External stimuli or events in real life trigger off basic thoughts of fear, doubts, or happiness & joy. These thought impulses of energy evolve into even stronger energy packets of feelings. Feelings can be positive or negative.  Insecurity, low self worth or contentment & self confidence are few samples. In time feelings are experienced as emotions  of bliss or hate. Gradually these emotions snowball into reactions & behavior, which can be either constructive or destructive. Shouting, blaming or talking sweetly & taking responsibility are examples of behavior. Our behavior leads to fixed  patterns of moods and attitudes as time progresses. Attitudes again can be good or bad. Some examples are, being shameful, masking, addictions or politeness, speaking up & honesty. Finally, attitudes precipitate as stress resistance and we refuse to change for the better. This is our Destiny in the making, our own doing. We are the creators of our destiny starting with the quality of thoughts & progressing to destiny of our choice very quickly if we have the will & intention to get there. We wrongly blame God for deciding our destiny before hand. Start by changing your C s, happy peaceful souls. Everything has a CAUSE, a starting point, so does sickness, illness, and disease. The starting point with humans is thoughts, feelings, emotions, and attitudes. A simple solution is to close your eyes, in meditation as often as possible. Inert food becomes intelligent microorganism :

We consume a large variety of foods in much larger quantities than needed for our basic needs of Oxygen & Energy supply. Proteins, Carbohydrates, & fats are ingested by us & digested by the body to be stored up inside for future use during lean periods of intake when the stored up reserves are recalled & converted into Oxygen & Energy as required by the body. All these miracles happen on auto pilot without our knowing.

Dual Pathways to Energy : 

The Anaerobic route does not use Oxygen & it takes place in the Muscles of the body. The complex Disaccharide Sugars in Carbohydrates & Starches are subjected to a chemical treatment named Glycolysis & broken up into Monosaccharide components which are easily injected into our Blood stream through the Liver. This magic happens inside the Bacteria Cell walls/envelope. The inside of the cell is jelly like Cytoplasm hence no exposure to Oxygen filled environment.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

To reduce our carbon foot prints we have planned to go green with energy harnessed from wind, sun, tidal waves, and biogas/natural gas. But we forgot about the most potent force of GRAVITY. When gravity is used in piecemeal or as an after thought then it is not economical. It is now proposed to plan at corporate level to use the power of gravity by design. Large complexes capable of accommodating hundred or more, small to medium industrial plants is being planned on wasted plateaus/hillocks’ instead of flattened individual plots of prime land.

MAJOR COST OF PRODUCTION IS MATERIAL HANDLING COSTS

Material handling costs form a major component of the total cost of production. It can range from 50% to 70% of the total cost, depending upon the type of product and manufacturing route. The basic function of layout planning is to facilitate movement of materials with the least cost. This function will now be full filled by delivering and storing the raw materials up hill of the processing machines and moving the in process materials and finished products by gravity, totally free of cost.   

THE BASIC THEME

The theme is to have the raw materials uphill of the industrial factories and use gravity to move materials at every storage /processing point by choice and design.  A very large  hill/plateau will be chiseled into ten basic steps measuring 5m high by 5m deep each all along the outer perimeter of the plateau/hill. In a nut shell it will resemble a giant sports stadium in reverse, wrapped around the plateau. Each industrial plant/factory will be allocated and laid out as a narrow strip from top to bottom of the plateau. The top of the plateau will be connected by a long meandering wide road to the bottom step of the plateau, and the in coming highway to facilitate movement of materials just once, the first time and never again. 

TOP TO BOTTOM APPROACH

The raw materials arrive by road or rail directly on the top of the plateau, which is large enough to accommodate such traffic. Special purpose cranes and unloading equipment unload the raw materials directly on to the first and second steps. Third to seventh steps house the processing machines which are inter linked by inclined chutes, gravity rollers, slides, idler spirals, self moving stairs, over lapping hoppers, self unloading turrets, and other special purpose conveyors running on gravity, free of charge. Eighth and ninth steps will hold the finished products ready for dispatch/shipment. The final tenth step will accommodate the trucks or railcars for loading by telescopic conveyors under the power of gravity alone. This is how higher productivity and lower costs are achieved.
Each step within the individual plant will be inclined instead of being leveled horizontal to facilitate movement of materials from point A to point B under the influence of gravity alone.
The storage of raw materials and finished products will be palletized or unitized and strategically positioned on inclined gravity conveyors for instant retrieval and forward motion to the next point of use. 

SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS & VALUABLE ADVANTAGES

The capital costs to set up industrial plants are drastically reduced on account of compactness of design, use of air rights, overall cubic space utilization, and minimum material handling equipments purchase cum installation, and site development associated costs.
The cost of production is significantly slashed because of non motorized material handling systems running on gravity power alone.
The wasted hilly terrains are utilized more profitably and the prime flat lands are left alone for agriculture and township expansions.

TEMPORARY VS PERMANENT

Throughout history, we human beings have sought many things. Above all we have each desired two things: happiness and a perfect relationship. If we achieve either one or both of these things, it becomes a constant struggle to keep them, and they usually prove to be temporary. If we want to achieve them on a permanent basis, we must look beyond the limited gains of possessions, money and fragile human relationships.

UNION WITH THE KING DIRECTLY - no middle person

Raja Yoga has two meanings: Sovereign Yoga, the yoga through which you can become the sovereign, the master of yourself; and the Supreme Union, or ‘union with the Supreme’. This second aspect of Raja Yoga involves developing a relationship with the Supreme, the source of perfection, God as we perceive Him. Within this yoga or union you can fulfill your wish for inner happiness and your desire for a perfect relationship with  him first, before committing yourself. Under the circumstances, you would keep an open mind. Similarly, with the concept of a supreme spiritual energy, until there is direct experience, it would be unwise to commit yourself.

KNOWING HIS FORM TO RECOGNIZE ACCURATELY

Yet, if you want to have contact with the Supreme Being, there are certain things that you must know. First, you should know the form of the Supreme so that you will be able to have accurate recognition. Second, you need to know what ‘language’ to use so that there can be communication. Third, you need to know where your meeting can take place. In Raja Yoga, just as we have a very precise notion of the form of the soul, so we also have a very precise notion of the form of the Supreme. In fact, the Supreme is recognized as the Supreme Soul. He has a form identical to that of the human soul, that is, a point source of consciousness, a spark of light energy.

GENDER NEUTRAL ETERNAL ENERGY

When we use the word He, this is not to imply that we think of the Supreme as male. The soul itself has no gender; it is only the body that has gender. Whereas the human soul takes a body, the Supreme Soul never has a body of His own, and so, is neither male nor female. God never takes human birth. So, He never forgets his original qualities as we do. He remains eternally peaceful, blissful and powerful. Our experience of our own original qualities is limited.  God is eternally the unlimited ocean of virtues. He is completely full, and never needs anything. This means He is totally benevolent, ever-giving.

BENEVOLENT GOD-FATHER

In fact, within Raja Yoga we have a particular name for the Supreme, and that is Shiva Baba. Shiva means benevolence. He is the only being who is truly altruistic, whereas we humans normally look for something in return, even if it is only the pleasure of giving. God gives without any desire or expectation of return. Baba is a sweet and familiar name for Father, thus, Shiva Baba is the benevolent Father of all souls. This can also be named as GRACE. The reason Father is used is because of the concept of a father giving an inheritance to his children. In this case, the inheritance received is of peace, love, knowledge and happiness.

ALL IN ONE - EXPERIENCE HIM IN ANY FORM

The Supreme is also the Mother, the Friend and the Beloved. In fact, whatever relationship or positive role you wish to see in Him, you can, because He is the unlimited source of all qualities, both male and female. So, whatever the situation, you always have a source of help and strength to draw on, a source that is only a thought away. How can you communicate with this being? Meditation is about experiencing yourself, experiencing your own qualities. You create peaceful thoughts in order to experience peace. Paradoxically, the more you absorb yourself in that peace, the fewer thoughts you need.

UNSPOKEN LANGUAGE OF SILENCE

The communication with the Supreme is on this level. You come to know Him through the experiences that you have of His qualities. You begin to feel those qualities surround you. My communication with God is primarily through silent experience. In deep silence you can lose yourself in the Ocean of Peace. With this experience you feel refreshed. You begin to understand your own qualities and specialties more deeply, and this brings confidence. You take power, which enables you to maintain a peaceful stage while going about your daily life.

  

RECLAIMING MY ORIGINAL NATURE

In the awareness of my eternal identity ... I, the soul, become aware of an eternal connection ... not only with all the human souls around me, but also with a being who is the Supreme. ... A soul … a being of light ... with a form that is infinitesimal ... and yet from that point of light, a radiance of infinite peace, love, joy. ...

In the awareness of my own original state of peace ... I can tune in ... and connect with the Ocean of Peace. ... Waves of peace from the Ocean of Peace reach me and surround me ... peace filled with sweetness ... peace filled with strength. ...  I, the child of the Supreme, realize that this is my eternal Parent ... the One who gives constant love, support, protection. … This is my Parent who constantly cares for me, sustains me and guides me ... the Ocean of Unlimited Love. ... This is the Being who is the Bestow-er, the Absolute … able to give constantly, and so needing no return. ... One who is benevolent, the Supreme Benefactor. ...

Through my thoughts, I stay connected with the Supreme ... I fill myself from the Ocean. ... I reclaim my original nature of peace, love and joy.

The only purpose of arriving into life, is to acquire the art of graceful exit. 

THE BELIEF OF IMMORTALITY MAKES US CARELESS & ARROGANT

All beliefs are baseless & false. It is superfluous to qualify the word BELIEF with an adjective. We believe in mumbo jumbo because basically we are afraid & cowards to admit that we do not know the unknown. We all are living passive lives, with a laid back attitude, which holds us back from venturing out to explore & seek what we do not know. This half alive, never ending pace stems from total ignorance & unawareness on our part. We live our lives as if we are never going to die, fully convinced to the core. Eventually we do die, having never really lived. This realization dawns on us, when it is too late to reverse the tables / topsoil.

PARADISE - THE LAND OF DIVINE LIKE BEINGS.

Every one has to become PURE - choose to become through power of Yoga & remembrance now, Or else you will be force-ably made PURE through punishment & low status further on. To go home, you have to die first, & leave this old body. Death is inevitable, therefore why not get prepared for it & enjoy that beautiful last moment gracefully & knowingly. 

Death is when life decides to leave, respect it - 24 minutes lapse time - Full life is fast forwarded for your benefit.

If sorrowful & unaware at that moment then next birth - terrifying, miserable

If happily aware & conscious at that moment then next birth is - happiness, enjoyable.

Therefore practice now the art of DYING ALIVE..a full un-dress rehearsal. The soul is discarding this decayed costume - in full consciousness, gladly.  

Reforming, refining, re-wring, & re-working on self is good transformation. Blossom into newness without a trace of the old.

This turn over is a re-turn of HIS love.

WHERE TO FIND HIM - OUR ETERNAL HOME SWEET HOME

You also need to know where to find Him. When you sit in meditation and go deep within yourself, a feeling of stillness comes over you. In that silence, your experience is that you are in an unchanging world, a timeless world. Yet this physical world is ever-changing. If your consciousness is tied to the physical, you can never get away from the passage of time. It is as though you have taken your consciousness beyond this world to another world. We call this place the soul world, the original home of the soul. It is a timeless world of silence and stillness, full of peace and power, a world  of infinite golden-red light. This is also the home of the Supreme Soul. Taking yourself there, you begin to experience His unlimited qualities of peace, love, purity, bliss and power surrounding you. Through this most perfect of all relationships, you take power and guidance so that you can clear your karmic debts of the past and create a peaceful, happy and stable future.

AT HOME COSTUME FREE BUT NOT NAKED - energy can not be dressed up

As I connect with One, the magnetism and power of the Supreme lift my consciousness beyond the physical dimension ... into a world of light. ... I find myself in a place of infinity ... a region where there are no borders ... a place of stillness ... of silence ... of perfect purity. ... This is my home ... a place where I feel so comfortable, so at peace ... I am with my Supreme Parent ... I belong to this Mother and Father ... to this home. ... I experience my original state of stillness, of purity, in my home. ... This is a place of rest. ... Down below, the world stage is a place of action, and I will journey back there in a few moments. ... But for now, I can be up here in my home ... with my Parent ... learning to be the observer ... learning to be free.

I am a non-physical being ... an eternal soul. ...

I am the actor ... this body is simply my costume. ...

I focus my thoughts on the point in the center of the forehead. 

I am a tiny point of conscious light. ...

I feel completely detached from the body ... peaceful and light.

I am a star radiating light. ...

I find deep peace and contentment within. ...

I now know my true self ... an eternal, pure, peaceful soul.

I am in the Ocean of Peace. …

All conflict finishes. … A deep, deep silence comes over me.
