We paradoxically beg the quack doctors to heal us. We beg them to give us poisonous medicines to heal us. No! No! Not to heal us, but to kill us.

Personally, I am very fortunate to have discovered my valuable gem inside myself. Now I am polishing it so that it can shine with its full brilliance for the benefit of the people around me. Two days course of Reiki-I channel is equivalent to 10 years of hard penance by a yogi in the mountains or forests. I wonder how I was pulled into Reiki with no special effort on my part. It’s Divine blueprint! I completed Reiki-II channel followed by Reiki-III course and then Reiki Master’s course. That makes it 40 years of fast tracking in a very short time span. We have helped train 100,000 people in the span of 20 years but everyone does not take it seriously as it should be. A chosen few continue to become Reiki masters. Most of them stop at Reiki II Channel.

ALL PHYSICAL THINGS ARE MADE FROM INVISIBLE STUPID STUFF

SUNLIGHT – A STRAND OF SEVEN

What do you see, when the sun’s ray’s fall down on us? White light!  Not exactly, white light. This white light is actually made up of seven different colorful rays, the rainbow colors of different frequencies. What else do you NOT see up there? On each side of the rainbow we have the famous ultraviolet rays and infrared rays. All of the above rays, invisible to us, are definitely coming down on us. Then we have the heat waves in the sun rays. They warm up the whole of the earth. The SUN is the biggest heavenly body in our solar system. It is made up of hot, very hot gases. Invisible stuff!  Hydrogen and helium gases!  The UV rays can make you blind, while the infra-red rays can help you see in the dark. Do you see the cosmic balance and marvel? Our planet Earth, too, was a ball of hot gases billions of years ago. Today it has cooled off a bit, on the surface, but it is still very hot inside, near the core of the earth. We know this, when we see some volcanoes spilling out hot lava.        

GRAVITY

The earth is spinning at high speed on its axis.  At this high speed all living and non-living things should fly out into space.  But we do not. WHY? Because of an invisible force called GRAVITY. This force holds us down on to the earth. The invisible stuff again.     

MAGNETISM

How do ships and airplanes navigate? How do they find their directions and destinations in dark nights and foggy days? There is a small device called the magnetic compass. This is responsible for all the advancement today. What is around a magnetic piece of steel? Magnetic field the, invisible stuff. Our earth is also a giant magnet with its south end located in the North Pole and north end located in the South Pole. This is how the north tip of a magnetic compass is always attracted towards the south end of the earth’s magnet which is located in the North Pole.  All this is invisible stuff. Two thirds of the earth is water. All life is dependent upon water. But water itself, is made up of stupid unfeeling stuff called hydrogen and oxygen. All is invisible stuff.

FRAGRANCE

If your girlfriend was to come to you, into a totally dark room with a bouquet of roses, can you tell them apart? Of course you can, because roses have an invisible stuff around them. The rose fragrance fills up the room and your nose can tell all.

WAVES                                                              

In your air tight houses and apartments you can easily tune in to your favorite songs on the radio and movies on the television sets. These large radio waves and micro TV waves can penetrate anything even concrete walls. All this is really, the invisible stuff. Cell phone talks, email messages in all languages, text messages, by the millions are up in the air all over the world, criss crossing each other without getting mixed up, intelligent invisible stuff.

X - RAYS

As far as you know all solid looking things are solid: Wood, steel, granite, plastics. But for X-rays, these solid materials are extremely porous.  X-rays go through them very easily just like knife through butter. Paradoxically these powerful X-rays cannot go through our bones. This goes to show that our bones are stronger than steel. They definitely last longer than steel, because we are still, digging up bones of our ancestors, from millions of years ago. It is all about invisible stuff again.

 INTELLIGENT COMPUTERS ARE MADE FROM STUPID SAND

Life is evolutionary and planetary exuberance. It is more like a verb. It is Autopoietic, Self making.  Life is open to universe and itself. Beach sand is usually silicon dioxide, but so are the innards of a main frame computer. But computer is not a pile of sand. The main frame computer is intelligent thinking stuff manufactured from stupid stuff like sand.                           

HUMAN COSTUME  LIFE IS SHORT & MICROSCOPIC          

Water and gases react with one another and we have life. When oxygen, water and sunlight interact, we have life. Basically all life is microscopic, very tiny cells, and bacteria. In human beings, trillions of cells combine together, to create an organ. Then many organs combine together, to create creations, life like insects, worms, animals, birds and humans. These microscopic cells have infinite intelligence and wisdom of their own. It is called innate intelligence. They have a very short life span like the flowers; say 24 hours to 48 hours. In this short period they work very hard, perform their jobs, give birth to new ones, train them as per ISO 9000 standards and die finally. This is the way life continues. It is like a relay race. Life is transferred from one dying cell to next new cell.

ENDLESS BACTERIAL RELAY RACE

Our human bodies are made up of hundreds of different types of cells: liver cells, brain cells, heart cells, bone cells, skin cells. In every organ at any point of time millions of cells are dying and the exact same number of new cells is being born, anew. In other words, our body resembles a graveyard, or a battlefield to be more precise. This implies that there is an extreme urgency, to get rid of the dead cells, quickly or else they will decay and become toxic, like the dead bodies in a battle field. Thus there exists a very fine balance which has to be maintained in every category, of our organs. What does this explain?  It goes to show that, in a very short period the whole organ is replaced by brand new cells, and this is an on going process 24/7, for as long as you live. Therefore, the physical body has NO EXPIRY date. The anatomical structure is so wonderful, that it resembles a miracle in action. The outer covers are old and ancient while the inner core is always brand new. 

OUTER COVER OF INVISIBLE BODIES

If all things are made up of invisible stuff then what about our bodies. Yes definitely we too are no exceptions, and are made up of that same invisible stuff. We are 99% invisible and only 1% physical. Don’t be surprised, this is true. Your BRAIN is located in the small head, but where is the MIND, EGO, memory, emotions, past experiences, faith, fears, anger, guilt, despair, happiness, joy, ecstasy. All these invisible components of your body need lot and lots of space; hence they are located outside your body, all around us. The outer shell reaches out, up to three meters on an average. It can expand up to 10 meters or more, simply by concentrating on it. This is the real HALO, which was visible around many saints and holy men of the past. Such phenomenon is in the process of becoming extinct in present days. 

 MULTIPLE LAYERS ENVELOPE US

We have seven layers over our skin which extends up to six inches away. These Auras are the real invisible stuff. The seven Auras starting from inside are: Physical, Etheric, Emotional, Mental, Astral, Etheric template, Celestial Ketheric template. Next we have a large complement of twenty two chakras located over various locations of the body. There are seven basic chakras in pairs located over our spine from head to base. These chakras are conical wheels, spinning at very high speed facilitating the flow of cosmic energy into our body, to keep us alive and healthy. The seven chakras starting from head are: crown, forehead, throat, heart, solar plexus, hara, pelvic.

 HEALTH RAYS ARE LOCATED OUTSIDE THE BODY

Their Sanskrit names being: Muladhara, Svadhisthan, Manipura, Anthanta, Vishudduhi, Ajna, and Sahasrara. The Individuation point lies 36 inches above the head while the Soul Seat sits in the brain area behind the forehead between the two eye brows. The Tan Tien point is located 2 inches below the navel and the Core Star point is just 2 inches above the navel. To protect all of the above we have a meter long health rays all around us running perpendicular to our bodies. Finally a spherical shell of Etheric luminous ionized zone gives another protecting covering for all the invisible components which are responsible for everything that happens inside our physical bodies.                 

PERSONAL MOVIE THEATER OF DREAMS 

All day long we are thinking, imagining, and worrying, fearing, going into past, coming back to present and even venturing into future, too. We have to store up ninety years of stupid past experiences; hence we need lots of space, lots of software which is definitely located outside our body. At night when we go to sleep, we start to dream. We see dreams with our eyes closed. How powerful we are? Yet most of us feel powerless and helpless all our lives. We can see with the “eyes” of our mind. Is it not magic? We can also dream with our eyes open.

POSITIVE PRAYERS & NEGATIVE CURSES

You may need a laptop or a computer to send and receive your emails. If you happen to shoot out a nasty email, then it can be traced back to you for a penalty. But you do not need anything, except your mind to send and receive prayers, wishes, intentions, thoughts, and desires. They reach the person you want them to reach and affect them, yet they are untraceable. This invisible stuff is super intelligent and instantaneous, hence beware. It is not your fault that you do not know all this reality and facts, because no one ever told you about it. Now you know, hence be aware of your invisible body and use it to your advantage and for others too. Since the invisible body is in majority and the physical is very much in minority, we have to concentrate more on the invisible body. This is the difference in Real Anatomy and Gray’s Anatomy, which needs to be rewritten & revised in the light of all this invisible phenomenon.

Personally, I check the functioning of my Chakras, every month with the help of a conical wooden top, suspended by a thread. The tip of top is held one inch over the solar plexus, heart, forehead positions and allowed to oscillate on its own. Vigorous circular movement is a good sign. If the movement is skewed, sluggish and elliptical then corrective action is required immediately. The action happens to be a simple one hour meditation with colored air breathing for full body healing and alignment of Chakras. I often channelize cosmic energy for healing other people, it automatically heals me first and then others through me. I am flooded with phone calls & emails from my friends and relatives to send them Distance healing / Distance Reiki. Every night before going to sleep I get into this ritual of sending Cosmic Energy/Reiki to all those who requested it, many times simultaneously to 3 or 4 people located in different continents. It always works and reaches them, because we are all connected by this wonderful cosmic grid. An ever smiling disposition helps me manage my NOW life moments with present mind / software.
