 PHYSICAL BODY SWIMMING  MANTRA


SWIMMING IN SLOW MOTION IS THE FASTEST WAY TO LEARN

Swimming is a full body regime & requires lots of multitasking. It is a big deal to ask of an average person, specially a child, who is very eager & determined to learn this art quickly.

Keeping all of the elements in mind this Mantra has been specifically designed by an expert Industrial Engineer, with extremely innovative strategies to impart this complex science quickly in the shortest possible time span & efficiently with minimum of verbal instructions.

The total regime has been broken down into five basic steps to be picked up & mastered one at a time for easy assimilation. 

First step : Learning to float like a dead body.

Stand up right in the shallow end of the pool near the wall / edge. Join both your hands together & stretch out the arms fully in front of your body. Now dip down your head & body, slowly into the water, by bending your knees & holding your breath. Take a mild push forward from the wall with your feet, simultaneously stretching your body fully horizontal to the floor of the pool. You will be floating in the water effortlessly exactly like a dead body, no movement on your is required. Keep floating & moving forward till you come to a stop. Now pull your legs down & stand up straight in the water, about 10 feet from the wall. Turn around & walk to the wall to take up your position for another trial float. Repeat this step again & again till you master it. Remember to do all this in slow motion, so that your mind can focus on the nuances. 

Second step : Float & move your arms only.

Arms - Cup your hands to make them like an oar / paddle and approach the water thumb first, that means your palm will be facing away from your body. Make a full stroke without bending your elbows and complete it by touching your thigh, while you are still standing in the water near the wall of the pool.

After you have mastered the above arm movement while stationary, combine it with the floating body horizontally. Very very slowly one arm at a time & then the second arm. In the beginning just one cycle of both the hands is good enough. SLOW MOTION IS THE WAY TO GO FAST EVENTUALLY.

Third step : Float & move your legs only.

Legs - move your full legs up and down about 9 inches amplitude, from the hip joint. Imagine that your have plaster on your knees. No cycling at all with knees flexing. To practice this movement lie down on the water face up & body fully in the water stretched out horizontal to the floor of the pool. Hold on to the edge / wall with one hand & keep your head immersed inside the water up to the ears. Please note that you are very comfortable because the nose & the mouth are above the water. THE MORE YOU PUSH YOUR HEAD INSIDE THE WATER, MORE OF REST OF YOUR BODY WILL FLOAT UP - law of buoyancy.  Finally when you have mastered this leg business, combine it with the dead mans float & beat your legs only, that too very very slowly, in slow motion.   

Fourth step : Float with a push, one cycle of hands & one cycle of legs together, in slow motion.  

Repeat the fourth step lots of times to master it fully. You are almost there. Now extend this regime to two cycles of arms & two cycles of legs. Remember that the head is still in the water all the this time, facing the floor of the pool. Dead people do not breathe. 

Body - Allow your body to sway or rock from side to side like a boat, the right arm comes up the left shoulder and body tips to the left, & when the left arm comes up / out of the water, then the body must tip to the right. The head also rocks along with the body, left & right.

Fifth step : Learning the art of breathing in the pool.

Dry runs - Start with humming. Speak loudly the cosmic sound of AUM - uttered as  OOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM. Master this art while standing in the water, with head in the air. Inhale quickly large amounts of air, through the mouth while uttering  OOO mentally, then exhale slowly through the nose while uttering MMMMMMMMM mentally. 

Actual breathing practice in the pool : Stand up in the pool near the wall, stretch the left hand out in the water with the body bent forward on the surface of the water & head partially in the water too. Turn the head to the right just above the water, to inhale air quickly thriugh the mouth & then turn the head down in the water facing the floor & breathe out slowly through the nose in the water. When the breadth is about to finish turn the head towards left to bring the mouth out of the water, to breathe in again.   

Breadth - Inhale through the mouth quickly OOO & exhale thru nose slowly in the water,  MMMMMMMMMM {make the sound too in the beginning, if can not then mentally} - Keep exhaling forcibly till your head comes out of the water. Mouth is closed & you are exhaling through nose - water cannot go inside ever. The little secret to remember is : keep on breathing out till you come out. 

All  the above steps together now. 

Practice all the above with eyes closed all day long. Then do it while standing in the shallow end of the pool. Finally when you mastered it, swim in slow motion keeping your awareness on all of the above.


SLEEPING ON THE BED OF WATER - TODDLERS & SMALL CHILDREN

For young toddlers, eager to learn this art, I would recommend very strongly that they be made to lie flat on the water in the pool on their backs. Support them from below and try to get them to relax & enjoy the feel of the water on their bodies. Push their head into the water up-to the ears & see the magic of buoyancy lift up their bodies out of the water automatically.  Gradually you can leave them alone on their own. No kicking, no swimming in the beginning. Just float & let them enjoy in the true sense.

AMAZING FLYING MACHINES 

Sparrows are fast, agile fliers that use a series of rapid wing beats followed by a brief glide with folded wings to create an undulating flight pattern. To help the bird slow down, the tail flares out downward, creating more drag to decrease the bird’s velocity. The tail also helps the bird balance when it is perched on a branch. While the bird is soaring, it can spread out its tail feathers behind it to create additional lift and stability. They help them steer and maneuver while flying, as well as provide stability as they take-off and land. By twisting its tail, the bird can change its direction mid-flight. Although sparrows do not belong to the group of water birds, they can swim very fast to escape from the predators. Lesson - All sparrows are ever joyful, happy & content. They sing their songs instead of fearing, worrying or gossiping. Therefore, there are no lazy or sick birds. 

BIRDS ARE TRUE MASTERS OF THE SKY

The wandering albatross can fly for hours, even days, without flapping its wings by exploiting the shear layer formed by the wind over the ocean surface in a technique called dynamic soaring. The other innovations include formation flying, thermal soaring, ridge soaring & gust soaring to migrate hundreds, even thousands of kilometers carried primarily by the wind. Bats can be flying at full-speed in one direction, then be flying at full-speed in the opposite direction, using a turning maneuver that is accomplished in just over 2 wing-beats, in a distance less than half the wingspan. These astonishing capabilities are called upon routinely in maneuvers like flared perching, prey-catching, and high-speed flying through forests / caves. Even at high speeds and high turn rates, these animals are capable of incredible agility. Lesson - to explore & exploit nature for our personal advantage to conserve valuable energy.

HALF ASLEEP & MEDITATING IS THE WAY OF THE BIRDS

Sleep is for the brain rather than for the body. If we can switch off the brain, then sleep becomes superfluous. We need to look at the sleeping brain to better understand the why and how of a state in which we pass one third of our life. Reduced sensitivity to external events distinguishes sleep from quiet resting. The capacity to awaken from slumber distinguishes sleep from coma. Deep sleep, in humans is different from Birds.

A person is either asleep or awake but not both simultaneously. Birds sleep with one-half of their brain awake! It's called unihemispheric slow-wave sleep and keeps birds alert to potential predators while still catching some ZZ. Other animals sleep this way, but only birds have the ability to control it.

A sleeping bird can adjust how much of its brain is asleep by how wide it opens or closes its eye. Bird's sleep pattern is paradoxical, it will not lose much muscle tone when in deep sleep. In Humans Muscular tone is gone, to all intents and purposes, the body is paralyzed in deep sleep. Exception being the breathing musculature and the jerky, rapid movement in each eye that give this phase of sleep its name, REM.

Most Birds, Stand, Perche, Roost, Swim/Float, or Hang upside down, Lay down on the ground while sleeping. The down jacket design was patterned after sleeping birds. A bird fluffs up its feathers to better cover its body when sleeping to keep its body temperature high. The bird will also experience thermogenesis and some birds take this one step further in cold temperatures by making themselves undergo a controlled hypothermia called "nocturnal torpor."

Slow-wave activity is homeostatic ally regulated, that is, the longer somebody stays awake, the deeper and more frequent slow waves occur the following night. Conversely, early in the morning when sleep pressure has lessened, SWA diminishes, and sleep becomes shallower. Likewise, taking a nap reduces nighttime slow waves. Birds take hundreds of daytime naps to make up for no nighttime sleep. Birds like ducks and geese that fly in J and V formations will use slow-wave sleep when not in the head of the group. Non-rapid Eye Movement nap averages around 150 seconds. Rapid Eye Movement nap is about 9 seconds.

Islands can additionally be created by the powerful tides, as Barrier / sand bars along any coastline. Tiny sea animals like Corals also build up gigantic Reefs of Calcium Carbonate / limestone to give us unique mineral Islands.


REBIRTH OF THE PLANET EARTH FROM ITS OWN CORE

This process of SELF REJUVENATING the polluted toxic Earth’s surface & atmosphere is programmed in the cycles of the our wonderful planet. The human arsenal of Bombs & missiles obliterates the structures of cities & towns, while the chemical & nuclear warfare destroys the environment of the planet. This stockpiled up in just 100 years. Relatively we were fortunate enough to be without them for the remaining 4900 years. The intelligent Earth will eventually swallow up the explosive stockpile in one volcanic stroke to bring back the heavenly paradise.

Destruction of the Earthly possessions, infrastructures & corrupted beings. 
Nostradamus has predicted this event too, in November 2029.

CHARACTERISTICS OF SPARROW

SYMBOL OF LOVE & LUST SIMULTANEOUSLY

The sparrow is a sacred house bird & symbolizes true love with a spiritual connection. In contradiction to this, sparrows are often regarded as the most lustful& sexually active birds. Yet they are allegedly monogamous & rarely fool around. Male is responsible for the building of the nest. During construction of the nest, male will try to attract a female partner. She can help in further building of the nest, if she is interested in mating. These paradoxically opposite traits in a sparrow relate very well to the current prevailing predicament of the world. Impure lustful human beings in this Iron age are the same souls who transform themselves by Gyan into Divine pure beings & step into the subsequent Golden age. The Egyptians believed that sparrows could catch the souls of the deceased and carry them to heaven. 

SELF REALIZED, SOCIABLE & HIGHLY ADAPTABLE BIRDS

Like most songbirds, sparrows are solitary or found in pairs. During the spring & summer breeding season they flock as family groups. Sparrows have several broods each year. Female lays 3 to 5 eggs. Incubation lasts 12 to 15 days. Both parents take care of the eggs & chicks. Young birds are ready to leave the nest in 15 days after birth. Lesson - imbibing NON-ATTACHMENT / DETACHMENT In autumn and winter, however, they will form mixed flocks of different sparrow species, and may even be mixed with some other small birds. Lesson - to imbibe the Virtue of EQUANIMITY. Above all, sparrows are adaptable birds, with a wide range of species found all over the world.  

AS SEED EATERS THEY RELATE TO THE HUMAN SEED

All life evolves from a seed, & having once started, it never stops multiplying. The same is true with the Human life. The Creator implants the human seed through Brahma, the impure ugly Krishna, during the Confluence Age. House Sparrows have an extra bone in their tongue to help them eat seeds. As flocking birds, they may be easily startled. They may fly between a food source & shelter frequently while feeding.
  

THE SHIFTING POLARITY OF EARTHS MAGNETIC AXIS & ITS TILT

The axial tilt of our mighty Earth is 23.5 degrees to the right from the vertical. It is this tilt & the nonstop spinning that provides the fundamental swirling action to the solid iron ball which REORIENTS its position from time to time exactly like the fetus in the womb of its mother. This solid iron ball is responsible for the magnetic polar axis, which is always on the move, in a clockwise direction. From vertical to horizontal in a span of 1250 years, and again back to vertical from horizontal in another span of 1250 years. This time the poles are reversed. The North pole ends up in the South & vice-verse. The same thing is repeated twice more to finish the cycle of 5000 years, where we started.  

PURITY OF ENVIRONMENT IS LINKED TO MAGNETIC POLARITY.

The Earth’s magnetic polarity & its position decides the PURITY of the surroundings, the vegetation, the sense of equanimity of the animals & humans towards each other as well as the environment.  The Golden Age Paradise, on Earth starts when the Magnetic poles are Horizontal facing East, for the first time. During this Utopian period the benevolent Earth flowers on its own with exotic fruits, vegetables, metals like gold & silver. Farming & mining as we know it is totally absent & alien to their inhabitants. This is followed by the Silver Age when the Magnetic axis moves downwards, facing South. Next we have the Copper Age, followed by the most degraded Iron Age. At this time everything has turned old, worn out, impure, polluted & Vicious.

THE TILT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOUR SEASONS TOO

The axial tilt of the Earth of 23.5 degrees to the right is additionally responsible for the four seasons in all the four ages, due to the influence of the Sun & solar heat impinging on the surface of the Earth while it travels around the Sun. The duration & quality of the four seasons varies in each of the four ages. The Golden & Silver ages have long extended spring & fall seasons coupled with short & very mild summers & winters. What else would one expect in a Paradise.    

THE CYCLE IS ONE YUGA - FIRST HALF IS BLISS SECOND HALF IS SORROW

Every 5000 years, 95 % of the total land mass is swallowed by the molten core to emerge as One BIG & pristine continent around the remaining 5 % from the depths of the oceans. This trans-formative event takes place around Mt. Abu in Bharat / India. Majority of the Eight billion souls are AIR LIFTED to the soul world, while a handful of evolved souls are miraculously moved to the safety of the Big continent. ANCIENT RITES FOR THE MODERN HUMANS

The following simple exercises, an alternate to Hatha Yoga have been designed to stimulate the Vortexes to re-position themselves & spin at predetermined speed.

YOU TOO CAN HELP YOURSELF NOW & THE WORLD AT LARGE

Rite#1 - Spin clockwise, on your feet from left to right with arms spread out fully & horizontally. 12 to 21 times daily. Children spin around all the time joyfully. Personally I conclude my swimming session with vigorous spinning in the pool. It is so thrilling & relaxing.

Rite#2 -Lie flat on the back with palms resting on the ground. Lift your head & touch the chin to your chest. Now lift both legs without bending the knees at right angle to the ground. Breathe in deeply & hold as you lift your head & legs. Breathe out fully as you lower your legs & head.  Repeat 21 times. Small babies suck their toes most of the time.

Rite#3 - Kneel on the floor & place your hands on the back of your thighs. Move head & chin into the chest & then slowly arch backwards with head looking backwards. Breathe in & hold while arching back, breathe out fully & hold, as you become erect. Repeat 21 times.

Rite#4 - Sit on the floor with legs straight ahead & palms on the floor at buttock level. Move the head backwards & raise your body to horizontal position from the knee level with feet on the ground. Breathe in deeply, tense all muscles & hold, breathe out fully, relax all muscles & sit down on the floor.

Rite#5 - Lie on the floor on the belly & raise your body as in a push up, with hands at shoulder level. Now lift your buttocks up as in Surya Namaskar. Breathe in & hold for up positions, breathe out fully & hold to return on the belly.  Repeat 21 times. Small toddlers do this and attempt to walk on their fours.

Rite#6 - This exercise is to be done when you feel the outpouring of sexual energy. Stand erect, bend forward, head in the chest & hold your knees with your hands. Now straighten up erect put your hands on the hips pushing them down while lifting your shoulders. Release & relax. Breathe in when bending forward, coming up erect & hold, breathe out fully to release with hands down at the sides. Repeat 3 times.

CONFLUENCE AGE

The world’s population is about to reach its maximum number very soon. The fixed resources are dwindling & becoming scarce. The air is toxic, and the world has become a giant gas chamber. We will exterminate ourselves and be proud to have been prosperous materially, at the same time become impoverished Spiritually. Therefore, GOD Himself has arrived to bail us out of this QUAGMIRE.
