If you can stand at your work desk, do it. My son never
sits down at his workstation, & he works from home. I am his friend not his
father. Faulty sitting postures are a major cause of SHALLOW BREATHING.
I cannot over emphasize physical activity. It is MANDOTARTY for you to exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. 10x3 or 15x2 this will burn up all your extra calories, give you ENERGY & make you HAPPY TOO.
Become DIET WISE, less Salt, More Potassium, less sugar,
More ALKALINE foods. You must maintain a healthy pH of 7 or 8 inside your
stomach. Of course, eating only from SUNRISE TO SUNSET. This is a good formula for VIBRANT HEALTH
